Sarah is hands down one of the best bartenders around! Every time we come in, she greets us with a smile and makes us feel genuinely welcome. She's friendly, funny, and has a way of making everyone feel like a regular. Not only are her drinks consistently amazing but she keeps things moving even when it's busy, never seems flustered, and always takes the time to chat and make us laugh. Update- we went back for a 2nd time and we won't make it to a 3rd time. The food just isn't good and the flavor and seasoning doesn't exist. They have to have someone that has never been a cook before in the kitchen. This time there was a girl walking around handing out apple pie shots from the owner thanking adults for coming. We got the pretzel appetizer and they were burnt and deep fried and the sauces were just canned and meh. I got the Greek chicken pita and asked for extra seasoning on my fries since it didn't exist last time and that's as much as they gave... It was edible but not a single spec of seasoning or salt used besides dropping it in a pile of thyme or oregano or whatever they used to call it Greek. Daughter got a kids peanut butter and jelly (shocking because she has never got that before at a restaurant lol). I personally thought it was perfect and they globbed it on there and it was thickkkk. She was mad it was too much and it was dripping out so I wiped some off. My bf got the shrimp wrap and pasta salad for a side. The shrimp wrap didn't see a single fleck of salt and pepper let alone any other marinades or seasoning and looked bland as hell. The pasta salad was drier than the Sahara and didn't have ANY dressing or seasoning. It was plain noodles mixed in a cup with random veggies. It's so loud inside I can't have a conversation with anyone sitting next to me or across from me so we stared at each other or watched wrestling on tv until the food came. I wanted to give them grace as they're new. The Kellogg cracker in cellophane was the most delectable thing on the menu. HORRIBLE on all counts. Thy were understaffed with inexperienced personnel. We sat for an extended time without any service, even though those who came in afterwards were served. The man who served us was unclean and overburdened. Food was served cold and really bad. The chili and cream of chicken soup were inedible. We left with our food uneaten. They failed miserably at every level. Staff. Kitchen. Everything. The place was clean is the best I can say. They did an awesome job with the setup--there's not a bad seat in the place and TVs are everywhere, so you can catch every game no matter where you're sitting. What really stands out is how well they've dialed everything in right from the start. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and hustling without making you feel rushed. Food came out quick, hot, and exactly as ordered--which isn't always the case at a brand new spot. You can tell there's strong management behind the scenes making sure things run smoothly. The food here is actually great! Everything I've tried thus far has been delicious. Great burgers and fries, great chicken Cesar wrap and tots, great cheese curds. My problem is - the price I know everything is so expensive these days but $4 for a soft drink?? (Which some reason always tastes a little off?) the cheese curd portion is quite small for the price. (We ordered for a group of three and each got like 3-4 cheese curds lol) and the up charge for tater tots is $2... $1 to add cheese to a burger, etc. while a lot of this is standard, I feel like the prices here don't justify the portion sizes. The burger fries portion is fine. Wraps are relatively small (but delish) It's truly great food and would be more of a go to spot but the prices/portion controls will keep us from frequenting this place. read more

I am responding to the Business Manager who commented on my original review. We were patrons at your establishment and did not have a good experience. Reading your response shows us that you do not want to correct your mistakes. Most employees will not say anything bad about their employers if they are working there. The incident was seen by other patrons and also felt the owner was rude. It was very unprofessional. Usually when a customer leaves a bad review the establishment apologizes for the bad experience and tells the customer to come back for a better experience. Price for an NA beer,7.50....(Ultra can).... Bar tender, ( senior gentle person) could not give us change at the bar , had to bring the $$ to the table away from other customers . He did not enter the price of the beverages into the cash register.....while we waited at the bar for our drinks & change. Brought a few dollars as change , when questioned regarding the price of each can, ( following the count of the change provided),he stated ,"7.50 each,that's what they change for NA beer." Could not push back the beverages as the cans were already opened & poured.... The change was a few dollar bills & a whole lotta chat away from the bar & other customers. No wonder pockets seemed FULL & glasses were empty. Seems like a ' beer pong scam'. Didn't get an honest vibe from that whole exchange. My family tried this place yesterday and there are some issues that I hope they fix. Service- it was so slow, we waited to have our order taken for 40mins but our waitress walked by 3 times. Apps- pretzel was good, I had to ask for my sauce for the egg rolls. Mains- I had a burger(medium) it was well done, fries were soft(no crisp) Chicken pita was ok, fries were cold no seasoning (not even salt) Meatball sub was impossible to eat, so messy, fries were cold. The food overall seems mediocre(frozen). It's not difficult to make homemade meatballs, or fresh burgers. Having a menu with options like every other restaurant in town, your food better stand out or it gonna be rough to succeed. It seems as though the owner/ manager sat at the bar the whole time we were there, this being a "new" spot I would think they would walk around and ask questions/ get comments and at least realize the table behind you was there for over 2 hours just for lunch. Flipping a table every 2 hours is not a sub stainable business practice. read more

Me and my boyfriend went in we ordered the apple martinis (DELICIOUS) the bartender made sure to stop by the table and drop off an extra glass with the extra which was a great gesture! I had the rice bowl with chicken, peppers, onions, and yum yum sauce. Chicken was cooked to perfection and the meal was great:) my boyfriend got a burger can't remember which one specifically but he thought it was great and the fries were a hit really well seasoned! Our waitress was really sweet and the owners were constantly walking around checking in on people you can tell they have a passion for making their buisness succeed, we will definitely be coming back on game nights to watch on one of their multiple TVs! Friday night of Memorial Day weekend and they are out of Yeungling. What???? Our server was also working her first shift....on a Friday night...of a Holiday weekend. Food overall was ok at best. She didn't know what a Yeungling was when I ordered one, so I had to point it out on the menu. On her tablet she said it showed sold out so that why I posted what I did. After we placed our order she came back 5 minutes later and asked if we wanted to order. My point was not to be negative to the waitress as she was trying her best, but you can tell she lacked training and was very uncomfortable. As for the food, much better bar food all over Lincoln Way. We eat out 1-2 times a week across the area and your food was subpar. As for atmosphere, there was a young boy that kept distracting the girls at the hostess stand. Based on how all the girls interacted with him, he must be the son of someone that works there. I am not one to leave a negative review, but tonight was so bad I felt I had to. By the looks of things, you have had multiple bad reviews over the last month. Great family friendly new sports bar with about 25 TV's so it's very hard to not get a good seat for a game you're trying to catch. Food is solid. Got the blue collar burger and it was a very very good burger. Also got a cup of chili that was extremely delicious and not spicy at all so my 3 year old finished the bowl and then licked the spoon.....very delicious. My wife got the Italian beef with the giardiniera and it was super flavorful....but the giardiniera is extra spicy so be aware. Kids wanted dessert so we ordered the churros and the cookie skillet. Both very delicious. Service was good. For a Wednesday night it got super busy so it took a slightly above average time to get the food. My chili was supposed to come as an appetizer but came with the entrees. Not a big deal to me but some people might mind. Will be back!!! read more

We were excited to try a new place last Saturday. We arrived at 6pm with a party of 6. The wait to get a table was about 15-20 minutes. We were seated next to the bar. Once seated it was 15-20 minutes before the waitress came to our table. When she finally made her way over she said she was only taking drink orders. We already had drinks from our wait at the bar so she disappeared again. I asked for waters. She never brought them. I had to ask the owners friend that was cleaning tables to bring us water. I have a gluten allergy, I asked the waitress to check if the ranch and bbq sauce was gluten free. She never checked for me. She came back to the table 15-20 minutes later to take our orders. They were out of gluten free buns so I ordered the mother clucker without a bun. My friend ordered the Rueben. It was another 30 minutes before our food came. Mine came out with a bun, I asked they remake it due to my allergy. They brought it back within minutes and said they gave me new condiments so it should be fine. That was not acceptable. My friend's Reuben sandwich didn't have thousand island nor did it have sauerkraut as described on the menu. The meat was so dry that she couldn't even eat it. Another friend ordered the mother clucker with buffalo sauce. She was given franks red hot sauce by mistake. The owner said the kitchen staff accidentally labeled the buffalo sauce incorrectly. That's a big mistake to make. The waitress was no where to be found to address any of our issues. She did not stop at the table once to check on us or to refill drinks. I ordered a margarita on the rocks. It was one of the worst drinks I've ever had. I couldn't even drink it. Overall it was a terrible experience. There wasn't a manager or owner available to talk to us. We will not be back. read more
