went to the rib crib I was craving a Chopped brisket and hot link sandwich...it was more like a brisket and smoked sausage it was tasteless the brisket was edible, wasn't bad, hot bbq sauce saved the brisket. Didn't like that they cut the so called hot link into chunks they keep falling out of the sandwich they should cut them lengthwise and down the middle of the link. We ordered take out for 18 people and we're amazed at the amount of food. It was all wonderful. They packaged it so that it was so easy to unpack and serve. All of the meat was tasty and sooo tender. I've recently had surgery on my foot so I was unable to cook for this party But, Rib Crib came to the rescue in a big way. They even carried the food out and loaded it for us. UPDATE: So the whole initial experience was awful, but after my wife called back and talked to Dustin? They refunded the bill. That was very nice so this will go from 1 to 2 stars. Awful. We called ahead on our way there to place the order. The young girl with glasses that answered the phone didn't know how to operate the machine, I guess because half way through taking our order she put us on hold for 5 minutes. She came back and finished taking our order. When we got to the location, we pulled up to the drive through to inform them we were there to pick up our order, and the girl just told us to hang on, so like 3 minutes later we just pulled up to the window and the girl said they were doing shift change so we would have to come inside to pay? Whatever. My wife went in and tried to pay, and they ended up using the register by the window anyway! Idiots. Then the bag was missing all our sides, so she had to tell the to get our sides. We got our order home and had the nastiest looking CHOPPED brisket sandwiches even though we ordered sliced, and they were nothing but fat. See picture. Also, the sliced brisket queso was nasty and full of greasy fat. Again, see picture. They also forgot the onions and peppers we asked for. This is all just an unbelievable experience. I have no idea, after our experience with them Tuesday and reading the other reviews here, how this location stays in business. Just real quick, the first server we had was really irritated we were even there. She was rolling her eyes at us and slamming stuff down on the counter behind us after she brought the wrong drink for my 5 year old. It was no big deal, mistakes happen. It was just a drink! Needless to say she went and sat down while another server took our order. We waited 50 minutes from the time we were sat until the food came. It was nuts. There were only a couple of other tables sat, so being busy wasn't an issue. It's pretty bad when my mother-in-law says she'll never return to a restaurant. Nothing ever bothers her. had lunch their today with 5 business associates. Worst meal and service I have ever endured in OKC. Wait staff were rude and very slow. Took 50 minutes to get drink orders. They were not even busy, but all staff including the manager went on and on about how they were too busy and short staffed, and that was why the service was so poor. I did complain to the manager and the wait staff instructed us never to come back. She said she onlys make $2.13 an hour and that was why she did such a poor job. The fried okra here is really, really good, as are the hot links. I wish the staff would stay off their cell phones, though -- it's singularly annoying in ANY restaurant to see someone who's supposed to be waiting on patrons staring blankly at their damned phones.
