I am so mad! I got a $3k modular shelving unit that came with the wrong instructions, so the contractor has to pull the whole thing down and patch/paint my wall with texture and put it all up again. I called customer service to complain (and advise them they also have the wrong instructions on the website) as it's now going to cost me double to put up the freaking shelves! I feel like I should be compensated for the extra $400 I'm spending to fix their mistake. At the very least, they could've offered me store credit. I mean, the wrong instructions in TWO places?!? Instead of a small light fixture, I was sent an incorrect very large chandelier that came in two boxes. The customer service rep (April 23 at 3:07 ET) was very rude asking me "how do you know it is the wrong light?". She then requested I return two huge boxes which won't fit in my car to the local postal carrier...how can I do that? I asked that they arrange a pick up service...she hung up on me and continued to do so each time I called. Worst experience ever buying furniture. After spending 3K for a recliner they charged me $280 for "white glove" delivery. I was told the item needed assembling and this was mandatory. They brought the item to my home, The item came assembled from factory, no assembly needed. Asked for a refund of the"white glove" charge. Denied. Ask for a return, they processed the return, but not the "white glove" fee. Be aware, the mislead potential buyers. read more

Three years ago, I did a Kitchen remodel and spent the money on what I thought was top tier hardware that would last a lifetime. There was obviously a manufacturing defect because half of the pulls looked great and about half had the patina come off and looked horrible (even in the same location in the kitchen. See pics). I contacted RH looking for them to replace the defective pulls. I sent videos and pictures. After multiple follow up, I was told by a non-responsive customer service team that they would not replace these items, but graciously offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase. The 30-day warranty had expired, and in my opinion, hardware should last as long as the kitchen. Horrible experience and RH does not back up their product even when there are obvious quality issues. I spent over 2K on this hardware. Spend your money with companies that will back their products. I have spent thousands of dollars with them and their sister companies. I have half a kitchen with messed up hardware caused by their manufacturing flaw, with no support from customer service. I ordered online a set of floating shelves, 6 weeks ago. During installation we discovered it was missing the locking screw hardware, leaving the heavy shelf free to slide out. I called, and was assured the missing hardware would be mailed to me. No screws were received, after 2 weeks. I contacted them, and was told though they didn't have the needed screws, they would send out a complete new shelf set. I could use the hardware from that to finish installation to make shelves stable and safe, and return the rest of the contents (probably why I received shelves without hardware in the first place.) But, 2 weeks later still no hardware or shelves received. After 6 weeks of emails and a call to the customer service line, the customer service 'supervisor' was not helpful. She said my only 2 options were to remove the partially installed shelves (requiring further costly repair and painting of the wall) to mail them back for a refund, or accept a 20% "keep as is" credit. No hardware replacement offered. No concern regarding the unsafe product mailed to me. A 20% credit as if they had a small scratch- not unusable. They would not provide the name or number of any person in the company to discuss my concerns regarding the unsafe shelves. I do not recommend this company. They address quality and safety concerns with a script, that is repeated, without concern for customer safety of satisfaction. read more

Shipping costs are ridiculous and not refundable! I ordered two wall lights at the Berkeley store. They charged me $75 for shipping. The Assistant Manager, Chris, told me that if I returned the lights, I could get the shipping fee returned if I "insisted." Well, I did return the lights, because they didn't work for me, but I am unable to get my shipping refunded. I talked to Chris, who apologized profusely, and he gave me a number to call and ask for an "appeasement on shipping." I just called that number and the customer service representative said they would not refund the shipping. $75 shipping? Who does business like that? read more

On July 12, 2025, I bought a fireplace grate for $529 (not including shipping and taxes). It was supposed to arrive by July 23. it is now August 19. I have called customer support 4 times since August 2, and they just keep telling me it's the vendor and they have no insight. Even asking for a refund, they said they would have to fill out a form and submit a request to the vendor and get it approved. So, if you would like to be out hundreds of dollars, not get your product, have customer service tell you there's nothing they can do because it's the vendor, and eventually just have to report fraud on your credit card, then this fireplace grate from rejuvenation is for you! read more

I placed a call to the store and spoke with Kelsy N. - she was such a tremendous help - answered all my questions effortlessly and professionally all with a tone of friendliness. She even had additional information that I hadn't thought about. When I stopped in the next day - I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by Kelsy. She had the sample all ready for me and helped me finalize the process of ordering the furniture. The other store associates were also very friendly and helpful. I did order some items on line as they were only available online with a sale price. I'm very happy with those items. MAJOR BUYERS REMORSE: Let my $800 mistake be a lesson to all--take a sec to research the items you are interested in. I am building a house and my designer found items on Rejuvenation.com I liked. I will take full accountability in that I should've dug deeper into the 24" fireclay utility sink I purchased for $1789. Had I done a quick Google search, I would have seen that the IDENTICAL sink (same name, dimensions, place of origin, etc) could be purchased for as low as $1199 with no tax and free shipping. Rejuvenation charges 10% shipping regardless of the item's weight, which for a 68 lb sink seem palatable, but I almost made an even bigger mistake in purchasing their Davoli burnished brass kitchen faucet & hot water dispenser that, with shipping, put the total purchase price over $5,000. Found the IDENTICAL faucet (California Faucet Davoli) for hundreds less and free shipping through my local design center. Rejuvenation is just a ripoff reseller when I naively thought their items were unique to them. Will return to their website for design inspo only. read more

But I figured, what the heck, I'll FAFO myself. Whatever happens, I'll write a review on Yelp. Well, here ya go... A sales associate named Kayleen answered the phone. She was warm, well-spoken, and extremely helpful. She went to the back to search for both lamps while she put me on hold. End of story--I bought two lamps for my bedroom and was very happy with the customer service I received. Hat tip to Kayleen! I visited this store a week ago for the first time at the recommendation of my designer. I was looking for a chandelier and some sconces for my kitchen and dining area due to a remodel. I was helped by William and he was really excellent. I had eyed a chandelier on-line and it was even more stunning in person. William helped me figure out the right size to order and the right length for the drop cable. He really encourage me to try and get the order through that day to take advantage of a free shipping promotion. He prepped the order in the system so it would be quick for my designer to review and get the order finalized. He also helped me with some sconces and gave an overview of some of the cabinet hardware. I was a great experience and I really appreciated his help.
