Even after moving 740 miles away to Southern Oregon, I couldn't find another shop that matched their expertise, quality of work, or product selection--believe me, I tried. When I decided to get into bikepacking, I knew I needed the right setup, so I called All Pro and asked if I could order two bikes and have them custom-built to my specifications. Without hesitation, they said "Yes". So, I made the 1,500-mile round trip to pick up two perfectly dialed-in bikes--and I couldn't be happier. Right now, as I write this, a friend and I are riding those very bikes on the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route, from Banff, Canada all the way to the Mexican border, currently tackling the Grand Teton section. None of this would have been possible without All Pro Bikes and their incredible in-house mechanic, Madison from Buttery Builds, who absolutely nailed the custom builds. Huge thanks to everyone at All Pro. No matter where life takes me, you've got a customer for life!

A huge thank you to Eric and Matt for taking the time to help our family. Eric was incredibly helpful with my son, who recently started track and field and is learning shot put and discus. He gave him great advice not only on the right beginner equipment, but also shared helpful tips on building endurance for running long distances. It was great seeing someone take the time to encourage a young athlete who is just getting started. At the same time, Matt was helping both my wife and my son and really dialed in what shoes would work best for them. My wife has been a nurse for many years, spending long hours on her feet, and Matt's experience with customers who work in similar fields really showed. He helped narrow down the right shoe and support options based on real feedback from people who rely on these shoes every day. What impressed us most was how knowledgeable and patient everyone was. They really listened to our concerns about foot pain, sizing, and proper support, and helped us explore options like custom insoles and the right shoe fit. They also carry track and field supplies, which made it easy for us to pick up the right shot put and discus for my son as he begins his journey in the sport. Another thing we appreciated is that they offer discounts for local school track and field athletes as well as professionals like nurses and others who spend long hours on their feet, which shows they truly care about supporting their community. The store itself is also really cool inside -- welcoming, well organized, and clearly built around helping athletes and everyday professionals alike. Highly recommend this place if you're a runner, athlete, healthcare worker, or anyone who spends long hours on their feet and wants expert guidance. We'll definitely be back.

I was a…read moreyears-long loyal VIP member of a much larger running shoe store (a chain) and had become incredibly unhappy with their inconsistent analysis of my foot/gait, the staff's disinterest in getting my shoes right, and inability to actually get me a shoe that was exactly what I needed. I discontinued my membership after months of trying all the wrong shoes they suggested for me and feeling frustrated that they were unable to get me the shoe I was asking for. I went to On Track and in my first visit there, had a better understanding of my foot, the different models of the particular shoe I was after, a very in-depth discussion about the differences in the models, and they ordered the EXACT shoe we agreed on, which was the one I had been trying to get for almost 9 months. Matt, the manager, was incredible. Very knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing and personable - he was invested in me and my needs from the start to the finish. After the shoe arrived to the store, I went in for a final fitting and had to bring my 3 and 4 year olds with me. He made space for them to play and explore some of their merchandise without even a hesitation while he and I focused on my shoes. I had my shoes within a week of my first visit, and they are perfect. PLEASE visit this store and experience their top notch knowledge and customer service!!!

From books to relay batons to training devices, they have helped me out on more than one occasion. Where they really earned their stars is last summer when I was in desperate need of starting blocks. My daughter was training for the Junior Olympics and we needed to work on her starts over the first two hurdles. I called around but the lead time was weeks (plural) which would have meant her steps would have been seriously off for her first meet. A call to On Track had me on hold while they looked in their inventory then a promise of a call back in a few minutes while they checked in the back. Sure enough, they had an out-of-box demo that was still brand new and ready for my pick up that afternoon. We had it at practice that night and the rest as they say is history. I know this review will be useless to the majority of Yelpers but should you ever need anything track related, you now know where to go!

Just because if that I was in the store the next week to purchase my first firearm. This is not fair and I didn't appreciate being tested like a criminal because of my tattoos. The men at Fort Courage passed no judgments and helped me keep my first firearm that I can't wait to pick up as soon as possible. Thank you guys for the excellent customer service and care. TLDR: Stan (the owner) is an uneducated, hard-headed, lazy, paranoid old man. Take your business…read moreelsewhere if you value your time. First, there are his working hours. I've pulled up multiple times at 4:30PM, 30 minutes before closing DURING business days, and the store will already be closed up. No explanation, nothing. On TOP of already being open only 4 days per week, sometimes Stan will just take 2 more days off unannounced. You will just show up at his storefront only to be greeted with a sign that says, "taking Thurs and Fri off, see you next Tues." Also, I visited once to pick up ammunition and Stan is at the counter doing paperwork on his laptop and informs me I will have to wait for him to finish. I politely answered that's fine. Then proceeded to wait 20 minutes doing nothing before he "finishes" his paperwork and helps me. There was NO other person working at the store. Based on my experience, Stan clearly does not value your time, only his own. He may have lower fees but it is NOT worth your time. If you DO plan on visiting for God knows what reason, call ahead. But you're much better off taking your business elsewhere, plenty of good FFLs in the area (greta's, smokin b, etc) Third thing, Stan does NOT understand current California Gun Laws. His mentality is simply "My Shop, My Rules." You cannot reason with him, if you print out CA penal codes he will just throw it in the bin. He is not one of those pro 2A shops that wishes to empower his community. He is a paranoid conservative owner who only cares about himself. And if he THINKS you will harm him or his business in any way even if what you're doing is completely legal, he will just yell at you. He simply does not care. Despite holding an FFL07 license to manufacture, the owner panicked over a completely legal Glock upper assembly. It does not matter if its a gen 3 or gen 6, whether the slide or barrel is serialized or not, they are BOTH NOT FRAMES OR RECEIVERS in the eyes of the CA DOJ. I urge you Stan to read up on CA DOJ Penal Codes. He even went so far as to say this transfer will "put him in jail." Stan has no problem transfering a gen 3 upper. But if it is gen 6 upper, he will freak out saying that it must be DROS'd as a complete firearm, even though the gen 3 he transfered was NOT registered as a firearm. He seems to believe ANYTHING that is serialized is a receiver or frame which is very far from the truth. First off, a handgun part cannot EVER be classified as a receiver, that is reserved for LONG GUNS. Handgun parts can be classified as a frame. And secondly, a handgun upper assembly is NOT classified as a frame because it does not house a trigger mechanism or sear. LOOK IT UP in CFR handbook. He is just a paranoid old man who only cares about himself. And he will accuse you of trying to ruin his shop based on nothing but his own paranoia. Mind you these experiences all took place within about a month. It doesn't take long for Stan to show his true colors. This is my final warning, stay away from this shop. I don't know what it was like before but I can tell you what it is like right now, and it is not a friendly 2A shop. The owner is a lazy and selfish paranoid old man, who you do NOT want to deal with.

However, the real reason for my review is the store's policy of ordering online compared to in person shopping is absolutely absurd. I came into the store looking for baby formula as it says they have it available, and I can even pick it up in store if I wanted. However, when I get to the section it seems like other baby formula has spilled over and someone might have accidentally mistook the items as available inventory. Since it's behind a case, I have to call over an associate, which is an ordeal unto itself. I eventually get two different employees show up to come assist, but of course they don't have the item and it's falsely stating "available." I'm then advised by both employees that I should go upfront and order with the online shopping Walmart representative so they can grab the item from the back for me in the warehouse. So instead of one of the employees going back for me, they are essentially stating I need to order online and "Hope" the item is back there otherwise Walmart will refund me. After politely asking one of the employees, he did check in the back, but after several minutes stated they didn't have any. Luckily he did mark it OUT OF STOCK, but talk about a weird policy- ORDER ONLINE, but don't expect to pick up items in person. This is just another reason why I try to avoid Walmart stores.
