We got seated right away since we went right when they were opened. Many soup base to choose from. There is a conveyor belt for you to pick your own food to cook. The staff was nice enough to give us a table since we only had 3 people. Lots of different meats to choose from. Soup base was pretty good. OMG this place is delicious!! My daughter discovered their soft opening on Yelp because the restaurant we originally wanted to go to was too busy to seat us. The conveyor belt is fun. Appreciate the sneeze guard especially! Daisy was our sever and she was very attentive. Explained the menu an dtheir ordering policy and showed us whwre the hot foods, desserts, and sauce bar were. Throughout the meal multiple staff members stepped in to clear off the piling plates, refilled our water, got us more napkins, and even brought items that were nit on our conveyer. RevoPot was such a fun and tasty experience thanks to our server Jacqueline. The tom yum soup was super flavorful and had the perfect balance of spice and tang. I loved the variety of side dishes on the revolving belt like the fresh veggies, seafood, noodles, and tofu. There were also fried foods, desserts, and fruits available at the side bar. I am so glad there is a local revolving hot pot place open near the evergreen area now! The restaurant was very clean and service was excellent. I ordered the Mala Broth and the spice level was perfect to my tasting. The lamb meat is my personal favorite and I loved how there was a variety of other items at the sauce and food bar. They also have a full bar with TVs so you could get really creative with your drinks as well as watch sports there. Went to have dinner here on random Friday night for dinner and this place was packed.! We were seated within five minutes of joining the waitlist. there was a little to no wait when it came to our food being served to us with this being an all you can eat restaurant you would expect so many delays with the food coming out slowly having to wait long, but I server was very quick bringing our meat dishes and appetizers and he was very attentive. Now this type of all you can eat hot pot where it has a conveyor belt with all the vegetables and other little things you would like to put in your hot pot, such as mushrooms, Ramen, udon spam corn just the name of a few and your waiter would take the meat and appetizer orders I do want to note that they did have like a dessert bar and a sauce bar. Nothing too exciting about those a lot of it was empty, but I managed to make a sauce or two. I didn't want to try a dessert that my friend did recommend she recommended me to try the mango sago that they had but I didn't see it when I went so I'll have to try again and check it out to see if if I go on a different day if there's anything different that I missed out last time I was there on that note if you like that type of all you can eat place come check out Revopot. read more

This is definitely my new go-to hot pot spot whenever I'm craving it--and the fact that my boyfriend enjoys the AYCE style makes it even better. I love the conveyor belt concept--it's fun and interactive--and the bar-style seating adds to the whole experience. The sauce bar is decent too, though I do wish they had oyster sauce (come on, y'all ). I usually go for the Tom Yum broth and go back-to-back on the Wagyu cuts. The only downside for me is the inconsistency in the meat quality--sometimes I get those rich, fatty, marbled cuts (my fave), and other times it's leaner, which isn't as enjoyable. The service is super attentive and friendly, and overall the food is great. I just really wish they had that pandan gelatin dessert every time--it was there on my first visit but missing on my second, and I was lowkey crushed. We found Revopot online and decided to give it a try -- overall, a really solid hotpot spot! There's a great variety of soup bases, and everyone in our group seemed happy with their choice. The setup is very similar to Seapot, but most of the seating here is bar-style, which has its pros and cons. The bar seating is great if you're coming in a small group or solo -- you get easy access to the conveyor belt, which had a nice mix of fish balls, tofu, veggies, and quail eggs. That said, it's not the most conversation-friendly setup, and I probably wouldn't come here with a group larger than 4. There are a few regular tables similar to seapot, but I imagine they fill up quickly. We came a bit late so I didn't want to wait for one of those tables. I also felt a little bad for the staff having to maneuver through the bar seats to deliver soup pots -- it looked a bit awkward, but we got out of our seats to help them out and they handled it well. There's a solid sauce bar, hot entrees, variety of fresh cut fruit, and some in-house desserts, which was a nice touch. One odd thing we noticed was that the conveyor belt selection changed a bit by the end of our meal -- I would've loved to see some of those items earlier! As for the meat, we ordered all three beef options. First round was good, and we tried what we thought was wagyu (even our server wasn't sure). I liked the marbling on that cut, so I kept reordering it -- but with each round, the quality seemed to go down. The later cuts were tough, dry, and lacked marbling. Not sure if they got busier and couldn't prep it the same way, but I hope that's not the norm. Despite that, the service was excellent. Should put less salt and allow patrons to season to their individual likings. No vegetarian option, my family eats little to no meat, I rather have a vegetarian option or at least share a meat option with a family member. My sister and I went today, we couldn't finish all our meats. I feel bad wasting so much so tried to force myself to eat more. You can just have a vegetarian option that is a dollar or two cheaper than the meat option. Overall, it is a great place to have a satisfying meal. read more

It was our first time here, which happened to be during their Soft Opening. When we arrived we were greeted and seated immediately. There were a few booths and a bunch of individual chairs along the revolving food bar. After a few minutes passed, we started to look around as there we no waiters around to check on on us. At the register area we saw a group of at least 7 workers and someone who looked to be the supervisor. It looked like they were receiving their headset to start their shift. I made direct eye contact with 3 servers and neither of them stopped by to take our orders. They all just headed towards the back of the house. After a while, I finally got a good look at the supervisor and he said aloud to one of the waiters, "Let's go, guys". At that point, we finally had some head over to us to take our order. After our waiter took our order, he then takes the order of the couple who just sat down next to us. We go ahead and make our sauces and to get some rice, which we had to ask 2 times from different people to get it refilled. When our meat came out we had to wait a while because our broth did not come out first. The couple that sat down after us actually received their broth before us from a different person who took our orders. At this point we were getting annoyed. Sometime during our meal, the supervisor came by and apologized for the delay and explained that they just had a shift change. We continued on with our dinner, selecting from the plenty of options from the conveyor belt. Our waiter ended up being pretty great as he was always checking to see if we needed anything else. He even told us to ask him if there was something we wanted, but didn't see on the conveyer belt and he could check in the back if they have it in stock. There wasn't a menu for the items that goes around the belt, so you would just have to blindly ask and maybe they might have it. We were able to order 4 kinds of meat at a time. Although, the meat only came in small portions on a plate, our waiter was always ready to take the next order before we ran out. Overall this place has potential with plenty of room for improvements. There are some operational work that needs tweaking, especially from a customers perspective, but hopefully they will learn and improve. I will suggest that there should be a bit of an overlap in staff scheduling so there are still members on the floor to assist while the next shift gets settled. Also, distribute the staffs equipment in the back, away from customers, to not be confused on who is able to help. I would also like to request for ponzu and goma sauce, but it is just a request and it doesn't not have any affect on my rating. Wishing them all the best. I hope this place is here to stay as it is a lot closer to us than the other hotpot/shabu shabu spots that we frequent, and with pretty decent selections. read more

Most of the seating is bar seating with only 4 or 5 tables. Not great for a party of any more than 3, even 3 is a stretch. Due to the bar seating it took over and hour to get seated after our yelp check in time. Do not recommend the herbal broth, extremely sweet and borderline tastes like a pumpkin spice latte.. My friend and I tried to salvage it with some ingredients from the sauce bar but it was so bad we couldn't enjoy the meal at all. When we asked the server he said it would be a $10 charge per person to change the broth, but he would ask the manager. Came back and said no, $10 per person. I do appreciate that the server tried to help us by diluting the broth with plain pork broth, which helped a bit. Hes the reason its not 1 star Meat was fine, some were dry and tough. Conveyer belt had very minimal options and hard to see without craning bc they were in bowls close to eye level. For 45+/person after tax and tip, definitely go elsewhere.
