Great selection of wheels
Stephen K.

Overall, Richey's Point S is an excellent place to get a wheel alignment. Service is very friendly and prompt, and prices are reasonable. I also especially appreciate the detailed, two-page, full-color printout showing the pre-alignment and post-alignment values. It was also fun being able to play an original. vintage Pac-Man machine in the sales office while my car was being worked on. The only thing keeping Richey's from earning five stars is the layout of the building and the shop. Checking in for service requires customers to walk into and through the work area, easily getting into the way of the mechanics and technicians working there. One must also keep a good eye on their path as there are many trip and fall hazards. Also unexpected was a very large dog behind the counter in the sales office, and for those with animal allergies, this could be a big problem. Overall, though, I'm very pleased with Richey's, and will keep them in mind for future service needs.

Checking out the fit and letting me look at it before they complete the install.

I came in to Richey's after Walmart didn't have the staff to be able to install my new wheels and tires and all I can say is I wish I would have known about Richey's beforehand. I'll buy all my future wheels and tires from here and I'm so glad I saw their location on my way back home. Dave and his staff were super helpful, they were friendly, helpful, answered all my questions and overall went above and beyond! Can't say enough great things about them. Immediately a lifelong customer!

YES!! Had a leaking tire and a crazy barking dog in the back of the car. They said No problem! Bring it in, and I got the tire fixed on the spot! So happy they're in the neighborhood - found my auto repair shop!! And my dog liked them too!

When I got there, they had a two hour wait. I searched for a nearby tire shop and found Hazel Dell tire pros. I called and they had immediate availability. When I got there the man that I spoke with on the phone immediately checked out my tire in my trunk and told me I would need to replace it. He did a quote and it would've taken a day to get the tire which I didn't have because I had to head back home but the quote was very reasonable. He then double checked that I put the spare on correctly and tightened the bolts to make sure it was safe. He didn't charge me and was super friendly. I highly recommend this business. I'm not sure why people are willing to wait two hours for poor service, when friendly service is right around the corner!

Next time you go to Costco for tires and find out it will take a week or more before you can get them instslled; give Tire Pros a look. You won't regret it.

Instead, I ended up wasting countless hours, hundreds of dollars, and eventually over $1,000 replacing them only 10,000 on these tires. About a year and half after purchasing the tires, my car started pulling hard to the right. Discount Tire told me it was probably an alignment issue, so they charged me about $200 for an alignment. Before I left, I specifically asked if the problem was fixed. An employee drove the car around the parking lot, came back, and confidently told me it was. The moment I pulled onto the main road, the car was still pulling just as badly. I returned again. They inspected the tires, said, tires are not worn but rotated these anyway, checked the alignment again, and still sent me home with exactly the same problem. At no point did anyone identify the real issue. They said tires are directional so were only able to rotate same side back to front. Thinking something might be wrong with the car itself, I even scheduled a dealership diagnostic. Thankfully, before wasting another half day and more money, my husband temporarily swapped the two front directional tires just as a test. The car immediately started pulling to the LEFT instead of the right. That proved the problem was the tires--not my alignment, not my suspension, not my car. Then few weeks later one tire completely failed and one day when leaving the house it was completely flat. I took it to Les Schwab instead. Within minutes, they found the tire had internally separated and could not be repaired. Here's the part that shocked me the most: Les Schwab immediately recognized that these were winter/snow tires and explained they are not intended to be driven year-round in our climate. That was the first time anyone had ever told me this. All 4 tires were separated and not usable. Discount Tire sold me these tires. They performed alignments on them. They inspected them multiple times while I complained about pulling. Not once did anyone mention they were winter tires being driven year-round or that this could be causing the problems. I ended up buying four new tires from Les Schwab. Their package includes free alignments, flat repairs, tire rotations, and a 60,000-mile warranty. The difference in customer service wasn't even close. My experience with Discount Tire felt like this: save $100 today... then spend hundreds more later on unnecessary alignments, waste hours chasing a problem they couldn't diagnose, and eventually replace a $1,000 set of tires far sooner than expected. That's not a bargain. That's expensive.

I had gotten my car completely checked before I went to go the alignment done but he insists that it's because of my suspension. I was also told that he would have to charge me $50-60 more just to check if he did it right?? even so he said that he can't guarantee that my steering wheel is going to be straight. I would not recommend coming here for an alignment if you have a low car or car with suspension.

"Wrong job? Don't lecture me, kid."…read more I came to your shop with one specific issue: my car was pulling to the right, even though the steering wheel itself was straight. I expected professional service and a solution. Instead, I left with an even bigger problem -- now the wheel is crooked, and the car still pulls to the right. I returned to your shop and calmly explained that the problem remained. I told you that now, to keep the car straight, I have to hold the steering wheel slightly to the left, which is uncomfortable and unsafe. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told the job was "done correctly." But when I compared the numbers you set with the manufacturer's specs, the difference was obvious. You insisted the issue was in the suspension and the strut, but even if that were true, no alignment should leave the steering wheel crooked. Originally, the wheel was straight -- after your work, I ended up with two problems instead of one. To make it worse, you told me: "Let's put it on the rack again, and if everything shows green, you'll pay us again for nothing." That's not professionalism -- that's bluffing. I don't need "proof" on a screen. I need results. Instead of correcting the problem and setting the values as close as possible to the manufacturer's golden range, you behaved unpleasantly and arrogantly. My car is over ten years old, and I understand perfection isn't easy, but professionalism means both proper work and respect toward the customer. Sadly, I saw neither. The person who performed the service showed rudeness, disregard, and a complete unwillingness to listen. These qualities are unacceptable for someone entrusted with people's safety on the road. At another shop, they told me: "We can fix this." That proves the problem isn't my car -- the problem is the poor work and the attitude of the one who did it.

One of the guys put a tire on backwards and had to pull it off and flip it around. I happened to put the wheel cap back on this wheel, thank goodness I did or I wouldn't have looked down and damn they did a number on my wheel. My wheels are original and old. I wouldn't have cared much if it was a small scratch or a ding. But this is pretty bad. It's obvious it was fresh because you can see the shiny aluminum underneath. I showed it to the manager, he wanted no part of it. Wouldn't take any responsibility for it. I'm not the arguing type so this is my only recourse. They used to be amazing -- but over the past year, their customer service and the quality of their used tires have seriously gone downhill. About a year ago, I sent my sister in for four used tires. Within a month, all four were no good. When she called back, the staff was extremely rude -- wouldn't let her talk, talked over her, and offered no help at all. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they had treated me well in the past. But just recently, I bought another tire. As soon as I got home, I noticed it was hissing from a patch. I had to leave town due to a family emergency and called them as soon as I got back. The response I got was, "I don't know what you want me to tell you," followed by being talked over and dismissed. That was the last straw. I won't be doing business here anymore, and I'll be making sure others are aware. This shop is not what it used to be -- and unfortunately, it's become a place I can no longer trust. Hopefully they figure it out. Before opening more locations than the two they have!
