Every machine has a line. The sauna feels less like recovery and more like a refugee camp for exhausted gym-goers. The parking lot deserves its own reality show. Finding a spot requires the patience of a monk, the vision of an eagle, and the luck of someone who just won a scratcher. The craziest part is the timing. This isn't 5 PM after work. This is 10 PM on Sunday and 11 PM on random weeknights. Apparently everyone in town collectively decided sleep is optional and chest day is eternal. The staff has always been cool, and the facility itself isn't bad. The problem is that approximately 73% of the city's population appears to have the same membership. If EOS ever starts charging admission for spectators, they'll make a fortune because most of us spend half our workout watching other people use the equipment we're waiting for.

Since joining Reign I have been able to make many connections and am now training in a women's group with Kiara! I'm in my mid 20's and meeting new girls who also love the gym like me is huge motivation to keep going! It's been 2 weeks and girrrrrrl let me tell you I have already seen a change! Since Kelly returned, rebranded the gym, and put her own vision into the space, the difference has been huge. She truly brought this place back to life and created the kind of private gym atmosphere people are looking for, clean, organized, welcoming, and focused. My son is 7, and a beginner and he usually gives up things pretty quickly, but here we are and he is still wanting to go. We plan out our week and he says okay we have boxing this day so we are going. I love that he wants to come and that shows how welcoming CHBF is!

I got to train with Coach Herb and Coach Ceaser, and they're two of the best coaches I've worked with. After a year of training, I was sparring and really nailing my fundamentals, plus I had a great fitness plan in place. I was so impressed with Coach Herb that I decided to have my daughter, who plays for Legends FC, start training with him to boost her performance and recovery. We love CHB and can't wait to keep training here!

The sauna is missing a temperature gauge, and please make sure the sauna is properly washed down regularly so it doesn't get musty like it was before. Also, the older Smith machine is missing the bench seat, which is frustrating because there are only two assisted Smith machines and one of them can't be properly used without the bench. I also wanted to ask why is it called 24 Hour Fitness if this location closes at 9 PM? That feels misleading, especially since the other 24 Hour Fitness on Madison is actually open 24 hours.
