    Colorado skillet with pancakes

This is a family-owned restaurant that has been around for some time. The space has a nice size to it and it is very clean; nothing fancy though. We came around mid-morning and it was not packed but we ordered take out. They have an extensive menu and was pleasantly surprised to see that they have Greek and Italian options. We will come back to try other items on their menu. But for today, I ordered the Coloroado skillet with pancakes and hubby ordered the Reuben sandwich. Portions are huge and we enjoyed our food.

Met up with some family here while in form out of town. The parking lot was spacious with plenty of empty spots available. We were seated immediately, and the staff took our orders promptly. It took a while for the food to come out, but, it WAS pretty busy. The restaurant was noisy, and every table was full. When the food came out, I was less than impressed. The flavor was mediocre, and the appearance of the food lackluster. For what the menu pricing shows, I would have expected better.

The music was like they were playing my playlist. And the drinks were great. It was a busy day as it was lunchtime before a Tinley Park concert, but we weren't in a rush. Thank you for the great experience and good food!! This was definitely perfect before our concert. We will be back again.

It has been a bit now since I visited and sadly was disappointed in my experience. I called ahead to order so pick up would be easier. The staff member was having a difficult time understanding me but we got my order in and everything seemed clear! When we went to pick up our food, we noticed the inside wasn't super clean and they had fans on in both eating areas. The woman at the register helped a couple of others before calling me up so I could pay for our order. There was no confirmation of items just my name. When our food was ready, they were missing the small french fry. She immediately got defensive saying she didn't charge me for it and I could pay still. Another staff from the back came out and also chimed in. I was happy to pay for the fry but everything is made to order so we had to wait a bit. The food here is very good. The wings weren't as crispy as normal but that could have been from the wait. Overall, there could be some service improvements made and better communication among staff.

The atmosphere is dimly lit (which I love), clean, lots of wood and leather everywhere. It's spacious but also cozy. On to the food.. my favorites have been the butterfish and the trout. This last time I got a pesto gnocchi with shrimp. The shrimp was really good right off the grill as were the gnocchi but it was kind of swimming in an oily sauce. I expected it to either be creamy or lightly coated pasta, instead of a pool of pesto and oil. The sauce didn't really stay on to the gnocchi because it was so thin. I used my extra pita bread to sop it up. The artichoke with hummus appetizer is also tasty. My friend got the lamb shank (chops?) and she also enjoyed her meal. The espresso martini was good but it had like a chunky shaved chocolate or something on the rim which was unnecessary and made it kind of hard to drink. We haven't tried any desserts yet but they look amazing. It was about $150 for 2 cocktails, 2 glasses of wine, 2 entrees, and 1 appetizer. I couldn't afford this regularly but it's a nice treat every now and then.

VERY spacious, and you wouldn't think that from looking at the building in the parking lot. I will say this OFF TOP, I will be back. This place appears to have lots to offer, and I want in on the good stuff. They have party rooms, a massive bar and plenty of seating for friends, foes and the family. Adorable decor, but also simple. Its a bar/pub friends! Let's get to the sips and bites shall we! I ordered a cranberry and vodka. When it came, it was dang near clear, so I knew that would be my only sip for the evening and some water. lol We ordered starters/apps: Chicken Wings and Cheese Curds. Simple, tasty, hot and the service was SWIFT BABY SWIFT! Entree: I ordered Fish tacos. I had my fingers and toes crossed hoping they were going to be amazing. No sir, no ma'am. Flavorless. They looked great though. I ate half of one and gave to my sib for take home bites. I blame me, I should have ordered something safe, like a burger or something easy peasy. Sis ordered a Patty Melt with fries. Looked good, she stated it tasted amazing. Winner, winner, burger dinner! Bro order a couple things: Chicken Tenders and fries and a Quesadilla. He stated his items were delicious. We sat, ate, sipped and enjoyed the space. I would absolutely recommend this establishment for friend/family gatherings, or popping in for sips and wings. They have an assortment of homemade sips and eats, and their menu is pretty large. If anything, I will be back to try more options of things. Simple grub! Great location and friendly staff! As always, you don't have to take my word for it, go get you some!

Tender, flavorful, and practically melted in your mouth. We paid a little extra $ to split it, and it was more than enough for both of us, with leftovers to take home. The relish tray was a great addition, especially the sweet and tangy bean salad and creamy coleslaw, which may be the best I've ever had. Warm bread and butter were included, too. Also included was a potato and a soup or salad. The potato options were a baked potato, fries, or hash browns, or you could choose other options for an additional charge. Our server initially told us the soup was creamy chicken and wild rice, which my husband was excited about, but she returned shortly after to let us know they'd run out and were now serving potato soup. This was our only disappointment of the night. We passed on the soup and went with the salad instead, which was very good. The service overall was excellent.
