My go-to Friday night pizza place for picking up and dining in the comfort of my own home. Starting with their customer service, they're super friendly and usually add whatever discounts are available. The 5 Star Supremo on thin crust and a custom spicy sausage, pepperoni and garlic on thin crust never fails to satisfy my pizza cravings. I ordered those pizzas on a Friday night around 6 o'clock with an expected time of 35 minutes. Showed up 10 minutes early and the pizzas were done. This place knows how to get your order quickly. Higher quality than other similar fast food style pizza places. The consistency of quality customer service and taste is why this pizza joint is worthy of a 5 stars review. read more

A little tucked away in the shopping plaza across Safeway, this little pizza joint definitely packs a punch in flavor with respect to their price. The store itself is a bit tiny and it is more designed for you to either call in or order ahead and pick up and leave because the waiting area is astoundingly small. The pizza itself is handmade & fresh and the workers are very generous in regards to their portions. I'm confident the guys that were working gave us a shit ton of meat for our toppings (not that we're complaining). If this is your first time going, definitely try one of their unique pizzas like Philly Cheesesteak or BBQ chicken because it is superb. read more

Best Pizza in the area! Freshly made to order .... and they make wonderful salads and breads to accompany your favorite. One of my favorites from here is Sausage Mushroom CALZONE .... And if you are ordering during the day ( rather than night) Rich makes it... and it is the best! Don't even need the red sauce. read more

We are new to the area still, and we haven't found a great pizza place that we can call our own. No offense Washington, but the pizza here is a bit lacking! :) We have been wanting to try Rich's 5 Star Pizza for a while now, and we finally had our opportunity. We went in and we were greeted by a very nice guy at the counter, and he told us about the specials after we asked. I also asked him if the pizza is delicious, and he assured me that we wouldn't be disappointed. We looked at the menu carefully, and I was very pleased about all of the toppings and selections. Note: Just as a heads up before I continue, there is no dining area here, so be prepared to bring your food home or sit in your car and eat (who hasn't done that over the years?) We ordered the carry-out special online on my phone because that is how the special deal works (three toppings for $9.99, which is a great deal). We got extra pepperoni, cheddar (on half), and Italian sausage (on half). We also ordered the side of cheesy garlic bread which was $5.99 (the cinnamon sticks also looked really good, but I don't want to go to work on Monday with 20 extra pounds in the front). We were told it would be about 15 minutes, so we hot-footed over to Safeway to buy a few groceries while we waited (why not put those few minutes waiting to good productive use?). Our total price was around $17.58 I believe. Once we arrived home (about 15 minutes) we couldn't wait to tear open the pizza and garlic bread! The garlic bread (mad at myself for not getting a dang picture) was tasty and cheesy and garlic(y). There were about eight pieces and we cleaned them all up (we knew they wouldn't be nearly as good leftover of course). Then came the pizza. We both agreed that the pizza was very good and the toppings were generous (again, in my ravenous hunger I forgot to take a picture). I would have to say that this was easily the best pizza we have had so far in the area. We reheated leftovers the second night in the oven and the pizza was still tasty (microwaved pizza is never good so we always use the oven). Pros: The staff was great! Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. The pizza was also very tasty, not the best pizza I have ever eaten, but it was very good (honestly it would have been much better hot and fresh, but driving it home definitely cooled it down some). The cheesy garlic bread was also very tasty, and great for up to four people (or two people with hearty appetites). The pricing was also reasonable for what we ordered, and I liked the carry-out special price. Cons: There are two cons, and you might disagree with both (but it's my review, so tough). The first is that there isn't a dining area. Even when the food is great, taking it home and eating it just isn't the same as having something hot and fresh. The second con is that the carry-out special had to be ordered online; I might be old fashioned, but it's just a pain in the butt to have to stand by the counter at a store or eating establishment and have to order something online. Now, I will say that the website was pretty good and it wasn't Too big of a pain to order online, but if you are in a hurry you might want to remember to order the particular special that we ordered in advance. read more

This place is awesome!!! It's family owned so you know it's good! :D but seriously their customer service is awesome, the pizzas are good, and it's a good decent price. Also you can order online and they deliver! We had a pizza that had pepperoni and smoked pepperoni. I have waited for so long to find the pepperoni that curls like Mountain Mikes in California does and I found it!! Next time I am order pizza with just a TON of smoked pepperoni!!! Anyways the delivery came in a decent amount of time and they were friendly. I had ordered an extra garlic butter cup and the delivery person was nice to let us know that it had melted bc it was on top of the pizza and it was warm. :) I was a little disappointed that the garlic butter was melted bc it didn't taste the same, but I still appreciate their service and pizza. I don't crave pizza often, but the other day I really wanted some gooey, hot, delicious pizza. I was in the area and remembered that I had eaten pizza here once, years ago, and I thought it would be good to try again. Well, this place satisfied my pizza craving. I ordered a personal size Pepperoni Palooza and it was GOOD. The crust was the right thickness, toppings were delicious. I couldn't resist and ate a slice on the way home. My husband and I used to order from Rich's all the time, but lately, the food hasn't been the best of quality. Whoa! I wasn't sure what I was going into. Their name is Rich'a 5 star pizza is actually legit! My pizza, a Canadian bacon, pineapple and extra cheese pizza is probably one of the best pizzas I've had! The crust is nice, not too hard, not too soft, not too thick and not too thin. Oh baby... Also they were cut larger than I'm use to do having two slices was plenty! The reviews got me wanting to order food from them as I wasn't sure about pizza tonight. An online special: 1 large 2 topping pizza with a desert (cinnamon sticks, a slice of cheesecake or tiramisu), or cheddar bread or garlicky cheesebread, for an extra fee. The guy on the phone was helpful when ordering...not the "just gimme ur order" type. The delivery was contactless, so we had the driver leave our order at our door, he waved at us as he drove away. The pizza was pretty good. We got the creamy garlic sauce with chicken and mushrooms and then a pepperoni. The pepperoni pizza was slightly oily, but that's what pepperonis do, leak oil when you cook it! but the pizzas were pretty tasty! We got tiramisu for dessert, and that was pretty satisfying. Not our first time here, but it was the first time our order was incorrect. First they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes, got there around 30 mins and had to wait 20 more and then wings we ordered were incorrect. The girl up front was not my favorite today. Some of the pizza had been sitting out before the incorrect wings came out so by the time I got home it wasn't as hot as normal. We've been going to Pizza Hut all these years and their customer service is all over the place and quality - also been going downhill. So we tried Rich's and what a difference! I don't know about their service because we ordered online and my son picked it up and he has no interest in judging service. But our order was correct. The pizza was tasty. It was not sopping in grease like their competitor across the lot. The crust was actually a pan crust (again how many times have I ordered pan crust from PH and they get it right 1/3 of the time). Yes it was a little pricy but PH prices have been ridiculous lately. Plus Rich's has choices for subs and salads. I think we found our new pizza place! read more

Just ate here for the first time yesterday, don't know how this place has been under my nose the whole time and I haven't had it until now (its 2 blocks away). I got the Pepperoni Palooza. It took them twice as long to make it than my order time said it would be ready, which annoyed me at first, but that was long forgotten and forgiven once I tasted the quality of the pizza. This has immediately become my favorite local and go-to pizza spot. The ingredients are high quality, the crispy mini pepperoni in addition to the larger pepperoni really advances the texture of the bite as well as the crunchy outside, yet soft inside crust - which is also seasoned very well, making for an extra yummy crust. In addition to their red sauce having just an amazing flavor, they sauce the pizza very nicely so it balances out/compliments the cheese and toppings wonderfully (I find alot of places don't use enough sauce tbh). As an added bonus for you ranch fans, their ranch is homemade and really good too. Absolutely delicious, restaurant name very fitting as is definitely 5 star quality. read more

We've had most of their pizzas and all of their salads/appetizers and they're all really yummy. The only downside is that our order is wrong pretty much every single time lol. One time our pizza came without any toppings and we always get the wrong dressings, drinks, etc., but they're so close to our house we will probably keep ordering from them anyway. Pizza is OK these days but I'm completely blown away with the $5 delivery charge (4.99 close enough) What blows me away is that I can get free delivery from amazon but a $20 order of pizza that's being delivered less than 5 min away they charge me $5. This world is crazy mixed up. And had they actually told me up front about the charge trust me I'd have picked it up myself because i think I would have gotten it to my house quicker. And really the pizza isn't that great to begin with so not sure if I'll need a pizza from them again anytime soon. read more

Ordered a Monster. Apparently they are busy because the quality was shite. It was an undercooked, soggy, cold mess. I thought they were getting better but apparently not. It was basically pizza toppings on raw dough. I tried to salvage it but no luck. Called Papa John's and got a pizza that was actually cooked. So a 50 buck lesson. Expensive but a lesson learned. Delicious. Pizza crust had good flavor and just the right amount of pepperonis and pineapple chunks. It's my favorite combination (usually with jalapeño slices too). The jalapeño poppers were better than the frozen ones at the supermarket and they serve it with a Thai chili sauce which went well together. It reminded me of a jalapeño pepper jelly with just the right amount of sweetness and spice. Also got the tiramisu which was OK, I prefer more of a mascarpone taste than a whipped cream taste, but I'd give it another try. read more

Unbelievable. It's been a while since I had Rich's due to several orders being messed up over the last couple years. However, last night we thought we would give them another chance, hoping for a good experience. Let's see... no sauce! Somehow they forgot the sauce! Never have I seen this before. Furthermore l, we ordered extra Canadian bacon. Not only was there not extra, there was hardly any topping. Almost half of each piece was crust. No cheese or topping but crust. And no sauce at all. What is with this place? It's like they don't care at all. The only positive was the friendly driver who is not at fault for a pizza that costs 30 bucks. A frozen one for $5 would have been better. So if you want a ton of crust and want to pay for extra toppings only to get half the pizza missing toppings and no sauce, go to Rich's. read more
