My fiancée and I have been coming to Ribs & Co. for years, and one of the main reasons we keep returning is the jjapaguri. Normally it's served as dark noodles coated in a thick, savory sauce with a rich flavor that we genuinely love. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was very disappointing. When the jjapaguri arrived, it was extremely watery, more like a soup than the dish we've ordered countless times before. Because it was so diluted, it had very little flavor. I politely brought this up to our servers and explained that we've been ordering this dish for years and that it didn't seem to be prepared the way it usually is. Instead of acknowledging the possibility that something may have gone wrong, I was repeatedly told that this was how the dish was supposed to be made. After some back and forth, the kitchen agreed to remake both dishes. However, the replacement wasn't much better. It seemed like the excess liquid had simply been removed, leaving behind wet noodles with almost no sauce or flavor. It still wasn't the thick, savory jjapaguri we've always enjoyed. What made this especially frustrating is that my fiancée doesn't eat meat and specifically looks forward to the noodles whenever we come here. We spent close to $200 during our visit, so it was disappointing to leave feeling unheard and unsatisfied. Adding to the discomfort, we noticed that our table was the only one given tortillas. While that may have been unintentional, combined with the dismissive way our concerns were handled, it left us wondering whether we were being treated differently than other guests. It wasn't a good feeling and it added to an already frustrating experience. We're not upset that a mistake may have been made, those things happen. What disappointed us most was being told repeatedly that what we were experiencing wasn't an issue, despite having ordered the same dish many times before. We've always enjoyed Ribs & Co. and hope this was just an off night, but this experience left us questioning whether we'll return. read more

We waited quite a bit to be seated at this restaurant which perhaps is a testament to its popularity. My advice to you is to get on the waitlist ASAP. The salad is delicious and was a nice contrast to the meat. The meat was very delicious, high quality, and super satiating. I loved that I could get chimichurri sauce to go with the other dipping condiments. The servers are friendly and very busy. In particular, our server Josh is fantastic. The six of us went for the AYCE premium menu and were seated right away for an early dinner. The table was already set with salad and a nice variety of banchan, including radish and rice paper wraps. Parking was plentiful and easy. We added our names to th wait-list but didn't have to wait too long on a Saturday night. Maybe 10-15 min but we were a party of 2. Also prices were very reasonable considering this was all you can eat and the offerings they have. Food--They brought us a variety of sauces to have with the meal including house chimichurri (this was lovely and unlike how I had it before. This place was amazing! 4 of us went on a Friday for the first time. You get all the usual sides for Korean BBQ, and a menu with 3 levels of pricing, all of them AYCE. We chose the $29 per person menu, which has a very nice variety of meats. We liked everything across the board! Be sure to request sauces as they don't bring them automatically. Our servers were on the ball with checking back on us for more orders and they changed our grill at least twice. I didn't particularly enjoy that my soft drink came in a can, so no free refills, but that's about the only complaint I can make. Interior has an industrial vibe and is clean and open. The side dishes were decent typical fair, I enjoyed the fish cake. The radish wraps were decent, needed a bit more sweetness and salt. They also offered rice paper. The unique thing about this restaurant was they offer chimichuri sauce, a truffle salt and a spicy butter that seemed kimchee flavor like. Had dinner for the first time last night with a friend and it wont be the last 1. Service and staff were great. Attentive without being overbearing. The tomahawk is what they are known for as well as the picture of meat (forgot the name). It's good they give people the different tiers. There were only two of us and the only issue is that the tomahawk was a lot of meat and honestly we wished we didn't get it. It was good but the other cuts were as well so we kind of wished we had more of the other cuts. Especially with just 2 of us. If there was 3 or 4 to eat the tomahawk it would've been better. It was one of the most tender cuts of meat I've had at an all you can eat spot and the addition of their famous cowboy butter takes the flavor it to the next level. Plenty of other classic options are also available including wagyu beef belly and galbi, so there's no where to really go wrong. I was here for late lunch/early dinner. My party of five was seated right away, and they set up the side dishes around the grill for us. The servers were really great. They each had their own secret way of cooking the meat. The meat is good! The star here is the tomahawk steak. The first cut they served us was bigger than the second one.
