Friendly, inviting, and sincerely wanted to take on my vehicle repair. He helped me deal with a difficult claims employee who was trying to trap me with trick questions (I came to later realized). I was feeling humiliated and getting angry by the line of questioning by this claims person. Thank you Allen for dealing with this difficult person. The work came out beautiful my car looks like new! Allen was SO helpful!! I stupidly hit my side view mirror backing out of my garage at 5am (in my defense I have a new baby who has been going through a sleep regression and I was on my way to get some badly needed caffeine) Allen responded so quickly and made the process unbelievably easy and pain free! I brought my car in on a Tuesday and by that Friday he had ordered the mirror and had it painted! I swung by and it was installed within 30 minutes! He even fixed a part that was loose on the bottom of my car for no additional fee! Pre-purchase inspection before buying a vehicle I was interested in. This shop saved me from a financial catastrophe and that's not hyperbole. They discovered that the diagnostic system had been reset on the vehicle to cover up all manner of costly needed repairs. The dealership selling the vehicle had reset the check engine light to turn it off without doing the repairs, and the light would have returned after 50 to 75 miles. I dug into the dealership reviews and checked the negative ratings. Turns out they've done exactly this same manipulation in the past and stuck customers with horrendous repair bills. Furthermore, the guys at Revive are kind, friendly, and respectful. I'm a woman and dealing with car related issues has resulted in being treated with the occasional condescending attitude. On a real note, if you want a good team of professionals that are willing to not only make sure that the quality and aesthetic of your car is up to your standards, but are also willing to put with your insurance's nonsense, then this shop is the right place to go. My parked car was hit at work, and part of the front bumper was clipped off, and I just wanted it done and dealt with. But because of my insurance, I not only had a hard time finding a shop that would even take my insurance, but I had to leave my car at this shop for 2 WEEKS before they could even fix anything, and literally for no reason. This was not because of Revive, but actually because nobody at my insurance could get their act together so my claim was thrown around between 3-4 different people. I submitted an inquiry for servicing my AC thru Yelp and Allen was one of the first replies...on a Saturday. I scheduled to get my car looked out on Monday. Amazing family owned business. 10/10 I needed to get my rear brakes done before a upcoming road trip. I sent out a query for brake shops. When you receive good service it should be the norm ... but it isn't ... so I'm always pleasantly surprised to come to a business which goes out of their way to keep you informed, is honest, and wants a happy customer. I own a 1990 Mustang GT (Fox Body), which I bought brand new in 1990 ... and with only 57,000 miles on the clock, you KNOW it's my baby. So, the crappy '90s front bumper had started peeling, and although I live in Hawaii, I keep this car in Arizona - - - so I am not always there to follow up on things. I contacted this shop after looking on Yelp, and I got friendly service from the shop. Ultimately Allen called me FROM HIS HOSPITAL BED! Yes, very ill and still running the business. I knew from that moment, that I had found the right place. The job ended up being much more than it would have seemed from the pictures ... the old plastic is brittle and wouldn't hold paint. I ordered a new bumper and took it to him, his folks did an amazing job ... at an incredibly fair price. I was able to schedule the repair with Allen and his team for a week when I was in Arizona, he made the entire thing happen! Had a 2019 F350 inspected by Allen & Austin at Revive as part of a pre-purchase inspection. I knew via CarFax that the vehicle had been in a previous non collision accident, deemed totaled & then rebuilt/repaired by a local private dealer who purchased the truck. Dealer claimed that all repairs had been completed & that the truck was back to 100% operating ability.
