Oscar arrived on time and with a great attitude. He promptly finished replacing our water heater. Price was a bit high for 2 hours work but not unreasonable. Follow up: I texted and called Rick several times after the water heater install, about installing an auto shutoff. Never heard back!! Very disappointing! 2 1/2 years later I find all this drywall trash from repipe in the return air space for fau.my parents are in there 80s and health is failing. Having all this airborne crap circulating through the duct work should be a crime. Employees that don't care and no supervision is no way to run a business. Charged $1400 to replace a leaking water heater. Staff refused to replace the particle board under the heater. Called Rick who said he'd "nail it down", which is ridiculous because the particle board is ruined. We had to empty the water tank, move it and properly replace the entire platform the water heater sits on. Do your homework when choosing a plumber and knowing the extent of a job. read more

Living in an older home, plumbing can become an issue. I have had 2 toilets replaced, and terrible clogs fixed. They are always willing to come out and see the work, and then scheduled to my needs. I was able to pick up the toilets I liked at Home Depot, and they installed them cleanly, and professionally. If you're the one who subcontracted two Mexican nationals who lacked professional competence in a blind quoted $250.00 sink installation" they charged" my mother $450.00 (SHAME ON YOU) .When I entered the picture , Plumbers were gone the old sink gone ,the drains were stubbed out ,my mother was tag teaming buckets on the water dispenser line that they failed to shut off , (NOT HER JOB) I shut off the dispenser line, checked the new sink measurements cut the old opening to fit the new sink ,cleaned up my mess . hey did help me carry in the new cast iron sink. they wanted to fill a 1/4 inch cabinet top warp with clear silicone ,I showed them how to shim the cabinet to the sink (unwarping ) I left them to do their job, later on when they were "finished" they had silicone all over and an silicone trim gap on the left side existed he added more silicon and left a bigger mess ,during this experience my mother had to call the plumbers several times to see where they were (with the exception when I showed up and their phones were on the counter top ) they left finger prints here and there in the work area . they worried more about masks than the quality or timely completion of their work .. they took all day and into the night , for a job I would have done in less than three hours to include a trip to Home Cheapo or Lowers .my mother being who she is will not put a stop order on the check. Me? I would have, then back charge my labors at my "Aviation Rates" the workers were nice enough yet unqualified for the task at hand and the guy who did the blind quote fired for incompetence or down right stupidity negligence or thievery for subcontracting this job ,(you said last Sunday and today they showed up almost in three stooges glory.. read more
