The garage is clean and bright and the staff is friendly, and Andrew knows his business. We had a great conversation about putting a clear PPF over a color wrap to help extend it's life. We had our Tesla Y wrapped and were ready for a refresh. Andrew and his folks took good care of us. They removed the old wrap and installed the new wrap in less than a week. We chose to have a clear PPF applied over the color wrap. They suggest that the wrap set for a couple of weeks before the clear PPF is applied, so we took her back a couple weeks later and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. In total, this is the fourth time I've taken a car in for a wrap and our first with OzBraz. Our experience here was definitely a notch above any other. We highly recommend Andrew and his team. We live in Fountain Hills, so it was a bit of a drive for us, but it was WELL worth it.

They replaced my motor mounts, did all of the brakes, and had everything finished exceptionally fast. No delays. No runaround. No inflated invoice. Now here's the part that really matters. They tested and charged my AC and found a loose hose. Most shops would have told me I needed parts. Most shops would have padded the bill. They didn't. They fixed the loose hose properly and did not charge me for something that didn't need replacing. That kind of honesty is rare. And when you run a business with fleet vehicles like I do, honesty is everything. Their pricing was far below what most shops in the area would have charged, and the quality of work was top tier. Mike answered the phone and made my 2 pm appointment. First off, you should know that this place is a HOME. Dude runs the business from his home, and I'm sure he's certified, licensed and all that, but it was pretty awkward pulling up to a neighborhood. Once I parked on the driveway, I rang the doorbell on the front door and Mike came around the garage. I explained what the issues were and he said he would call me to let me know what needed to be done if anything. I do appreciate the fact that they thoroughly assess your vehicle and call to give you an estimate before performing any work. I was desperate to get it done because B.B. is my only ride. I don't have the luxury of switching vehicles like some people do (maybe one day again.. lol). I ended up walking home since it was literally a few blocks away and they didn't have any kind of lobby or waiting area. Mike called within a half hour to tell me he didn't hear the brakes squeaking and that they were fine. I also mentioned the oil change and when he gave me the estimate, my jaw kind of dropped to the floor. He quoted me over $200 for the oil change, air filter and cabin filters changes. I'm not auto expert, but that seemed pretty damn high. I get that I drive a V8 but daaaamn!! At that point, I didn't gaf because I had to walk in the slight rain to get it back. I wanted it done so I approved it and he got to work. He and his associate completed the work in about 45 minutes so they are quite efficient! I was satisfied with the work, but I won't be returning. I know I can do the filters myself but like I said, I was just wanting it all done in one stop. Also, to note, they are moving out to I believe East Mesa I think it was. I overheard him telling another customer as he was leaving. I'm not sure if he has overhead costs but even with the military discount I asked about, I still paid $240!!! Smh. If $120 for labor is standard for having my vehicle for under an hour, then I guess there's value in what I paid?! Oh well, it is what it is and the work was done well. Lesson learned. Damsel in distress will do research and plan accordingly for my next automotive needs.

It was actually a bit high still... the said you guys overfilled the trans and that is why it puked the fluid. The root cause ended up being the tune, which isn't something you guys had anything to do with. At the end of the day your version of events is not accurate.

A different and reputable tire shop I've dealt with for years confirmed these tires are in terrible condition after only three months, and even took pictures of them to post on their social media to warn others. These pros that have also been in the business a very long time have never even heard of this brand. I've never experienced this with multiple brands I've purchased in the past, and spent about the same amount of money on them. I gave Firebird an opportunity to make things right and prorate these tires but they refused. I will never go back.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Have you ever wondered why car technicians have the stereotype of taking advantage of people? Revive Auto will sure show you why. Is it normal for breaks to squeak and grind after replacing? I didn't think so either, but this dump will tell you otherwise. After getting my breaks replaced, and taking it back a week later for them to re-look at, I was told, "It's because of the rust and you probably should sell this vehicle asap." First of all, I have lived in Illinois for 28 years and have never heard that rust excuse (I called my auto shop back in Illinois for their thoughts and they laughed). After hearing that aka the biggest red flag , I needed a second & PROFESSIONAL opinion so I took my vehicle into the Chevy dealership (I should of taken to Chevy from the start.) Revive Auto used the CHEAPEST break pads on the market which answers why my breaks are continuing to squeak/grind after being replaced. (Revive Auto refused to tell me the name of the break pads that were put in my car). I will now have to replace my breaks sooner than I should because of Revive Auto cutting corners. Please do your research and search around before choosing here. I was initially considering Revive Auto Center for the bodywork on my Prius. However, their quote came in at over $10,000, which left me with a sense of unease. They made it seem like the repairs would be costly and challenging, It felt like they were using the difficulty of job and finding the paint to justify the high cost. Fortunately, I found another place that offered the repair at a significantly lower price of $1300. And let me tell you, they exceeded my expectations! The work they did was absolutely fantastic. They flawlessly matched the paint, and my car looks as good as new. Their confidence in handling the repairs was a breath of fresh air. They even guaranteed the paint match, which gave me added peace of mind. Plus, their price was remarkably affordable. If Revive Auto Center had given me a competitive price and instilled confidence in their ability to do the repairs, I would have definitely chosen them. My 2016 Frontier was throwing codes for multi cylinder misfires. Austin (ace tech) at Revive Automotive, had replaced my motor mounts a few months prior and did a great job. Allen (straight shooting owner) got my truck in fast for trouble shooting and diagnosis. It took time and a top end teardown, but Austin found my cam actuator spring had snapped. They saved old parts for me, cleaned everything carefully, and tested the motor thoroughly before returning my truck to me. They kept pricing at very reasonable levels and patiently explained each step of the repair. These guys are not trying to be the fastest shop, but they ARE one of the BEST in town.If you care about your vehicle, bring it here. You won't regret it. read more

However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.

The prices seemed fair for what they did for me, but the one thing that stood out the most to me is when I was having financial hardship in between housing they kindly allowed me to break down my payments, and since I had to leave my car at the shop they even gave me a ride home. They didn't have to do either of these things but the really helped me and that tells me not only are they mechanics but they have a good heart. I would recommend this place anyone who is looking for a reliable mechanic in the valley.
