Met a friend here on a Wednesday around noon to see The Odyssey. Parked in the parking garage across the street, which the theater will validate for you. Just bring your parking pass with you inside and ask the ticket taker to validate it for you. They scan the bar code and mark it as paid. We purchased tickets online beforehand and picked our seats. We were able to move after the movie started because there were only 6 customers in the auditorium. The sound and movie picture quality was great! Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The theater was clean, both lobby and auditorium. The restrooms were clean as well. My only gripe is I didn't see any recycling receptacles for our empty water bottles. We took them home with us since we didn't feel comfortable putting them in the trash bin. Overall we enjoyed our experience here. We'll definitely return for another show in the future. Just Ridiculous! If the movie says it starts at 1:30, it should START at 1:30 and have the previews and the excessive commercials ahead of time. NOT start the commercials for literally 45 minutes at the movie starting time. Why!!!! And inappropriate movie previews as well! This is for Lilo and Stitch!! For Children! They are fried and ready to go by the time of the movie starts!!! Use some logic !!! read more

The movie Avatar Fire and Ash was, awesome but the service was not there. We wanted swag with the movie, but the young lady did not offer any. I had to draw her attention to the bucket and cups that we should have been offered at time of purchase. She rang us up and after I mentioned it she said, "come back after the movie and we will get that for you". She didn't remember me until I mention the conversation we had. She got her manager and he said "So you already eat your popcorn and drank you drinks would you like to purchase those items again". I said no I already bought over 100.00 of food and drinks. He said, "well I'm sorry but unless you buy these items (again) then we can't help you". I said, you know what that means...I won't be back. He said "you are more than welcome to take your business elsewhere." To that I said...NO PROBLEM! Very disappointed at how rude this manager was and how his employees are not able to upsell or offer what the movie industry rightfully offers people to come out to see their movies. read more

Should be more like 2.5 stars, as saw a 3 hour movie in auditorium 4- OMG, it became almost misery to get thru the movie! The seats were uncomfortable & didn't have the higher backs nor rock, the screen smaller than others than I recall at that theater. It was a smaller auditorium, probably as to why a movie that was released a month ago was shown in there. Being smaller, they should just put some recliner seats in there, but definitely needs updating. read more

Maybe it was the movie that I loved but I couldn't find much to dislike at this particular Regal . Its very conveniently located and spacious and has multiple screens . Yes it can be updated and remodeled but that did not stop us from enjoying the movie. I would like to add that the seats were dirty and that Is the only thing that made me knock a star off . The box office is closed but the tickets can be purchased at the snack counter. I can get behind that idea , because who in their right mind is anyways not going to stop there ? Could it be possible to get Regal to get the lobby kiosk installed for ticket purchasers so they don't have to wait in a line of concessions? Better yet rip out that now empty tomb to ticket sales and put some kiosks there that are available to the public. I'm not paying a fee on the app to buy a ticket, and if I have to wait in a long line behind people buying lots of food and drinks (and I'm glad they are buying them for your bottom line), but you're sort of ignoring the convenience factor for your guests, and other locations have them (Cascade 16) not to mention every AMC. It sounds like a definite win for ticket traffic to also stay out of concessions - especially when they don't want concessions. read more

Came here to see the latest James Bond film and had an enjoyable time. Parked on the street within steps of the building (free street parking on weekends), and the ticketing was done at the concessions stand (a little annoying, but was quick enough). Staff were friendly and the theater was clean. Movie quality was good and the seats were comfortable. I'd come back here again. read more

This theater could really stand to be remodeled with the new chairs and such. It is getting pretty old and dingy. As this entire chain, it seems like there are rarely any adults in charge of the kids playing at pretending to work there. read more

I have been saving my credits for a long time. I went to the movie theater yesterday and was told I didn't have enough point even for a popcorn. Last time I checked, I had enough for a ticket plus. I was told very curtly that the points automatically "go away." I lost the points I had been saving. I feel cheated, very cheated. I will not go back to a Regal Theater. Also, my friend bought her ticket ($7 because of being Sunday), a small beverage, and a small popcorn and it came to $21+. Shame on Regal. And one more thing, we had to select our seats before entering the theater. It's a move, not a play on Broadway for heaven's sake. I now understand why theaters are having problems and why people prefer to stay home and watch movies on their television sets. I'm so upset! read more

This place has a very clean beautiful design, feels very new. The youthful employees were sweet and well informed. The seats were comfortable and there was a lot of leg room for a big guy like me. However, $4.75 for a ten cent bottle of water - only reason not five stars. read more

Clean, efficient, and reasonable pricing. This is becoming my favorite cinema because of the selection, ample seating and large screens. It's easy to access with free parking across the street, and movies are only $5 on Sundays. And, still there's no line--even for popcorn and drinks. Experienced crawling feeling on parts of my body about 30 minutes into the movie. Tried to ignore as just my imagination. Found numerous bites on me in the following days. I'm concerned the cinema may have bed bugs or some other biting creature, as many cinemas are becoming infested these days. I suggest management bring in a bed bug sniffing dog and take serious extermination steps if positive. Mere visual inspection for bugs that will be sure to be hiding inside the seats will be fruitless. This was experienced while watched Wonder Woman here in Nov '17, in the very first viewing room on the left as you walk into the complex. I was sitting in the very middle of the middle row, just behind the railing that borders the main cross-walkway. read more

This is my favorite of the Regal theatres. It's got that old school theatre vibe I grew up with, the staff is friendly, it's never packed, and there's free parking in the garage across the street. The seating is stadium style, and the chairs are a bit dated, but very comfortable. If being able to lean all the way back instead of sitting upright is important for you, you probably won't be happy. At least the arm rests go up and they're tall enough to lean your head back! I actually find it quite comfy. Only problem is making this Oregonian pay sales tax. read more

Now Regal City Center has gone to designated seat it is must less enjoyable. We are weekly movie goes, Last night the theater was 1/3 full and all the customers were jammed into the center upper area. It was hot and very uncomfortable. Everyone around us were commenting how they were displeased with the designated seating. It took about 15 mintues to get our tickets because of the arguing in front of us over seat asignments with other movie goers. NOT a good evening. read more

From the Regal Cinemas that I've been to I was quite impressed with this one. Yes it's another movie theater review... but c'mon now! This one deserves the credit! WHY? - Free parking on the street and in the parking garage - Cleaner facility than the other Regal Cinema chains I've been to. (Yay!) - Excellent service - Bathrooms were quite immaculate! (Not something you find in theaters!) - It's dead and it's nice that I can own the theater to myself and not worry about it being so cramped all up in there. Just a note: Join the Regal Club Member, every time you buy a ticket or make a purchase, you rack up points which can lead to cool coupons for popcorn, candy, soda, etc. And if I'm not mistaken, something on your birthday?! Since we're friends, I'm willing to let you in on a little secret I've been sitting on for about 15 years now: Vancouver's City Center 12 is the place to go for most first-run movies. There, now you know. I had worried for the first ten years or so that people would finally catch on and the place would be overrun. At the same time I worried that with so little traffic in a state of the art theater this place would go out of business. But neither of these things have happened so I feel safe in telling you to go check it out. Although I live in NE Portland, I figure it takes the same amount of time to drive downtown and find parking as to pop up I-5 to the Couv and park like Batman right in front of the theater. Actually I park up a block or so, but I still park like Batman if there are no cops around. Once there, the place is huge, very clean, and actually pretty stylish, in a Regal corporate kind of way. The layout is good and the stadium seating means there are all kinds of good seats, even if it's crowded, which it's usually not. New Star Wars or James Bond installment? CC12. Brand new blockbuster in 3D? CC12. Oscar nominees? You know it. Unless it's Beasts of the Southern Wild or something similarly artsy, in which case go up the street to the Kiggins. read more

This is, by far, the best Regal Cinema in Vancouver. It is the Vancouver equivalent to Portland's Regal Fox Tower in the sense that this Regal will often play the independent, or less mainstream films that you can't find in most other theaters. Their $5 movie nights are also pretty awesome. The staff are friendly and attentive. I also never feel crowded when I visit this theater as there is often plenty of seating. Parking is easy because they have free garage parking across the street that is safe and well lit. Overall, this is an enjoyable place to go to in downtown Vancouver. There are also plenty of nearby restaurant and bar options within walking distance if you want to pre-funk before the film. read more

I am super picky about movie theaters, and CC12 is probably my favorite theater. Here's why: 1) Free parking garage right across the street. 2) They play some of the indie movies, sometimes. Or at least some of the less-mainstream movies. 3) Out of the dozens and dozens of movies I've seen there, NOT ONE has been overcrowded. Meaning, nobody is ever forced to sit in those ostracized front-row seats (the ones that make your neck sore from looking *up* for 2 hours). 4) Bathroom has been clean the few times I've used it. 5) Concession stand employees have been attentive and nice the few times we've bought the super, super overpriced concessions. Overall a really good theater. So far (knock on wood!) we haven't had any bad experiences -- you know, like being in the theater with the family who couldn't find/afford a babysitter so decided it would be OK to bring their infant/toddler/preschooler/grade schooler to the scary movie. Not OK, folks. So, so not OK. True story! read more

Definitely the best Regal theater in Vancouver. This is pretty much the only theater I go to in Vancouver anymore because it is so clean, quiet, and the parking is very convenient. The theater on HWY 99 and on 164th is always swarming with teenagers, and I cannot stand teenagers at the movies. The employees at this theater are always very nice and prompt as well, which I appreciate....And my favorite part about this theater is $5 movie Tuesday!! read more

We drive out of our way to get to this Regal theatre which is the best around. It is clean and quiet. Patronage is generally light and the theatres are spacious anyway. The parking garage makes the place in my opinion. Easy to get in and out of even with the weekend (or Twilight) crowds. They play some unusual movies at times and don't cater to the teen set like the theater in Hazel Dell which is closer but we hate going there. The video games and kids hanging out in the lobby. Grrrr where are your parents? No weirdness at the city center location we'll be back. read more

Very impressed! I worked at a movie theater for years loved it. I enjoy going still. There is something about sitting in a nice seat with your favorite candy and drinks and watching a movie on a huge screen. I didn't see a 3D version but I enjoyed my movie and also enjoyed that fact the staff came in 2 times before the movie started to check on us and to make sure everything was ok. The screen was great the picture was amazing. I have to say great job! I enjoyed my leg room and the sound was great where I was sitting. I have to say was an all around great visit. Ohh but I have to also add even the bathrooms looked great and clean! Great Job! I will be back again! read more

I like this place because of the location. It seems to have less kids that attend it, because its not close to any close entertainment. So, you get a more enjoyable viewing pleasure. Its cheaper than Cinetopia and because its not as busy you end up with lots of leg room. So, if your in the area and you want to watch a flick, this is the place to go. I think its just as good as Cinetopia, the audio is good and bassy, and the screens are clean and crisp. read more

Fantastic facilities, wonderful presentation in both the audio and visual departments. Best of all, one of the only Regals anywhere close to participate in $5 Tuesdays (all tickets for all showings are five bucks on Tuesdays). Go for matinees.
