My sis and I were in the area after BLS class and found this hole in the wall spot. Right when we walked in, we were immediately greeted by KPop music. The interior is bright and clean. We perused their menu and settled on their bibimbap, tteokbokki, and gimbap. I got spicy chicken in my bibimbap and it was delicious! I loved the gochuchang sauce, rice, chicken, and vegetables all mixed together. I would get the bibimbap again. The tteokbokki was good too, but I wished the rice cakes were a bit softer. The sauce was great. The gimbap was just ok. We chose pork belly as the protein. It didn't taste amazing. Maybe next time we'll try their beef bulgogi gimbap instead. We dined in, but our meals were served to us in plastic containers. I guess others would have leftovers and can take the rest home with them easily. I kind of wished we had those stone bowls to make the bibimbap experience more authentic. But, I get it. Overall, I'd definitely come back for my bibimbap and tteokbokki fix. I absolutely loved the Bibimbap w. Jeyuk!! Highly recommend it. I'd love to go to this place in person, I ordered delivery and the food arrived timely, hot, fresh, and neatly!! Would definitely consider them when ordering out in the future. The pork was very well seasoned and fresh, the rest of the meal was spot on on the flavors as well, they combined into a gorgeous palatable melody of deliciousness . The kimchi was spot on as well; I crave kimchi quite a bit and I think I'll just buy it from this establishment instead of going to the supermarket from now on, definitely worth the purchase. Pretty good. I ordered the Bulgogi and the spicy chicken bowl. With a side of kimchi. The kimchi wasn't fermented long enough. Almost tasteless. The flavor of the bowls were good. I just thought the chicken bowl needed more veggies. read more

I like the kimbap. And I like the fried chicken and the sauce that comes with it. It's just a little spicy and its a little sweet. The corndog is okay. I got a half n half and the stick wasn't actually stuck to any part of it so it was difficult to eat. read more

little hidden gem in the energy corridor area! Came here on a monday during lunch time with some co workers and they all liked their order which was a bibimbap and fried rice lunch bowl. I ordered the Black Bean Noodles with Tofu and it also came with mushrooms. Very flavorful! also got the Mozerella + Sausage Potato coated corn dog and it had a nice cheese pull. As a huge Korean food fanatic, I was so excited to find this place so close to home--and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Bibimbap Jeku, Bulgogi, Tteokbokki, and wings. Everything was absolutely delicious. If you're looking for heavily seasoned wings, this may not be the place--but in my opinion, they're seasoned just right to let the sauces shine. I was excited to try this place and stopped in one Saturday evening. It wasn't packed but I feel like it will be once more people find out they're here. I decided on the bokumyun with bulgolgi beef and at the recommendation of the owner I also got kimbap with grilled chicken. I absolutely loved the bokyumyun! The noodles were springy, beef tender and they accommodated my dietary restrictions. The kimbap I probably won't try again. The chicken was good and tender but it was piping hot so the seaweed kind of melted into the rice. Both were huge portions and worth the price. A customer also waiting for her corn dogs told me they have the best in Houston so I'll need to try that next time! read more

It took them some time to prepare, but I don't mind waiting, as it just goes to show everything is freshly made. As we waited, and even before we ordered, we were welcomed with a warm smile. They were able to also let us know what was delicious and made amazing, suggestions. We ended up purchasing a lot that day, and definitely had leftovers. Great service, friendly staff and really filling food. It's yummy and I love that it feels like a nice home cooked meal. I got their bibimbap with tofu, I love the huge platter size, it justifies the cost. It's super yummy. The k hot dog is delicious too. I got ramen topping and it's crunchy, I like it. They have sugar on the front counter if you like to coat your corn dog in sugar and condiments on a separate counter with forks, spoons, and napkins. read more

Place looks ok inside. Outside looked a bit more tempting that I decided to forgo my boba and get a salty snack instead of the sweet stuff I would get from Muse Tea next door. I was wanting something that's easy to snack or munch on while I drive...but the guy ringing me up said his favorite was the black bean noodle thing...so I had to order that with Bulgogi as the protein. Food is tasty. Reminds me of the instant pack of Chappaghetti bulgogi meat is ok with the usual sweet flavor or bulgogi/ teriyaki (I can't really tell much of those 2 sauces being different). Egg is good. Something is missing to me for it being at this price point. Maybe add some veggies at least to balance things out? Like add in some sliced up raw cucumbers or carrots or something so it's not just all brown looking. Would I come back for this dish as is? Eh probably not. A half portion of half the price may also be a good idea. Fluff it up with some lettuce or sliced cucumbers too. That shouldn't bring cost up too much. It would be better with some crunchy fresh veggies in here. Makes it taste less like packaged noodles I can make at home. To make this better I'd put in pre-washed spinach but the store only had prewashed carrots so that was the only option at the moment. I was really looking forward to this place but what I got was just lackluster. The person that was taking my order didn't have the best customer service but it's okay since I did come in late. The establishment seems like it was family business and the ambiance was nice. However, my food wasn't the best. It felt like something was missing and after paying about $17 on the beef bulgogi bowl, I wasn't happy. There was more rice than japchae. Overall, I would get something else. read more
