I went here the evening of 9/23 the staff are very attentive and super nice. The meat quality is also very good! Dinner time you have options of the wagyu which was a plus and what we mostly ordered. The lamb also isn't gamey which surprised me so you know it's fresh and good quality. Staff is so kind, we found a bug in our ice cube and asked for a replacement and they were on top of it. Providing us with a new water ASAP. Same with when our refill of Fanta arrived tasted of mostly club soda. They went back to check the soda machine & brought over a replacement very easy fix. I really enjoyed our experience here! An all you can eat hot pot with conveyer belts with veggies,seafood, & different noodle varieties. My 8 year old son thought it was super cool. Although the servers come by to ask you what meats you'd like wagyu, brisket, pork and so forth... they are really quick to come back and serve you more while clearing your table of the empty plates. What an intriguing idea for an AYCE hot pot restaurant. I also really loved how they had their own sauce station (two, one for each end of the restaurant) and fruit station. What my favorite part of this was the soup bases they had for us, I got the tom yum (so flavorful!) my husband had the mala and said it was really good & my son had the miso that he loved as well. It's ACYE, can order 6 meat each round, they gave us a reallyyyyy good amount of meat that we only ordered 2 rounds (second round only consisted of 4 meats). We couldn't even finish all either. I finally got to try Revopot, a new all-you-can-eat hot pot spot--and it did not disappoint! I've been to other conveyor belt AYCE restaurants before, but this place added a clever twist I really appreciated. Instead of just one side of the booth having access to the conveyor belt, everyone is seated facing it, thanks to a unique layout with multiple open glass windows along the table. No more stressing the poor person stuck in the corner having to grab toppings for the whole table--this setup makes everything so much more convenient and fun. I came here with a party of 15 to celebrate my mom's birthday, and I was so glad we chose this place. With a group that size, the layout made a huge difference in making sure everyone could get what they wanted without chaos. I had the tomato-based broth, which is my all-time favorite and full of flavor. I love that more hot pot places are offering it now. My family mostly ordered the tom yum, and while they liked it, they did mention it packed a bit more heat than expected--even my sister, who can usually handle spice, found it a little much! The meat selection was solid, with a variety of cuts, but my favorite by far was the American Wagyu. Our server was attentive and on top of everything, checking in frequently to make sure we got our full seven meat orders per round and that our table had everything we needed. The sauce bar was well-stocked with tons of options. They even had cucumber kimchi, regular kimchi (a little too sour for me), jelly, fresh fruit, and a surprisingly good Vietnamese che thai dessert--such a nice bonus to end the meal. New AYCE hot-pot in the area that was doing its soft opening when I went. Came here on a Thursday evening and was seated right away. There are a couple of tables and the rest are bar style seating in front of the conveyor belt. You are able to grab whatever goes by on the belt. Meats were limited to 4 per round for the 4 of us. The cuts were wildly inconsistent but the quality was great. The surprise for all of us was the fried chicken right by the sauce bar. I would recommend that you try that when it comes out fresh. Their soup bases here were also quite tasty, and honestly one of the best that I've had for AYCE. The Tom Yum was a bit more on the sour side, but was very flavorful. The miso held its flavor through until the end of the meal which was surprising. Service was okay, but it was clear they were still getting their bearings. It was hard to flag people down to put in orders at time, but it was also quite busy. Hopefully its better down the line, but it wasn't anything to fault. Revopot was honestly a miss for me. Out of all the all-you-can-eat spots I've been to, this one just didn't feel worth it. The only thing I really liked was the fried chicken at the sauce bar -- super random, but it was actually pretty good. The ambiance was just busy. We barely got to try any of the dim sum since most of it seemed to be gone or unavailable, and the soup base and sauce options were super limited. No ponzu? No brisket sauce? That felt like a big red flag. For me, a huge part of the hot pot experience is mixing your own sauces, and this just didn't deliver. I didn't really enjoy much of what I ordered, so the whole experience ended up being pretty underwhelming. On top of that, the service was really slow. Our server was really nice and apologetic though, and it was clear the delays weren't his fault. We went during their soft opening, so I get that things might not be running perfectly yet -- but it was frustrating when we were asked if we wanted to put in a second order of meat when we hadn't even gotten the first one, and our time was already counting down. Went on a Monday night (day after Mother's Day) and we waited around 45 minutes for a group of 6. They were apologetic though and comped one of our beers, a gesture we appreciated. Our server's name was Jacky however, the other staff were accommodating and helpful with whatever we needed as well. Jacky took our orders for drinks and soup and they came out fairly quickly. She was attentive and quick. When people kept taking the spinach and enoki mushrooms from the belt, she gave it to me right away. They didn't label what the dishes were but one seemed like kung pao chicken and the other was a salt & pepper fried chicken. The kung pao chicken was savory and had the right amount of saltiness. The chicken pieces were also small which was great. Their fried chicken was amazing. We got it fresh and it was crispy, flavorful and not dry. I could have filled up on those but of course the main event, the hot pot. The tom yum was sour with a slight kick, I'm sure anyone can handle. The quality of the meat was good, not spectacular but definitely could not complain for the price. I don't eat beef as much so I wasn't really able to differentiate between the A. Wagyu, ribeye, and brisket but all were sliced thin and tender. I also liked how many slices they gave per serving. The fruit bar had a great assortment of fruit that were hit or miss. The watermelon and orange weren't sweet but the strawberries were delectable. The spongecake was lack luster and the banana bread got mixed reviews from our table. Some loved it, some were not a fan. Now for what can be improved upon. The ledge you have to use to eat seems like not enough room to have so many plates with your vegetables, meat, and dirty plates. They did do a good job with picking up plates but it gets over whelming sometimes. If only they had another level under the table to put empty plates in or something. There just needs to be more space because it was hard to eat at times. There also needs to be a ladle or a bigger spoon for the broth. First time here. I got the Tum gum broth. Which is the most popular broth there. The broth tasted like mama noodles. The broth tastes good and all, but not worth $32.95. The meat quality was ok, I got the lamb and American wagyu. The Presentation for both the meats were poor. The meat was sliced too thin to the point, when you try to pick it up it would all fall apart. The rib eye meat was also ok, due to it being cut too thin and quality. They also have a sauce bar and a little buffet section. The sauce bar has some ok options and buffet wise it was ok due to the food being cold. Desert wise they have a lot of option with fruit and others. The I tried the sesame ball it was ok, due to it being really cold. Their conveyor - belt option wasn't the best. During the time I went I manly saw meat ball and tripe not much options for veggies. I recommend asking ur server, if ur looking for something specific to add to the broth. Brand new hot pot that just opened in east side San Jose! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. All the servers the day we went were nice. Our first server's name was David and he was nice to show us how to order. The only thing I didn't love was when he moved to a different section and we were not informed. The second server we had was ok, however I didn't get his name. Otherwise, it would be nice to know if our server gets moved to a different section so we know who to look for if we have questions. The broth quality was just OK. I understand it is their soft opening at the moment, however it's not something that blew me away - first impression. The Tom yum was okay and I felt that it needed more flavor. The mushroom broth is a good basic base broth. I added chili oil to add a kick to it. The meats we ordered were the brisket, ribeye, lean pork, and Wagyu. The wagyu was the best cut. I wasn't too impressed with the others. Tried out the new AYCE hotpot spot in the Evergreen area. They offer six different broths to choose from. I'm curious if the creamy cheese broth is a popular option. if not, I'd suggest switching it out for something like Taiwanese or Spicy Miso. I went with the Spicy Mala, and it was really good. My wife enjoyed her Tom Yum broth as well. Service was quick and exceptional. One thing I didn't quite get was the buffet bar. They had steamed rice, fried rice, fried chicken, and bread. All very filling options for an AYCE hotpot place. I wish there were more light snacks or appetizers instead. On the bright side, the sauce bar was well-stocked with everything I like. As for the meats, they were slightly on the thicker side. Not necessarily bad, but I personally would have preferred them thinner. The revolving bar also needs more variety and consistency. Even sitting right by the entrance of the revolver, we waited forever for enoki mushrooms and corn to come around. This place is new and very spacious. They have 6 different hot pot broth with 7 types of meat, sauce bar, desserts and other sides. Service is great! The Servers were attentive the whole time. If we didn't see something on the revolving belt, they got it for us right away. The Thai hot pot is authentic! I really enjoy this place! I like the music and the vibe! Also the price is good! As someone who lives nearby and loves hotpot enough to eat it every day, I was really excited when Revopot opened. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. I had high hopes, expecting something on par with or even better than Seapot or QPot, but this experience was by far the worst compared to all the hotpot spots I've tried in the Bay Area. The meats weren't fresh, and there were very few options on the conveyor belt. The service was also quite slow, and when the servers finally brought the meats out, they couldn't even tell us which cut was which. Even though they have a bar, the beers they serve aren't cold at all which just added to the letdown. I really want to like this place because of its convenient location, and I'd be open to giving it another shot if they improve the food quality, variety, and service. read more

Each of you can pick the soup base for yourself, and you can decide what topping you wanna eat. No stress out if others like it or not. Sometimes, it will be crowded, and you have to wait. Went here for a solo lunch date on 5/3/25! It was busy but I was seated at the corner. I will say that I wish I was seated more within the restaurant, because I didn't have a lot of space. Also, I was seated right in front of the sauce bar, so people were constantly moving behind me. My seat would get accidentally bumped at times, but I understood. I ordered the tom yum broth and it was delicious and on point! It was so flavorful that I didn't even need to dip the meat in the sauce! The broth included tomatoes, pineapple, and herbs as well. It warmed my soul. I enjoyed my cuts of meat, and found that they were flavorful. I ordered a lot of brisket and lamb. I also appreciated their appetizer/side bar! I saw fried chicken, noodles, and rice. I personally, did not try them. However, the dessert area was great! The fruit was very fresh and needed after a hearty meal. Some improvements I would like to see would include: - more additions to the rotation! I would love to see crawfish, seaweed knots, and more vegetables in the future! - consistent rotations! at the beginning, I grabbed one serving of vermicelli, but I never saw another one after that. I flagged down a server, and thankfully, they brought me another one - the salted plum soda was too salty and I wish there was more sugar. It was kind of good but I think it caused some stomach problems after. I had to make sure to drink a lot of water. I want to add that the servers were picking up my empty plates in a timely manner!
