So when I started having issues with the system, I contacted half a dozen different companies about coming out to troubleshoot and repair. Most of them just wanted to sell me new equipment right off the bat, chasing the big sales and not interested in helping. ABC was willing to do a service visit and give it their best shot. Well, their best shot included quickly locating and correcting a wiring failure (burnt out connectors), and then working directly with Enphase, the manufacturer of my existing system, to identify the parts that needed to be replaced. They even arranged for failed parts to be replaced under warranty! The crew was smart, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. She offered a free panel cleaning, which she set up internally and had their team come out this past Friday without issue. Since the cleaning the panels have been much better performing especially after these past few weeks of misting and rain, about 25% higher output. I didn't think much of it but I get now it's worth doing to get the most out of the panels. Overall a very good response and experience with OC specifically for this issue. I feel that they do want to stand out from the crowd and responding proactively to feedback gives me more confidence they'll take care of issues as they hear about them.
