We paid half the price and still enjoyed reclining seats. A big bucket of popcorn will set you back about $9 now (HOLY SCHMOKES), but it's enough to share for sure. That's about the only thing we pay extra for.

However, the nostalgia that comes along with it more than makes up for what it lacks in curb appeal. Yeah, a sense or ironic humor is what you need if you are going to enjoy yourself here. I mean, come on - it's next to Adelphia. A banquet hall from the 1980s where proms were held and is still rocking the faux Greek columns and statues outside. If that is not enough, the pink lights at night really bring home what Deptford, NJ retailers have to offer. The theater was remodeled a few years ago and all of the seats recline. The prices vary throughout the day but expect a move to set you back about $15 per person before any concessions. There is a concessions stand with the standard fare. This is not a dine-in location. Was looking for the collectible Freddy popcorn bucket and was told that they sold out by Friday (there were only 3 showings, one Thursday night, one Friday night and an 11or so am showing today Saturday) no problem, it happens. We stopped by the little area were you get napkins and condiments and it was filthy! There was spilled popcorn, spilled soda(?), just nasty. Plus, they have their condiments (ketchup, mustard and relish) in the squeeze bottles that you'd have at home. That can't be sanitary or safe so we bypassed that! We get into the theater and the seats are old and need to be replaced. As soon as I sat down the cushion dropped straight to the frame like the padding was gone. It's just old and worn out. They let a lot of young people in who were under 18 by themselves and they talked loud throughout whole the movie!! They started talking before the movie started and never stopped, even though people were telling them to shut up. This theater is obviously a hangout spot for the local kids. The theater was FREEZING!! It was so cold I started shivering. I thought it was just me but my wife said she was cold as heck too. My feet got so cold it felt as if I was standing on a steel plate,my hands were so cold they started going numb so I had to blow on them. This is completely unacceptable. We'll never go back there again!!

Saw The Mountaintop and it was a great show. The two actors were excellent. The theater itself is small (less than 500 seats) but that adds up to not having a bad seat in the place. Worst customer service…read more Purchased 2 tickets in advance for a Friday show. Unfortunately we had a death in the family and was unable to attend. We called the theater Wednesday morning, hoping to either receive a refund or tickets to another day/show. We recieved no return phone call. We left multiple messages before we finally reached someone, because we called them. We even stopped in the theater on Thursday evening to try to speak with someone (while they had a show going on) and there was no one at the front desk or anywhere for the matter. Finally got a call the following week with the option to see a show THAT NIGHT.... mind you we both work full time.... because that was the "only option"... we had to pass. Now we're out of $50 Thanks for nothing. We won't ever return to your establishment.

My family had a terrible experience with Premier Outdoor Movies. On Monday, August 10th, I…read morerequested an outdoor movie system through Ted and Kim Chiodo, owners of Premier outdoor movies. The system was intended for a birthday party on Friday, August 14th. Shortly after booking the theatre screen, the weather forecast began to show a high chance of rain. I called Tedd and Kim, twice on Tuesday, August 11th, and two more times on Thursday August 13th to discuss their inclement weather policy and they did not answer our calls or call us back. The contract clearly states that if there is over a 50% chance of rain within two hours of the event, the event must be cancelled because the equipment can get damaged. I finally hear from one of the owners, Ted, at 2:36pm on Friday and he informed me that we could not cancel. He said we could "figure it out" when he arrived at my home. I contacted Ted again at 6:30pm to inform him that it was in fact raining and he re-asserted that he'd come to my house because he was now already on the way and said we could figure it out when he arrived and hope for the rain to end. At this point, I was uncomfortable. When he arrived at 7:05pm it was still raining and Ted greeted me with "you know you lost your money, right?". We asked him if he could wait around to see if the rain would end and he refused. He left in less than 10 minutes, charging us the full $411 and offering me to reschedule for an additional $250. Minutes later the rain stopped and Ted was still parked at the end of our neighborhood. We called him 4 times at 7:19pm and sent him a text to see if he would come back and set up. He ignored us and drove away. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional owners!
