Goerge called me early in the morning to say he was on his way to my place. This was a pleasant surprise to me - I was expecting another day of back-and-forth calls with technicians before anybody comes to work on my AC. Restart HVAC offers free estimates which are great because when you have a failed AC during a heatwave, paying for an estimate is the last thing you want to worry about. Goerge was on time and got straight to work. He figured out that my unit was low on freon, had a faulty relay, and needed to be cleaned. He also later was able to diagnose that all of my issues started from my thermostat. My 20+ yr old AC unit needed to be replaced. After getting some estimates I chose Restart HVAC, for the price but also because they took the extra time during the quote phase to make sure that all connections to my existing heater would work with new AC unit. Restart HVAC arrived right on time day of install, Nick graciously accommodated the change. Everything went great; one glitch was a part was needed that no vendors seemed to have available. What a positive and impactful experience I had today working with Georgy of Restart HVAC. He came during the window his company had communicated. Georgy was very professional, respected our home, very careful with the tools he brought on site, were protective material to protect the floors of the house. We had a non function Ductless A/C unit. He performed a diagnose, he explained every step of the way what needs to be done and the associated cost. He had to climb a ladder and go two stories high to access the exterior unit. He repaired it and the overall cost was beyond reasonable. I am highly recommending Georgy and Restart HVAC, I was impressed. I give my best recommendation to Restart HVAC!!! We were looking for the best person to install a ducted mini split system in our back house that our daughter just moved into. We completely replaced the gas furnace back there and he did it while saving us money with a specialized solution. He was a great pleasure to work with and have around for the few days he was here.
