I wasn't sure if this place is trustworthy because all the reviews kinda seem like written by one person in terms of the writing style (or maybe I'm too doubtful). But I gave it a try because price/location was best for me at that time, and I'm glad I gave it a try because it was pretty nice! They opened recently so there's some promotional event going on (additional 15min massage for free). Friendly service, I can see they're trying hard. One shortcoming would be that the guy therapist (forgot to ask his name) could've massaged stronger. For some parts, I felt like he didn't put enough strength because it didn't relieve my knots and stress. I didn't say anything this time but maybe next time if it happens again. read more

Me and my friend went there last night for a one hour body massage, I got a deep tissue because I like it strong, but since my friend not getting a massage regularly, he asked the masseur to light it up bit, they also check on us few time to make sure is the pressure right. Walk by this place after dinner with friends, since I love to getting massage, I went up to check the place, I got greet from a very friendly person when I walk in, and I find out they are doing a Grand Opening special, so I ended up got a one hour body massage with my additional 15mins for FREE!! If you Google the number associated with this place they are not legit and run a side hustle of trafficking. The cops should really check this place out. Its found on several adult websites, and should be investigated. They also have Telegram and offer services there too. How do I know? This number was on my BFs phone and I looked it up. When I arrived for my 9 PM appointment, a woman walked into the room instead. I asked if Tony was available, and she responded with something I couldn't understand before immediately beginning the massage by wrapping my head in a towel with the force of someone trying to start a lawn mower. I genuinely thought my earrings were about to be ripped out of my ears. I asked her within the first 5m to go softer, but the pressure wasn't even the main issue - it felt like she wasn't actually working on my muscles. Somehow she managed to spend an hour pounding on bones I didn't even know could be massaged, including my tailbone and elbows. To be fair, even if she had reduced the pressure, she was still working all the wrong places. The entire massage felt less like bodywork and more like being attacked by a hundred tiny crabs while an angry toddler threw bricks at me. I spent the session counting down the minutes until it was over. Every time she finished one body part, I felt relieved simply because that meant we were closer to being done. All the movements weren't slow and calm; they were quick, frightening, and aggressive. I had hot stones as a part of my treatment, but her carelessness throughout the regular massage portion made me terrified of what the hot stones were going to be like (thankfully, they were a normal hot stone temperature). I was visibly uncomfortable the entire time - wincing, flinching, and even making noises because the massage hurt. I've never spent an entire massage staring at the clock and mentally calculating how much longer I had to survive. Usually massages make you lose track of time. This one made every minute feel like an hour. I left feeling more stressed and sore than when I arrived. I've had many massages over the years, and this was by far the most uncomfortable, painful, and disappointing one I've ever received. The fact that I specifically requested a particular therapist, was told that request would be honored, and then received a completely different therapist only made the experience worse. The attached photo shows a text message they sent me 16m into the appointment, as well as my response when I saw it later, and their unprofessional "ok" response...

I had to use the restroom so I placed my bag roller bag and my coat in the small area with curtains that Cindi space showed me was mine. I went to the restroom and went into the room to get changed. I asked Cindi if she could unzip the back of my blouse because it was hard for me to unzip and I realized right away that Cindi did not understand English. Not my first time at a rodeo like this and that was totally fine with me. it took me about 6 to 7 minutes to get unchanged. I had boots with long laces and socks and pants and my top and the very long hair and jewelry so I wanted to make sure that you know I took everything off so that my massage would be pleasurable. Cindi came in and began... She got on the table right away which I was really excited about and made me look forward to what it seemed to be was going to be a really good massage. About five minutes in Cindi needed to answer the door so she got off the table and went out to see to the next customer. I completely understand this as I've been to massage therapist offices like this before, so it wasn't an issue for me. As Cindi was coming back, I needed to check my blood sugar because it seems like it was going low and I didn't wanna have any issues during the massage so Cindi had walked in and I asked her to wait a second so that I could just grab a little snack I was still on the table. I just kinda moved over grabbed a little something from my bag, put it in my mouth and then lay back on the table that took me about maybe a minute I laid back down and Cindi got to work the thing about working with a therapist that doesn't speak English, particularly Cindi, is when she robbed me too hard and it was painful. She did not understand me saying that it was too hard. I probably expressed that she was too hard about 10 times and she didn't really understand until I wanna say maybe about the 12th time. that was frustrating to say the least. once she understood, she did lighten up, which I was appreciative of, but struggling to be clear with my massage. Therapist takes me out of enjoying my massage for sure at the beginning before she began. I let her know that I didn't like it too hard and that I wanted an hour massage. About 40-ish minutes in Cindi told me that my massage was over. Initially, I thought she was just telling me to turn around but nope the massage was over when I looked at my clock. It had said 7:40 PM. I was a bit confused and called her back in even though she didn't really understand English I began to question what was going on since it was only 7:40 PM. We were not understanding each other and then she brought out her phone to translate what she was saying. What she translated was that we start your hour from the moment you step in the door. I'm sorry what? From the moment I stepped in the door? That's insane! I had to go to the restroom. I had to change my clothes, she had a customer to deal with. I needed to take a moment to eat something to bring my blood sugar up. None of that should've been counted and this massage that was 40 minutes, maybe 45 should not count as one hour. This is frustrating and disappointing and honestly not what I was looking for. I tried to explain that even though she didn't speak English and she wound up bringing in someone else that didn't speak English. They seemed nice, but honestly, I was not happy about the situation, even though I continued to be kind and forthright with how I was feeling. The other woman said "OK 10 minutes 10 minutes more no problem 10 minutes more"but honestly I wasn't happy with that. They worked on me for about a minute maybe two minutes but I couldn't relax and 10 minutes more didn't seem like enough so I stopped the massage and I told him that I didn't feel comfortable anymore. They said OK even though they kept speaking in their language to each other. I decided to get dressed and pay them $10 extra. I expressed my disappointment in a kind and respectful manner and they charged me for a 45 minute massage which was $50. I wound up giving them $60. I wouldn't recommend this place because of the language barrier and because honestly them charging me from the moment I walked into the place seems very dishonest. I paid $60 because I wanted to do things right and I always like to leave things better. The other lady tried to give me a bottle of water, but I didn't want a bottle of water so I didn't take it.

Since he is the owner and usually the only one manning the store, he will answer phone calls and greet people at the door during your massage. But I have no problem with it bc he adds the time back. Definitely come and give him a try!
