The front and rear bumpers, the spoiler, and the door handles were all losing their clear coat. It honestly looked like a bad case of sunburn. On top of that, all four wheels had noticeable curb rash. For a car with such low mileage, it was frustrating to see it looking that worn down. We brought it to USA Collision at 10020 N Cave Creek Rd and worked with Hovik, the estimator. From the start, he was confident and straightforward. He told us the car would look like new when the work was done--and he absolutely delivered on that promise. The paint finish is flawless, everything matches perfectly, and the attention to detail really stands out. The wheels look great again, and the entire car looks better than we remember it ever looking, even when it was newer. If they or Zack tell you it's manufacture original parts they repaired your car YOU need to verify. If your final paperwork says it's OEM original parts that repaired your car YOU need to verify. If they write two sentences in your repair order stating that they used manufacture OEM parts YOU need to verify. Very shady practices and they can't be trusted. Even given an opportunity to fix the issue they won't, but will admit to it. Be careful or best run far from here.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Have you ever wondered why car technicians have the stereotype of taking advantage of people? Revive Auto will sure show you why. Is it normal for breaks to squeak and grind after replacing? I didn't think so either, but this dump will tell you otherwise. After getting my breaks replaced, and taking it back a week later for them to re-look at, I was told, "It's because of the rust and you probably should sell this vehicle asap." First of all, I have lived in Illinois for 28 years and have never heard that rust excuse (I called my auto shop back in Illinois for their thoughts and they laughed). After hearing that aka the biggest red flag , I needed a second & PROFESSIONAL opinion so I took my vehicle into the Chevy dealership (I should of taken to Chevy from the start.) Revive Auto used the CHEAPEST break pads on the market which answers why my breaks are continuing to squeak/grind after being replaced. (Revive Auto refused to tell me the name of the break pads that were put in my car). I will now have to replace my breaks sooner than I should because of Revive Auto cutting corners. Please do your research and search around before choosing here. I was initially considering Revive Auto Center for the bodywork on my Prius. However, their quote came in at over $10,000, which left me with a sense of unease. They made it seem like the repairs would be costly and challenging, It felt like they were using the difficulty of job and finding the paint to justify the high cost. Fortunately, I found another place that offered the repair at a significantly lower price of $1300. And let me tell you, they exceeded my expectations! The work they did was absolutely fantastic. They flawlessly matched the paint, and my car looks as good as new. Their confidence in handling the repairs was a breath of fresh air. They even guaranteed the paint match, which gave me added peace of mind. Plus, their price was remarkably affordable. If Revive Auto Center had given me a competitive price and instilled confidence in their ability to do the repairs, I would have definitely chosen them. My 2016 Frontier was throwing codes for multi cylinder misfires. Austin (ace tech) at Revive Automotive, had replaced my motor mounts a few months prior and did a great job. Allen (straight shooting owner) got my truck in fast for trouble shooting and diagnosis. It took time and a top end teardown, but Austin found my cam actuator spring had snapped. They saved old parts for me, cleaned everything carefully, and tested the motor thoroughly before returning my truck to me. They kept pricing at very reasonable levels and patiently explained each step of the repair. These guys are not trying to be the fastest shop, but they ARE one of the BEST in town.If you care about your vehicle, bring it here. You won't regret it. read more

However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.

The prices seemed fair for what they did for me, but the one thing that stood out the most to me is when I was having financial hardship in between housing they kindly allowed me to break down my payments, and since I had to leave my car at the shop they even gave me a ride home. They didn't have to do either of these things but the really helped me and that tells me not only are they mechanics but they have a good heart. I started with them rebuilding my motor and just kept going from there. I did stop going here because of distance and I think if I was closer I would continue to take it to them for small jobs. To be fully transparent, I'm very specific about a lot of things when it comes to my vehicles so there were things that I noticed that weren't right, a couple things still exist to this day that were caused by the shop. However, every time I told Miguel about these issues he immediately did his best to help fix them. And they did fix most of the issues I had. This is not a bad shop at all. I definitely recommend them.
