Once you get to the top of the hill and the restaurant, you'll be set. Large open dinning room with windows along all the walls. You can see PVR in 360 degrees. Beautiful sunset views worthy of many, many photos. The staff are so attentive and are there for all of your needs. Food was very good. Everything came out fresh and prepared to order.

Had such a lovely evening here! Got a taxi from our hotel, which was about 10 min. We were greeted downstairs and told to go up to the 7th floor. When we got to the top floor, it was pretty quiet and not yet busy. We sat down at a gorgeous table right in the corner overlooking downtown PV. We ordered the Margot the day- passion fruit and orange juice and it was delicious! We couldn't stop staring out at the gorgeous views of the ocean and the city! We got the chateau Briand, lobster, calamari, and ended with the amaretto dessert. My favorite was the chateau Briand- the veggies were seasoned perfectly and those mushrooms, wow! The beef was incredible and prepared table side with a fire and saucepan. And wowoowwww HIGHLY recommend the *amaretto dessert* it was almondy and just the right amounts of sweet! And the service was INCREDIBLE- the staff was so kind and welcoming too! Also, there was a great singer this evening who sang a bunch of classics and it added to the beautiful vibe. Highly recommend coming here for great food, views, and service. 100000/10!!!!!

Filet mignon cooked table side...so good!

Yes the view is amazing, but the highlight of our visit was the attentive service and wonderful food. Everything was top notch and we can't wait to come back and make this a yearly stop on our travels.

We find our self here at El panorama yet again. This place being one of the first high-rise restaurants with the view for Puerto Vallarta. I understand is again one of our must use while we're in town. You can't beat the view and the food is delicious. Went in town make it a point to make a reservation and visit. You won't be disappointed. Service is always excellent and our waiter for the evening had great recommendations..

Some of the reviewers don't get this place. If you understand what a "full service" 1950s style SupperClub is - then you are in for a magical treat. Service is superb- our guest dropped their napkin and seconds before he could reach for it a new one was handed to him. Order the Caesar Salad - they make the dressing table side ! Great bar menu - over the top white table cloth service. Amazing steaks and seafoods. Some items on the menu are made table side - what a show! Order the "sexy coffee" for a wonderful performance and ending. There is a woman that will capture your party in photos and provide you framed results when you leave. The view - amazing !!

This is a place that made history as the first restaurant in the top floor of a building in Puerto Vallarta. Went here to have dinner with some friends and the food, service and view were nothing short of spectacular. My wife and I shared the Chateaubriand. Tender, seasoned well with a tasty Bearnaise sauce, some veggies on the side and a basket of toasted garlic bread. We had Sangria which was fine although not so inspired, wine and limeade. One of our friends had the house special shrimp and raved about it, our other friend went for the shrimp wrapped with cheese and bacon, also a big hit. We finished the night with a couple of their featured desserts, the wife and I shared the strawberry in their secret sauce over ice cream, our friends the bananas, also in their special sauce over ice cream. Both the main course and the desserts were cooked, flambe style at the table . We had a reservation just before sunset and the view from the 9th floor was only rivaled by the view from the roof top bar. The prices were very good for the quality of food and service we enjoyed. This is definitely something to add to your must try places?

I found El Panorama online when I searched restaurants with a view. My husband and I are on vacation so we decided to try this place. I made a reservation and when we arrived it was quiet. The view is amazing the service was great too and the food was delicious. I recommend this place without a doubt. Thay make a lot of food in front of you including the Cesar salad which was so good. We had shrimp, the fresh catch of the day and it was all fresh and cooked to perfection. We will be going back.

1 raw esparagus as garnish, plain mashed potatoes, stir fried veg and a very low quality "ribeye" that wasn't seasoned or cooked that well!

This was a last minute choice. I decided to take my fiancé to dinner thinking it would be romantic. First off, service was good. The wait staff very attentive and friendly! And the drinks were on point. Here's the bad part unfortunately: Old restaurant that needs to get remodeled. Old tables, silverware, napkins, everything! I get it, it's been there for a long time, but come on! Seriously! The food was less than mediocre, the ribeye steak was not top quality and the way it was cooked was a disaster! Can't even tell how it was cooked!! The steak had 1 RAW asparagus placed on top as garnishment? Huh? The salsa was tasty. But after we finished dinner, that was it, we had enough of this nostalgic old place! The one good thing I can say was that it had great views, and that's about it!! If you're looking for a good place to have good tasty food, this is definitely NOT your place! I wouldn't waste my time at this place! There are other quality restaurants that serve great food in the area and in PV in general! Sorry to say!

What an wonderful experience! Food was amazing, service top notch and the flambé experience with the bananas borrachas and the coffee are from other world! The way was kind of weird because it's up stairs but totally worth the walk.

I honestly could have ordered two. The house-made ricotta was creamy, the tomatoes were fresh and sweet, and the aged balsamic brought everything together perfectly. For my main, I had the Asian noodle salad with grilled shrimp. It was refreshing, light, and full of flavor without feeling heavy. The grapefruit added a bright citrus note, and while I initially thought the candied pecans would be an odd pairing, they worked surprisingly well. My only suggestion would be to remove the shrimp tails to make the dish a little easier to enjoy. I finished with the mango-strawberry almond parfait, which was the perfect ending to the meal. It was light, refreshing, and not overly sweet, making it a great dessert after two flavorful courses. The service throughout the meal was warm and welcoming. I'm still working on my Spanish, and everyone was patient and encouraging, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Located just a short walk from our Airbnb, it's perfectly placed for a relaxed dinner after a day of exploring. The room on the second floor was air-conditioned -- a godsend in June's heat -- and made the whole experience far more comfortable. Tangy, balanced, and truly memorable -- one of the best cocktails we tried during our stay. Food: outstanding. The Tuna Chicharrón taco was superb -- honestly the best taco we had in two days in PV. Crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The Shrimp Ceviche tostadas were equally excellent: fresh, bright, and well composed. Service: Jesús was a standout. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable -- he made solid recommendations and kept the evening running smoothly. If you're nearby, do not miss this spot. Great food, fantastic cocktails, and comfortable indoor seating with AC make Tuna Azul an easy top pick in Puerto Vallarta.
