The greek salad bowl was delicious. The hummus was to die for and over all the sauces were just too good to not try them all. It's a nice places to get a quick healthy meal.

This review is solely based off of Doordash $12 meals experience. Rice Mediterranean Kitchen offers via Doordash $12 meals which include salad, Hummus, pita, rice and your choice of meat (braised brisket, chicken, spicy chicken, or falafel). We opted for the braised brisket and the regular chicken. I also added an order of falafel. Pick up was super easy. I showed up early before they opened up for service and they were just cranking out plenty of Doordash orders. The ambiance was organized chaos. They definitely have a system down packed. For the $12, I feel you get a good value. Both the chicken and braised brisket were moist and everything else tasted very fresh. It also comes with Sumac sauce which adds a nice zing to the meal. My only drawback would be on the falafels. They seemed a little dry to me but I'm no falafel expert by any means so maybe that's how they usually are. Highly recommend Rice as a good value option for Doordash especially for the $12 meal deal.

My husband and I came here on our first night in Coral Gables. We love Mediterranean food and didn't want to deal with finding a sit down restaurant so when we found this fast-casual spot with great reviews we decided to give it a shot! We pretty much had the place to ourselves since it was later at night but it seemed like they were getting a bunch of take out orders. The lady was incredibly helpful with creating our custom meals and everything tasted so fresh! I loved how you get so much food and so many choices for a great price. I felt full afterwards and also felt productive because it was healthy too. This place is absolutely worth it! It's in a beautiful location!

I checked out this Mediterranean spot and loved everything about it! The chicken was juicy and grilled (a little on the burnt side on the end of the chicken but it was still good and the braised steak was so tender and full of flavor--it just melted in my mouth. The sauces were amazing too--super tasty and added the perfect touch to every bite. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Can't wait to come back for more!

This restaurant is great for building your own meal. From the different types of rice, to hummus, veggies, to chicken, meat and sauces. I definitely recommend this place if you want to have a good mediterranean meal with either family or friends. There's a set menu and a build your own option. The lady serving us was very nice advising how to build our own bowl. The atmosphere good and the music not loud at all. There's paid street parking.

Mediterranean style bowls are pretty good, hummus and dips all taste great. I usually get the value bowls and then add a meat, plus Uber Eats has buy one get one free. Spicy sumac is very delicious. Sometimes the banana peppers have hard parts/stems in them.

Rice is a great spot to grab a quick and delish meal in the gables. My coworkers recommend it and it did not disappoint. They have the option to make your own bowl and add as many toppings as you want, which I enjoy because I get to mix and match different items. The service was friendly and will be adding it to my go to lunch spots!

The restaurant has 2 levels, there was a large group upstairs celebrating, good for them but they appropriated most of the servers so we were left with only one to take care of all tables on the main floor. He took a long time to come by our table and also take our drink order. The drinks were good so we patiently waited for this server to take our app order. The food was delicious so we let the lack of service pass. After our meal we waited some more to order dessert. Unfortunately when the server finally came by we asked and he said oh the kitchen is closed. We were confused and very disappointed. The least he could've done was advise us of the kitchen closing so we would have time to order dessert. That was a really bad move and we were left dumbfounded. Our bill included a 20% service charge and again I was insulted as I would not have tipped him that much. Food = great Drinks = great Service = lacking

For context, I worked in fine dining in New York and Miami for almost 20 years, so I notice the details immediately, hospitality, management presence, the energy of a room. You can usually tell pretty quickly what kind of operation you're dealing with. We were a party of five. I arrived with my four-year-old son and was greeted warmly by the hostess. That warmth ended instantly. Standing directly behind her were two managers in suits blocking the main entrance. Both looked straight at me and my child and said absolutely nothing. No hello, no smile, no acknowledgment. Anyone in hospitality knows that moment sets the tone. As an Arab woman who grew up around a culture where hospitality is everything, it was already a bad sign. We were seated outside and the vibe stayed cold. Unfortunately, the food matched it. We ordered a lot because I genuinely wanted to give the kitchen a fair shot. I grew up eating Lebanese food and what stood out most was the lack of soul. Everything felt flat, like it needed salt, lemon, brightness, that warm Mediterranean seasoning Lebanese food is known for. The tabouli was especially shocking. A $20+ tabouli with no bulgur that was so roughly chopped it was basically whole parsley leaves and slices of onion. Any Lebanese auntie would die at the sight of it. At one point I asked our server if they had harissa or any kind of spicy sauce. She said the only option was Sriracha. In a Lebanese restaurant that charges $18 for a tablespoon of hummus. An Asian chili sauce as the only option. What made it even stranger is that harissa is listed on multiple dishes on the menu, so it clearly exists somewhere in the building. I asked for the Sriracha anyway out of desperation for flavor. It never came. Same with ketchup for my toddler's fries, it took three requests. Throughout the meal I walked around the restaurant several times taking my son to the bathroom, looking around the space, even going upstairs to the lounge. Not a single person acknowledged us. Not a host, not a server, not a manager. The bar is right by the entrance and every time we looked over at the bartender and bar manager, just blank stares. At one point we were clearly standing there confused looking for the bathroom in an empty restaurant and still had to say "Excuse me, where is the bathroom?" Wild. Later I walked up to the bar myself to ask if they carried mezcal. After dinner I went back to order one. Same energy--zero warmth, zero engagement. And this is with an automatic 20% gratuity already on the bill. The mezcal was a $25 two-ounce pour and I still had to ask for an orange slice garnish because no one offered it. Empty bar, two people behind it, and I still had to request it. Also worth noting, our reservation was at 5:45pm and the restaurant was practically empty. Yet I didn't see a single manager walking the floor, greeting tables, or checking on guests. I had talked this place up to my party because I'd been so curious about it for years, and it was honestly a huge letdown. If you know Lebanese food and understand Middle Eastern warmth and hospitality, this probably isn't the place for you. Expect cold, almost nonexistent hospitality and food that feels stripped of the soul that makes Lebanese cuisine special. The space is beautiful. I'll give them that. Everything else felt like a very on-brand Miami disappointment, what happens when you give people a beautiful restaurant, expensive food, automatic gratuity, and no leadership. From the lack of authenticity and attention to detail, it's hard to believe anyone truly Lebanese is behind this operation. If anything, it feels more like a polished money grab. Honestly, it might have been less jarring if they just called themselves "Mediterranean" like so many other places in this city. But if you're going to call yourself a Lebanese restaurant, the culture and hospitality should actually be there.

Even after paying, the staff continued to make sure we had water and asked if we needed anything else. This small gesture meant a lot. Sufrat has a great happy hour menu that ends at 6 PM. I tried the Moroccan Mojito, which was so refreshing. To eat, we tried the Shawarma Sushi and $1 chicken wing. The Shawarma Sushi name can be a bit misleading. It a wrap that was cut in form of sushi. It was good. I was hesitant about ordering chicken wings but I'm so glad we did because they were so delicious and crispy. They may have been the best chicken wing I've had. The service was excellent. I accidentally dropped my cocktail and they immediately cleaned it up and moved us to another clean table. I apologized for dropping it but not once did they made me feel bad about it. Instead, one of the staff stated it was an indication of having a great time. They also replaced my drink at no extra cost. A guy, who I assumed was the manager or owner, also passed by our table and ensured we were enjoying our time. Our server mistakenly brought me the wrong drink that I ordered, but I did not mind it because I actually loved the Moroccan Mojito and instead ordered another one. I also loved how they have copper cups because it makes water taste so much better. Their attention to small details like that makes the difference. Overall, I felt so welcomed and definitely have to return for more chicken wings.

We ordered the beef kabobs, which were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Unfortunately, the ribeye steak was a major disappointment. That said, we would still recommend this restaurant for the atmosphere, service, and many of the other menu items -- just skip the steaks.

The gyro meat was excellent--crispy, flavorful, and served in a generous portion. It came with pita, tzatziki, and traditional fixings, and everything on the platter worked beautifully together. The tzatziki, in particular, was some of the best I've had--fresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Truly outstanding. The grilled vegetables were more uneven. There was a nice char overall, and the charred asparagus stood out as especially delicious. However, the rest of the vegetables felt under-seasoned and lacked flavor--something as simple as a bit of salt could have made a big difference. The biggest disappointment was the meatballs small plate. While the portion was generous (six meatballs), unfortunately they were extremely dry and largely inedible. Between two of us, we managed only one--and that reluctantly. Bottom line: Meraki clearly does some things very well--especially the gyro platter and tzatziki--but a few dishes need refinement. With some improvement in seasoning and execution on certain items, this could easily move from good to excellent.
