Tried out the new AYCE hotpot spot in the Evergreen area. They offer six different broths to choose from. I'm curious if the creamy cheese broth is a popular option. if not, I'd suggest switching it out for something like Taiwanese or Spicy Miso. I went with the Spicy Mala, and it was really good. My wife enjoyed her Tom Yum broth as well. Service was quick and exceptional. One thing I didn't quite get was the buffet bar. They had steamed rice, fried rice, fried chicken, and bread. All very filling options for an AYCE hotpot place. I wish there were more light snacks or appetizers instead. On the bright side, the sauce bar was well-stocked with everything I like. As for the meats, they were slightly on the thicker side. Not necessarily bad, but I personally would have preferred them thinner. The revolving bar also needs more variety and consistency. Even sitting right by the entrance of the revolver, we waited forever for enoki mushrooms and corn to come around. Overall, we'd definitely give this place another try, but hope to see some tweaks in the future. read more

As someone who lives nearby and loves hotpot enough to eat it every day, I was really excited when Revopot opened. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. I had high hopes, expecting something on par with or even better than Seapot or QPot, but this experience was by far the worst compared to all the hotpot spots I've tried in the Bay Area. The meats weren't fresh, and there were very few options on the conveyor belt. The service was also quite slow, and when the servers finally brought the meats out, they couldn't even tell us which cut was which. Even though they have a bar, the beers they serve aren't cold at all which just added to the letdown. I really want to like this place because of its convenient location, and I'd be open to giving it another shot if they improve the food quality, variety, and service. read more

Stopped by on a Friday evening around 6 pm. Wasn't crowded when we arrived but after about 30 minutes, place got crowded. There are only few tables available and rest is counter sitting with conveyer belt with vegetables, tofu, meat balls, dry noodles, mushrooms, clams, shrimp, eggs, and other hot pot add ons. Sauce bar has good options. Yuzu sauce tasted like yuzu. Not like other places where sauces taste watered down. Service was good. Probably my favorite place to go now. read more

Went here for a solo lunch date on 5/3/25! It was busy but I was seated at the corner. I will say that I wish I was seated more within the restaurant, because I didn't have a lot of space. Also, I was seated right in front of the sauce bar, so people were constantly moving behind me. My seat would get accidentally bumped at times, but I understood. I ordered the tom yum broth and it was delicious and on point! It was so flavorful that I didn't even need to dip the meat in the sauce! The broth included tomatoes, pineapple, and herbs as well. It warmed my soul. I enjoyed my cuts of meat, and found that they were flavorful. I ordered a lot of brisket and lamb. I also appreciated their appetizer/side bar! I saw fried chicken, noodles, and rice. I personally, did not try them. However, the dessert area was great! The fruit was very fresh and needed after a hearty meal. Some improvements I would like to see would include: - more additions to the rotation! I would love to see crawfish, seaweed knots, and more vegetables in the future! - consistent rotations! at the beginning, I grabbed one serving of vermicelli, but I never saw another one after that. I flagged down a server, and thankfully, they brought me another one - the salted plum soda was too salty and I wish there was more sugar. It was kind of good but I think it caused some stomach problems after. I had to make sure to drink a lot of water. I want to add that the servers were picking up my empty plates in a timely manner! We called the day before to reserve a table for six for lunch. When we arrived, not only had they given our table away to a party of four, but they casually told us we'd now have to wait two hours for the same size table we had already reserved. Their "solution"? Seat four of us at a table and make the other two sit at the bar, because apparently honoring a reservation is optional here. If a restaurant can't manage the basics of keeping a promised reservation, they don't deserve our time, our money, or our business. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

Service is really good. Tom yum is a tad on the spicier side, but still scrumptious. My friend have gotten the mushroom and they liked it also. I like that they have table seating and bar seating; I think that makes it unique. Good amount of sides on the little food train. Sauce bar is standard, has the main ingredients needed for sauces. Good fruits for dessert. I like that they have the hot appetizers, I enjoyed the crab rangoon! Lunch special is fairly priced at 22.95. I like that it's not all you can eat and if you do want AYCE, it's $5 more I think? Lunch special is 3 plates of meat, 1 hot appetizer, and everything else is still unlimited. TLDR this place was okay. Service: 2/5 We first began by singing up at the kiosk. Don't even bother because the staff will rarely look at it. We ended up waiting 30 minutes with no one checking up on us and the place being pretty much half empty. We've even tried standing up the first ten minutes, but no one had served us. Throughout the whole meal, they took around 15 minutes to bring out platters of meat. They even gave us the wrong order. They will not check up on you to see if everything is fine. The bubbles from your soup will not be scooped out and your broth will not be refilled without asking (even if your soup is low). Interior: 3/5 The interior was pretty nice, adorned with some traditional Chinese decor. However the short chairs can be a hazard, making your face way too low and close to the pot. You would never know until you sit down. Food: 3/5 You don't really get what you said for. Around $10 less than if you were to eat at Haidilao, the food quality was okay. Not very good, but not bad at all. They did have a nice selection of side dishes varying from octopus to bamboo shoots (which I don't reccomend because they got the cheap fermented ones). You'll get more worth your buck if you go to Haidilao or mumu hotpot for 2 people. The wagyu grade seemed really low, you would not even know it was wagyu. Poor marbling, spotty, thick. If you really want good quality side dishes, I reccomend you go to mum hotpot. It's $75 for 2 people (a set). Our meal was around $72, quite expensive for the food quality. They also have a very ambiguous and confusing time schedule. Lunch is from 11AM - 3PM. Dinner is from 5PM - 10:30PM. There is this ambiguous 1 hour in between that doesnt fit into either lunch or dinner, yet they charged us the dinner price. We came at 2:30, they took 30 minutes to seat us, so we started eating at 3:00. We finished at around 3:40-4:00PM. Got charged the dinner price :)... Pricing should be discussed before the service IF it is near the cut off time. Otherwise, it can be seen as dishonest and scammy. read more

Went in for $22.95 lunch special today. The server girl was very nice (Nhi?). You get to pick 1 hot item and 3 unique meat plates per person. Hot items had fried chicken, gyoza ,fried fish, sesame balls. Of the 3 meat plates, you can only pick 1 each type, can't be all 3 same meat. So you can only select ribeye only once. The ribeye beef was OK but plate had only 2 pieces. The brisket was quite chewy, tough. Chicken was blah. Lot of unlimited revolving small plates to choose (2 shrimp, 3 clam, octopus, quail egg, noodles,..). The mushroom broth was OK. Tom yum was too salty. Lot of sauce options at the sauce bar. There were desert (jello) and fruits (pineapple wasn't fresh). Minus because of auto 18% gratuity for party of 5. Overall it's alright. read more

Good AYCE revolving hotpot spot. It's located in a plaza with lots of parking. The place is set-up so that each person gets a soup pot to themselves either at the counter or in the booths. This place seems like it would be best to come with small groups no more than 6 people. We went during lunch hours on a weekday so it was not as busy. The servers and staff are all friendly and attentive. Shout out to Bruce, who helped us clean up an accidental spill and offered to move us to a different seat. I also saw the staff do a good job with the cleaning, especially where the heating device meets the table. We tried two of the broths: the Mushroom and the Spicy Mala, which were both very flavorful. The spicy mala, in particular, was fragrant with the peppercorns and had the perfect "numbing" spice associated with the flavor. The conveyor belt itself has a decent array of veggies, other proteins, and noodles. Although their selection is a little smaller than what you would see at other places, I was happy with the quality of the ingredients, including the thinly sliced meat. If there was anything I would want to see, it would be bok choy and some beansprouts! I actually like that they have small portions on the conveyor because it helps reduce food waste. They have two sauce bars and a buffet table on the side of the restaurant. I thought that the hot food buffet was a little lackluster, but you're here for the soup anyways. One word: Fantastic My wife and I decided to go here for a Sunday lunch date. It was a holiday, so it was super busy, but we were seated pretty quickly which was a nice surprise. Despite it being a busy holiday, the staff was absolutely amazing. We were helped by Colin and Karen who were very attentive and made sure we got everything we needed. At one point, something we wanted wasn't on the belt, and Colin straight-up disappeared to the back and came back with it like a sushi ninja. Respect. It's our first time here and it's also their soft opening at the moment, but I actually really enjoyed my time here. Their prices are super affordable and if you want just a casual lunch/dinner day with friends and family, I'd say this is probably a really nice place to go to. The place is beautiful and clean. I'd say I'm giving the 5 stars to our servers more than the restaurant itself because of how amazing they were. Food 8/10 I tend to like more leaner cuts of meats and only the wagyu was good to me. I tried the brisket and it was super chewy. I like how they also had a hot foods bar that included fried chicken, stir fry noodles and other things. The sauce bar was well stocked and plenty of options to make a sauce to your liking. Seafood options here are great!! They also have dumplings and pork blood which I thought was unique! I got the tomyum broth 10/10 Ambiance: pretty large space with multiple revolving belts so anything you want you can easily grab. I would say try to sit not at the booths it seems like those belts did not stay in stock as much as the longer belts in the middle of the restaurant Service: our server Ethan (I believe) was super friendly and attentive.
