Hands down the softest rib meat -- falls right off the bone just by touching it. Consistently delicious and good. Ask for the spicy BBQ (red bottle, never kept on the table you have to ask for it). I lather my ribs in this spicy sauce and the rich flavor from the meat pairs like a dream. Can't believe it's only $15. I always pair it with corn and beans. We had a server, David, who was only on his second day there, and man did he impress us! Very attentive, kind, and always making sure our orders were right and drinks were refilled. Great waiter with a great attitude. This is what keeps us coming back! Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun atmosphere, fall off the bone ribs, and roll-me-out-of-here fullness. We were craving ribs so we had to try this place because the name says it all. The baby backs are amazing and I like the Hot BarBQue sauce to go with it. I am being generous with the four stars because there sides were awful. I had the cole slaw. Took one bite and it tasted like it had sat out too long. The sweet potato fries would have been better if they were crispy. Then, there was the soggy Texas toast. Maybe, things are not to crisp because the elderly folks like it soft? The sides are pathetic so I feel I am stretching it with a 4 star rating. Why 4 stars? The service was good. I called in my order for my family and the order was correct and the pickup was smooth and fast. Also, it was Saturday night around 6:30 so they were semi-busy. My family also liked their food. Ribs for my husband with Baked beans and fries. He liked his food but thought the toast missed the mark. My daughter liked her kids meal of Dino nuggets, french fries, and Mac and cheese. Came out to Rib City Saturday night with some family in town, and we were a large group of 10+ people. We actually called ahead to make sure we could get a reservation in and was surprised when they told us head on over. The staff that works here is friendly, and they do an excellent job of delivering awesome service. John took care of us, and handled all our orders like a pro! If you like BBQ food, this spot provides a lot of entrees and different sides you can add/mix/etc. Myself I decided to go with the pick two combo and did a half rack ribs and 1/4 pulled pork which comes with two sides. I selected the beans, and loaded baked potato (bacon + cheese). When in Rib City... you gotta try the ribs right? So what's the verdict? The ribs are extremely tasty and done just right especially with the variety of sauces that are provided at your table. Make sure to try each of the sauces out... there's a mustard bbq one, original kind of flavor one, and a spicy one too. The ribs are a bit skinny here... not a whole lot of meat on them that's my only complaint, but they're solid delicious ribs. The beans are surprisingly really tasty too. The pulled pork stole the show for me though... whatever seasoning they put on it... it is so tasty and the best part is that it even has a bit of a spicy kick to it! Honestly... it's genius! If you don't try the ribs... try the pulled pork at least! It's worth it to make the trip here just for that! Overall I was pretty satisfied with my loaded plate and awesome service. My family and I are on vacation from Tennessee, and we were told that Rib City has fantastic BBQ. Boy were they right. Coming from a place that can do BBQ I was very impressed. We ate the platter for two, and it was enough food for two people and more. The ribs were fall off the bone, the pork was juicy and had an amazing smokey flavor. The chicken was cooked perfectly. My favorite was the macaroni and cheese, that stuff was on point. The selection of sauces made sure everyone had something to use. The service was great. Of all of the places we ate, Rib City was at the top. I never thought I would get good BBQ in Naples, FL. We liked it so much we took a menu back to the condo for other families to see. First, I have to say that I rarely go out of my way to post a bad review. our service was so bad tonight, that I have to say something. I placed an online order at about 5 o'clock. I ordered a kids chicken nugget dinner with chocolate milk, a chicken and pork combo, and a baked potato. while I was driving there Rib City called to tell me that they were out of the kids nuggets so we decided on grilled cheese. I waited for half an hour at curbside. When my food came I was told they were out of chocolate for the milk. I asked the server to double check and make SURE my baked potato was in the order and he went back inside and asked the hostess; who packed the order and she assured him, who then assured me. I get all the way home and NO BAKED POTATO. I called in my way back and was told by the manager that they were OUT of baked potato's. So, they were out of chicken nuggets, chocolate for the chocolate milk and baked potatoes. The manager told me to come back and she would give me some desserts. I asked her "what do you have" and she said key lime pie and Chocolate Mania. I told her I would take one of each and be there in 5 minutes. I get there and there are two key lime pies because they we out of the chocolate dessert. I asked the server that waited on me how ; on a Saturday evening were they out of everything and he said "sorry but we run out of things really quick" The service and communication at this location is horrible. The food was finger licking delicious, as usual, however they seemed disorganized & have more business than they could handle in a reasonable amount of time. This is the original Rib City restaurant that started the chain. Used to be great but never was very clean. Now it's gone from not very clean to filthy. We have mentioned this to the owner two or three times via emails and they have replied that they were replacing the carpet soon. I just went there again to give it a try and it's dirtier than ever! The carpet is so filthy it's almost black now and it started out as tan as you can see from my pictures. The place also smells from the filthy carpet. I can't imagine how dirty the kitchen is if the carpet is this filthy! Now for the food. The Texas toast came out burnt and looked like it was covered with some kind of oil has the cook this bread right on the dirty grill. I think they squirt oil on the grill and cook it in that as that is what it looks like. I ordered a rack and a half of ribs and a half portion was totally dried up and tough to cut even with a knife. The full rack was better. It's basically hit or miss with the ribs. The waitress was extremely friendly and did a nice job. I would tell anyone that is bothered by eating in a dirty restaurant to try Michelbob's on the south side of town by the airport as it is the exact opposite, extremely clean. That was the original replace that started selling baby back ribs in Naples and became famous. We had the baby back ribs and beef brisket. The ribs were over cooked. Very little fat so therefore were a bit dry. They were warm but not hot. The beef brisket was much better. Served hot and juicy. Don't order string beans they were over cooked and come from a can. read more

I feel guilty giving this a 3 - maybe its' a 3.5 or a 2.5. Here's the deal - we ate at the Ft Meyers location for dinner. It was packed. But service was great, every effort was made to keep the place clean, and although busy, it was more of a 'people enjoying their meals' loud than a 'this is ruining my dinner' loud. Fast forward a week. Drove by the Naples location on Sunday around 1pm. Didn't seem packed (should've been a clue) so we went in. Mistake. We were greeted pleasantly and seated immediately. In a booth 3 feet down from the restrooms, by the waitress station, and directly across from the 'cleaning hallway'. You know, mops, brooms, buckets etc. Appetizing. Our waitress was 'busy' so someone else took (and brought) our drink order, which was excellent service. We both got 2/3 rack of ribs., mine with fried shrimp. When they brought them out, hubs had 1/4 if a rack. Mine was at least twice the size of his! The waitress agreed and said she would get him additional ribs. Which came out after the table was cleared! So an excellent try by the waitress, but once again the kitchen let her down! And the noise! There were 2 8 person groups in the room, and the guy behind us spoke so loudly we could hear every word. In fact, you could hear the conversation of each person if you tried. Its' definitely the acoustics of the room, and needs to be addressed. Loud customers are not the responsibility of the restaurant. Muting their loudness IS. The mops, buckets, and sweepers evidently only got one outing a day, because the floor was dirty and messy. Yuck. The food was good but the ambiance was horrible. Maybe another day would be better, but not sure we would return to this location - just too iffy. read more

Best Rib City in the state hands down. I live four hours away from this location, but my grandma lives right around the corner. Every time we visit her, this Rib City is a must. The server Olivia is amazing. The ribs felt really generic, if there is such a thing as generic ribs. The ribs were small and didn't have much meat on them at all. We eat here a lot and the food is normally what you could expect from a chain bbq place. The staff leaves something to be desired though. When we entered there were empty tables everywhere, that were set with clean rolled silverware. Upon walking in and standing there for a few minutes with staff just walking by us one of them said it will be a 5 minute wait so my husband asked if she was joking to where the manager rudely said it will be a short 5 minute wait. When we were seated our waited came over pretty quick and took our order. He brought our drinks and we took the lid off our daughters water to put her lemon in for her and it was filled with chunks of floating mold, we then both checked our drinks and it was the same. My husband has restaurant experience and said it was probably the ice so we requested new drinks with no ice and they came out with no chunks. I always have to get my family t-shirts. So a stop is essential. I went Nov 4th, 2015 I always get the ribs and I love them This time I got a pulled pork sandwich. My friend got the sliced pork sandwich. She does not like hot food. We get our sandwiches which are without BBQ sauce. We put the sweet BBQ sauce on our sandwiches. I am eating my sandwich and staring at her because we put the same sauces on our sandwiches. Mine is burning spicy. It wasn't bad but I expected her to complain. Finally I cant stand it anymore and say "Isn't your sandwich spicy?" She said no I ask the waitress It seems the pulled pork sandwich has red pepper put into the meat after it is cooked. This one is our favorite (perhaps it is better or, perhaps, it is because this was our original Rib City many (many) years ago.
