I went to America's tires to check on one of my tires losing air more often. Turns out there's a nail in the tire. They said that they wouldn't be able to service my tires despite being in decent condition and I'd have to buy a whole set at the time. I wasn't ready to buy a whole set yet and left. I was driving by and saw this spot. It seemed to have really good reviews. There was no one in line and I asked if they could patch my tire with the nail. Unfortunately that store didn't have the tote I was looking for but was sent to this location( their other location... super massive and also easy to find. Blew out rear tire hitting curb. Sidewall damage. Unrepairable. First time replacing flat with used tire. Problem is the chain stores only let you replace 2 at a time citing a law. Not sure this is true; seemed like a scam to jack up ASPs. Have never been able to leave costco or wheel works for less than 300$ after a single blown tire. frustrating. definitely a ripoff favoring the corporation with a public stock price. Evolving greed for the last 20y No tire warranty, no brake job upsells, no valve stem fees, no install fees, no wheel balancing charges, no toxic waste fees. Came in for a nail in my tire. I called a head of time and they picked up on the second ring. Within minutes of me pulling up he had me parked, elevated, changed and out of here. Great service. They found two holes in my tire and had me get an 85% used tire for $75. Great value! They had me inspect the one I purchased to make sure it was up to my standards. Hey it's me again from the first comment on this establishment, Knowing that I had a great first experience why not go back when needed so I've been having this very small leak in my tire that would take 3-4 weeks to deflate, I came in to finally patch it and the tire technician found out it was the valve stem. (Which i never would of thought). He got me fixed and back on the road so fast. I know it's part of his job to find the problem and fix it but I wanted to recognize his kindness and welcoming service. He had such a positive attitude, not like the others where you feel your being treated like shit for bringing in your car and them having to work on it. Kinda hard to rate it but do want people to be careful. I purchased some wheels on market place and asked what's the price to mount my new tire and remove the old one , I was told $30 a worker took it to the back and came back with it saying it was a bad tire . I was than offered by another worker another used tire after I declined he started to say well you will have to pay $30 for the service and since it's a tesla it's $50 instead of the $30 we normally charge plus $20 more for removing the tire we just installed . I was like WOW first thing is first the tire wasn't removed from the tesla I brought it in the trunk of the tesla . Then he called his boss David to ensure I get charged $30 for removing the old tire and mounting the new one and $30 more to remove the bad tire that they had just installed . Thankfully David the boss was more honest and said just charge $20 for everything , great person but his worker is money hungry and not to be trusted. I am not sure who the owner is but would be good if he finds more friendly and honest employees. ( giving 5 stars because a business shouldn't be rated because of one bad employee and because manager was great) read more
