This place is heaven.
Katie B.

Two days was not enough days... I made it to Revolution late in our trip (seriously, what's wrong with me...!?) and I'm just sorry I didn't make this my absolute first stop in Santa Fe. Our first visit we got the original chai (cold), blueberry muffins (what the fluffy, flavorful heaven is in those things, Dion!?!), and I got a plain croissant and cinnamon roll. I mean - literal tears came to my eyes when I bit into that croissant. GF pastries will never have the crisp from lamination (nor do I expect it), but I'm telling you, the flavor is Spot. On. It legit tastes like the buttery bliss that is a croissant from your dreams. (PS: they also sell chocolates for those is need). Oh, and the cinnamon roll what the best GF one I've ever had. The spice was BOMB! The center was ooey gooey. Oh, hear come the tears again... Second visit I got another muffin - this time raspberry, a raspberry glazed donut, a bottle of blue jasmine tea, and a pre-made Turkey sandwich. I literally moaned when I ate that donut #noshame. I don't even think I can describe the experience I had eating that donut, so just go grab one and have it yourself! The muffin was - no surprise - also incredible. Wife asked for a hot Chai latte and they made one from scratch. She really enjoyed it. I also purchased a loaf of Rye bread to bring home and share with my father who has Celiac. OMG - it's like no GF bread I've EVER had before. You guys - HOW?!? That's all I kept thinking as I enjoyed my delicious hummus sammy. Conclusion: Dion is a magic gluten-free fairy wizard magician.

I absolutely love everything from Revolution! My celiac heart has never been happier. We got a cake for my daughter's birthday and it was amazing! Everyone loved it and couldn't tell it was gluten free. I refuse to buy store bread because bread from here is amazing! I get to enjoy so many treats that I had missed out on for years. I can not recommend them enough! Friendly and great customer service!

When in Santa Fe! Because we all know if y'all were in Albuquerque I'd be here almost every day!! I originally heard about this bakery from Instagram and I had to stop by when I was in town, and it did NOT disappoint. I brought home the gluten free lemon tart and the gluten free / vegan berry cobbler. The lemon tart has a cheesecake pudding-ish texture to it with a crumble like crust, so good! & the vegan berry cobbler reminds me more of a muffin more than a cobbler but still delicious nonetheless! The bakery itself decor was so quaint, cute, and clean - I loved it! Also I felt they were reasonably priced. Being someone who is allergic to gluten it is hard to find places that accommodate but when we do find the places that do, we hold them near & dear to our heart & this is one of them!

Croissants, banana muffins, kolaches and more!

I have been coming here for thirty-five years, and it blows my mind that after more than three decades, it keeps reaching new heights while fiercely retaining everything that made it legendary in the first place: the unbeatable high quality, the remarkably affordable prices, and those effortlessly cool, historic vibes. It is a rare, beautiful gem that refuses to compromise its soul, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. This visit was extra special because my fiancé was a first-timer, and he was instantly converted, falling just as madly in love with the magic of this place as I did decades ago. On this particular afternoon, the lines were wrapped around the courtyard and the energy was absolutely electric. It was hella busy, which is a testament to how beloved this institution remains. Rather than waiting for a table, we decided to grab our food to go--a move that turned out to be pure perfection. We took our feast over to the historic plaza square, found a spot to sit, and ate under the shade of the trees while listening to live music drift through the air. With a beautiful, cool mountain breeze rustling through the plaza, it was the most quintessential, magical Santa Fe experience you could ever ask for. As for the food, it remains an absolute revelation. I ordered my enchiladas "Christmas" style, split right down the middle with both their famous, deeply savory red chile and their bright, perfectly spiced green chile. The first bite instantly reminded me why no one else can touch what they do here. The blue corn tortillas were tender, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the chiles carried that robust, earthy, authentic New Mexico heat that warms you from the inside out. It is a flawless execution of culinary tradition. To be able to deliver that level of world-class, scratch-made perfection at a price point that still feels incredibly generous is nothing short of a miracle. Whether you sit in their enchanting, labyrinthine dining rooms or pack it up for a picnic on the square, The Shed is the absolute pinnacle of the Santa Fe spirit.

This morning, a few minutes before their scheduling opening time, we walked by; the door was open and a manager was sitting on a chair. My wife entered, said hello, tried to make eye contact, and was ignored. THAT'S the way to make sure diners find their way to other SF restaurants!

Patrons form a line to order, and signs on tables ask guests to order before settling into a table. Before we could give up and walk out, the owner/manager approached us at the Mille entrance with complete kindness, and he invited us to enter with the stroller to find seating before ordering. We were so surprised by his desire to accommodate the baby, and we accepted his generous offer, quickly finding a little corner table in the covered patio area at the back of the restaurant. Once the stroller was out of the way, I placed our orders, and we received our drinks quickly - a black hibiscus iced tea plus a creamy London Fog. Brunch followed shortly - croque Madame for me, veggie quiche for my friend, and a Nutella crepe to share. My taste of the quiche was super creamy, and the croque madame was as rich as expected. Crepe was lovely, though I wish they hadn't run out of eclairs, which are my favorite. We'll have to show up earlier next time - and there will be a next time! Thank you for the hospitality, Mille. The way you welcomed us, stroller and all, made all of the difference.

I started with what I thought was going to be a plain Caesar salad, but when it arrived, it was served like a sushi or lettuce wrap. It was very creative and tasty! It made it much more fun to eat than the average salad. It was rich and topped with anchovies, like a true Caesar salad. I then had the peppercorn Elk tenderloin. I asked it be served as the chef recommended, which is medium rare. I am sometimes wary of medium rare, but this tenderloin was DIVINE! It was so moist and bursting with flavor. I loved it. The cocktails were creative and just as enjoyable as the meal. Other options for dinner apps include: cornbread, ahi crudo, mussels, and bison carpaccio. Mains: scallops, pan roasted Branzino, toasted masa gnocchi, grilled Maine lobster tails, duck leg confit, and a pecan coffee rubbed prime flat iron. I'm sure all of them would be amazing. Reservations recommended. Please note that the rooftop bar does not take reservations and is not on the same system as the restaurant. Can't recommend this restaurant enough.
