I ordered yesterday& my food got here so fast I thought it was a jimmy johns commercial & today I reordered this online system has a glitch & the order was placed on pickup. So I noticed & called & was told no worries just pay $3 delivery & we will deliver 1hour later a lady calls & tell me are you going to pick you your order & to my dismay. I told here well I have paid & extra $3 to get it delivered & now it's an hour later let's go a head & cancel & she like I apologies just noticed that I will have fresh new food delivered right away. This is one of those places that you see all the time, one of those places that prompts you to tell yourself, "Hmm, that looks interesting. I should check it out." But you never really do. And years pass and hair grays and gut gets fatter and the only thing that stays the same is you telling yourself, "Hmm, that looks interesting. I should check it out." Well, this past Saturday, I broke my routine and finally checked out Rice House of Kabob. Without a single gray hair on my head. Ordered the koobideh (a kebab made of ground meat) wrap, which, for $7.95, considering how much a wrap stuffed with cold deli meat might run you elsewhere, is a great (and much more gratifying) deal. What I really loved about this place, though, was the rice. (I guess if you're going to feature the word "rice" in your name, it better not disappoint.) I stole a few forkfuls from a buddy's plate, and before long, the few forkfuls turned into a complete disregard for the fact that he paid for it and that we've been friends for years and that our friendship should be able to withstand the siren's song of rice. I really enjoyed Rice! I tried the chunks of tenderloin, chicken, and ground sirloin. I really enjoyed the ground sirloin the most. It was extremely juicy and full with flavor. I am a natural vegetarian because I usually don't like meat and really enjoy veggies, but wow I would definitely go back here to eat this again just by itself. I also tried the hummus with the pita bread. The hummus tasted like if it had a little bit of garlic, which I absolutely love, and it was very flavorful. I went for a Yelp event and I really enjoyed myself. The place was really clean and everything looked new. The staff was really helpful and I had a blast here. The location was also awesome because later on you can take a stroll and enjoy the site in Mary Brickell. read more

I got bored of eating the same thing in Brickell the other day, so i decided to stop here after reading some reviews. They serve a wide range of Mediterranean food, ranging from Sirloin to ground beef, to chicken, along with wraps, hummus, rice, and pita/naan bread. Everything was very good here, and the dishes really capture the Mediterranean flavor. I had the sirloin which was much better than expected (portions were a little small, but quality was excellent). They also serve falafel and middle eastern style dishes as well. I will definitely return to try some of the other dishes, platters, and combos. Everything on the lunch specials is around or under $10. I am already a fan of this place. read more

Love this place! Amazing customer service! I absolutely love coming at night because the staff is amazing they always know my order as soon as I walk in (that's how much I go there lol) The red head chick is always so happy and has an uplifting and welcoming spirt and the guy is very nice as well. My only complain will be the packaging guy he's always so grump and super rude but other than that the food is always fresh and taste delicious! Their sauce is amazing! What's in that damn sauce!! Lol The cooked tomato they give you is pretty random and useless (does anybody actually eat it?). The chicken and rice dish is pretty addictive though, especially that sauce!! :) The staff is pretty good and efficient. read more

HORRIBLE! WORST PLACE - INSECTS IN THE FOOD & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I visited with my family and had one of their plates which included salad, and when I was finishing up my salad I fund an insect (beetle) on it. Thus, I showed my plate to the cashier and she apologized and promised a refund for my order. She told me to wait while she looked up the transaction and I stayed there for more than 40 min, but she continued answering the phone, taking orders and helping other people. After waiting for her a long period in which she repetedely asked quetions about the order, she never found it (at least that was what she said) and eventually said that after talking to the manager she was told to discount only 50% of the transaction and give a discount in our next visit (I don't know how they expect a next visit after such a disgusting experience with their food). At the end, NOTHING WAS DONE, no REFUND at all and no discount so I had to leave. I'll report with the respective regulation agencies so they inspect the place. Just Don't Go. read more

It's not full halal mean only chicken meals. Also these are a badly cooked and the service take to long and unfriendly cashier. There aren't any waitresses. However, this place leaves much to be desired. The food was bland and dry. The dolmas (grape leaves stuffed with spiced rice & meat) are the only things worth mentioning. Very happy to discover this place on Yelp and order takeout. It was hard to decide what to order - and I finally decided on the customizable grain bowl which was fresh and delish. Definitely won't be coming back here for lunch. I paid almost $9 for a veggie melt wrap that was dripping more grease than a straight up grease sub could possibly drip. This wasn't any water from the vegetables, it was GREASE. And yes, I understand that there's cheese in it, but there wasn't nearly enough cheese in there to account for all of that oil. Absolutely disgusting. Lost my appetite completely. Waste of $9. I rarely even Yelp anymore, but I had to do my part to try and dissuade anyone from trying this veggie melt here! read more

I love this place! It's like the Lime of middle eastern food! Great quality, fresh ingredients. I had the chicken Joojeh platter which was a huge greek salad with chunks of grilled chicken and a side of jasmine rice. Their yellow sauce is delicious! BF had the tilapia platter which was surprisingly really good! The fish was deliciously seasoned and then pan sauteed which gave it a crispy outside and flaky inside. The food is healthy, delicious and fast. I like their options better than Pasha's. Its a touch on the pricey side but for the quality and the amount of food you get, I believe its really fairly priced. read more

For about $10 they sent me a big plate of rice, half a cooked small tomato, and a piece of meat that was the size of my index and middle finger together. I placed an order for two Kubideh platters at 4:40pm. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting on my food. Keep in mind, I was the only guest in the restaurant. I finally ask one of the employees to check on my food. All of a sudden, I see the cashier arguing with the cook. Then she gets on the phone and starts calling someone. Basically what happened is that the delivery person had taken my food 15 minutes ago. Then they wanted me to wait for him to bring the food back. I don't want cold soggy food that's been on the back of the delivery guy's moped and I'm not about to wait another 20 min for fresh food. I got my money back but I'm angry that I wasted my time like that. I'll probably never be back. Last time I ate here, my meat was pink in the inside and I'm sure they don't use high quality beef so I was grossed out. I should have never gone back. So dissapointing and annoying. read more

i have been eating at rice since they open. my all time favorite is falafel. they use to make it fresh, because im on the road a lot i eat at all there locations, ( at least use to.) lately they have been putting there falafel in the mike and they are mushy and not the same. i guess when you make money and get big you don't care about how you serve your food or your customers. i try the one on 17 th and i wanted to see if it was just there and went to brickell and they serve it the same. i guess im going to have to look for a new place to get my falafel now. i wish you guy's make them fresh like you use to do. i love the falafel platter. read more

used to be very good, now quality is not the same, in the salads they include the bottom of the lettuce that is too hard and you will not use in a salad, portions are smaller, and some chicken pieces smelled weird last time I ordered so I didn't eat it, I hope you check the reviews and do something about it. Ordered delivery for the first time and was delightfully surprised. The food was super fresh and healthy. Got the chicken kebab lunch with came with Greek salad, basmati rice, and hummus with pita and 4 huge chicken pieces, the tilapia lunch special, and the falafel wrap that was one of the freshest and moist sandwiches I've have. I got extra sumac dressing and put on everything. Everything was under $10 each. Def will order again read more
