Awesome appliance repair service! A small wine fridge suddenly went out after we were out of town for a few days. Restart HVAC responded promptly after we messaged them on Yelp and showed up exactly on-time at the beginning of their visit window. George spent about 45 minutes diagnosing the issue and discovered it was an electrical issue (not an issue with the fridge itself). He saved us over $600 on an unnecessary new fridge and charged a very fair $60 for the visit. Update to last review: Initially, there was an issue with miscommunication & an operator/dispatch irresponsibly accepting the job & failing to tell the HVAC team my needs. As I sat shivering with a broken heater I unleashed. Well, the company did attempt to make good from their end. It very much seems that they fired the operator that had misled me. They also said he was rude to me, so had to go. I appreciated that. The HVAC team dispatched also went & purchased a new extra long ladder to attempt to make up & finish the job. I had completely forgotten about my shivering scathing review until the company reached out to me recently to apologize for what happened. Let start off with the customer service, from phone call to the project being finished they were always informing us and making sure that we were kept in the loop at all times. Which is very important because this year has been a big one for us when it comes to renovation and adding a new HVAC system for our home. We needed to install a 3 ton unit because the airflow of the house was not reaching the far end of the house so they were able to add ventilation system throughout. To make sure it reached to the backside of the house, our home is about 3800+ sq ft so you know we needed two units. My heater stopped working and I got a quick response from Restart. A technician Georgy arrived in one and half hours and identified the issue that the board needs to be replaced.
