I ordered the spare part and called Lee & Nakata the day the part came in, to find out what time they closed. I told them what time I would be coming by. They knew what part I needed and they told me to come back when the part came in. I have to take the lightrail train from work and get to them a little after 4pm (as I said to them when I called). I parked my car, explained to the mechanic who helped me before, and he seemed to be interested in helping me install the part. Another man who works there, came up and started talking Chinese Cantonese (I can recognize the difference between Mandarin and Cantonese) and then said to me in VERY ANGRY ENGLISH: "You cannot come here and ask us to do this for you! No! We will not do it for you it is a safety issue! No. Too late, you need to come back in the morning, we are not going to do this!" He is literally yelling at me. For coming to his business to give him business. I literally asked him "why are you yelling at me?" and instead of answering "why" he continued with his tirade of "we are closing soon! No! We are not going to do this!" , making me feel like I had pressured them/done something wrong by bringing my business to them. Had I imagined that phone call I made, earlier? My phone's history says I talked with them. I am glad they gave such horrible service because I ended up saving lots of money installing the part myself. I am shocked to be yelled at by someone for trying to give them business. If you cant help me, just tell me, like normal 'inside voice' volume, with normal adult words. I was so close to cursing him out in Mandarin (I do not know how to speak Cantonese) but I decided I'll just let everyone know about my experience (until yelp takes this down when the business starts paying for advertising, you know yelp is shady when it comes to companies who pay help for advertising)

Once there, we found improperly fitted front fender liners, then learned the second key was missing, followed by missing headphones for the entertainment system. Despite each new issue, we continued trying to make the deal work and were willing to address several of these items ourselves. After nearly four hours, with the paperwork printed and our checkbook in hand, a $995 Platinum Care package appeared on the contract that had never been discussed or agreed to. We declined it and were told the dealership would not sell us the vehicle unless we purchased the package. We walked away. We subsequently contacted the General Manager to share our experience. We were asked to provide the details, which we did, and then never heard from him again. Unfortunately, that only added to an already poor experience. Afterward, I read through other Yelp reviews and saw numerous customers describing similar concerns involving add-ons, changing terms, and their overall sales experience. Based on our experience, be aware and stay away.
