****** I am editing the review because the owner Stacy responded quickly to my review and will speak to the woman who had such a nasty attitude. So I appreciate the quick response. We were driving through Kingman on the way home and stopped in Kingman to do some antiquing. We saw the Rickety sign and thought we would stop in to get some food. The woman at the front was so very odd. She said we could order by the QR code and the food would be brought to the table. But the QR code wasn't showing a salad so we went back up to her to ask about it. She seemed irritated and annoyed when we came up to her again for help. I'm sorry sweetie. Do you work here? Are we the customers bothering you? When I asked for an iced tea she said "Oh you are thirsty!" The entire interaction was odd and off putting and someone needs to send her back to customer service class. My issue was not the salad, you didn't have it. No big deal. But the woman working the front counter needs to be a little bit nicer. Nastiness is not a trait you want in your front counter person. The pizza was average and the wings okay. read more

Walked into brewery with no acknowledgement. Walked up to bar to ask if we seat ourselves and was told yes. No wait service for 10 minutes. Ordered a pizza with 2 extra toppings and did not receive the 2 extra toppings. Let waitress know and all she said is she would take them off the bill. No sorry, no we can remake it for you. Just walked away. After our beer glass was empty for another 20 minutes - waitress came by and asked if we would like another and we stated yes. Another 15 minutes and still no beer. Bartender came over to grab our plates and asked if we would like another round and we stated we had already ordered but have not received. 10 more minutes for the second round to arrive. Received our check at full price minus the 2 extra toppings we did not receive. Still no apology for the errors. Not a big deal but acknowledgment of error and an apology would have been sufficient. Cool spot on the road. We stopped on the way from a cross country trip. Nice concept. Small parking lot. Food was decent. Unfortunately staff was kinda slow and not attentive so they lose a star :( Owner seemed to be very nice and running around. Great beer and a dog friendly patio! Heads up to day drinks, if you're on the patio there isn't really much shade until the sun goes behind the building. Love how dog friendly they are and gave her water and treat made of spent grain! Which she very much enjoyed They also have a full food menu! read more

Like others say, it's loud. Yup. Seems like half the place is a bar and there's not a clear divide, so noise oozes over. Stopped here while traveling through a town with slim pickings. Seemed like the best option and wasn't led astray by Yelp. Seated right away, greeted quickly. Server was busy and forgot my second beer for quite a while, but it worked out because he didn't charge me for it. Pizza was above average good and the beer was cold. Party off 6 walked out! At this establishment, they want you to use a QR code to order, which could be fine, but they offered no assistance with their ordering system. We tried to split the ticket, so we were going to use 3 different cards. Somehow, we misordered a beer, and they were like tough cookies you were in the wrong, so now you're stuck with it. Had they walked us through their systems, this might not have happened. Also, their system combined 2 orders together for 2 different tickets. We paid for the beer and canceled the food and WALKED OUT. Their staff was rude, failure to show us the system, and then merging 2 bills with our permission, we didn't trust to leave our cards numbers in their care. read more

We loved our stop in Kingman for a beer and pizza. It was a Sunday afternoon, the football games were on and the folks were very nice. We picked the jersey girl pizza because my wife is a jersey girl. It was delicious. I rarely take leftovers home while traveling but we took this on the road it was so good. Absolutely delish. I had a burger that was amazing- even made it wrapped in lettuce with no bun at my request. Yummy!!! The fries are to die for. String beans were perfect. Lots of garlic. Great beer, terrible service. Have been here twice and the service was lacking tremendously. Only saw our waitress once, we had to keep going to the bar to ask for service. Incorrect drinks brought on 2 occasions. When we asked for correction, the server swore it was correct. Even though we had the same drink on the table, we obviously knew this drink was not correct. Took over an hour and a half to receive our food, and it wasn't even busy. Food came out cold, and burnt. The pizza was majority dough, very very little sauce, hard as a rock, and missing toppings that we had ordered. Previously we had ordered a pizza that was great, so the inconsistency of their food is very disappointing especially when you are paying for it! Dropped in for the Mushstache Ride pizza and to try their ales. Had the flight of 6 different beers which is the perfect way to sample a number of flavors before selecting a full glass. The Berry Vanilla Wheat ale, and the Mango Wheat were our very favorite, but the Double Hazy, with just a hint of pineapple was delicious too. It was 103 deg outside and inside was warm but it made the cold ale all the more delectable. Gonna take a jug to go of that Berry Vanilla with us the next time we visit. Out of most beers on the menu (which staff did not know until we ordered) and food. Wait staff busy talking to friends to ask how we are doing and forgot half our food order. Fun atmosphere and kid friendly. Service, food and drinks were good...try the wings!! Our nephew ate the wings to the bone....good stuff! Burgers and pizzas come from 2 separate kitchens. Food did come prompt and hot. Downside was that half of the table had their burgers while others waited 5 minutes longer for the pizza. Wouldn't have been a problem if we didn't have a sassy 9 year child that wanted his pizza while others ate. This is a solid four star restaurant, the food is better than average, beer selection excellent, and wait staff are adequate. Im am going to give them five stars for one reason, I don't think that the two stars given by Kimberly S. warrants 2 stars and since these places rely on their ratings to stay in business, and in my mind, her description warrants three stars. Heres why: 1. They didn't make the Stay Puffed beer, it was your choice Kimberly and this establishment should not suffer your bad decisions. 2. Your Cheesy Bites were actually the Kricket Sticks and your description of them being just pizza crust with garlic and spices match the description on the menu. 3. Came here on mine and the wife's way of our cross country road trip they do many individual or large pizzas here. I got a jalapeño and ham individual pizza while the wife got a pepperoni tomato with ricotta cheese on top. Very good 10/10 awesome pizza wanted to try the Mac and cheese they serve here but they were out. So we got wings instead hot flavor they have many flavors to choose from. we got our wings pretty fast and man when they mean hot they were hot but they were sooo good I highly recommend you get the wings they have dry rub flavors if you don't like saucy wings very very good highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good pizza read more

Okay so stopped here for a beer and bite to eat and found the place to be clean, have a cool look and good service. Now as for the the drinks and drinks.... The beers were pretty good and really liked the python one. The appetizers were really good, we had onion rings that had a great crunch with killer dipping sauce, the regular fries and fried pickles yum to all of those. I had one of there burgers that I enjoyed. The kids had chicken and loved it. *****The ONLY thing we didn't care for was the Red sauce they use on their pasta and the reason for that was they basically used their marinara sauce that they use on their pizzas. I'm watching multiple people do (almost) nothing while one bartender does everything. This wouldn't be an issue except the bartender is so rushed she's messed up my order on multiple things, and its almost an hour and a half since Ive been here and I've received one drink order, and my pizza is nowhere to be found. * Truffle fries just arrived cold. 99.9% sure they are the wrong fries also. No side of ranch like i asked for. They discontinued the cheese sauce I asked for apparently as well. I want to be mad at my server but honestly, she is working her butt off and I'm not sure I could do any better given the circumstances. Its not even all that busy either, just very poorly run. Which is saying a lot because I tend to be overly positive about experiences. After waiting for 10 minutes I had to get my own salt and ketchup. Beers are presented well, but are average. None of the names actually describe the beers tastes at all which is misleading when trying to order. To be fair it is actually totally possible that the beers are technically better than they taste, but that the experience biases the taste negatively. *pizza just came out cold. They're not great. Both my appetizer and my pizza got to me cold. Should I go on... don't waste your time. read more

We chose this bar/restaurant based on its 4-star Yelp rating. Unfortunately, we were sorely disappointed. First, the marshmallow flavor of their Stay Puft stout beer totally eluded me. It was good; but not flavorful, as advertised. My husband had the peanut butter stout, which we both liked. As for dinner....we ordered the garlic cheese bites appetizer. It was tasty (very garlicky, which is always a good thing), but basically pizza crust cut in strips. Just not what we expected for "bites." I had ordered the Jamaican-spiced dry rub boneless wings. From what I could tell, they were deep fried...then sprinkled with a dry seasoning mix. They were completely flavorless. (If you've tried - and liked - Hooter's or Buffalo Wild Wings dry rub wings, that is not at all what you'll get here.) I will say the chicken was moist, though. My husband ordered a pizza (pepperoni, red peppers, and Gouda cheese), and liked it well enough. Overall, I cannot give this establishment more than two stars. To Management Sorry i just saw your reply to my review. The night we were there we did talk to someone but I don't think it was a manager, we waited for an hour or more for the burnt pizza so there was no way we were going to wait for another one. I don't know what was going down that night but the stuff was having a really bad night the people next to us weren't happy either, we watched our waitress walking back and forth to what I thought was the kitchen and she never communicated to us when would our food be out or what was going on. We haven't been back since, we did not have a good experience. I don't know if during that time it was new or old management but the review below about a month ago from a gentleman and his wife wasn't good either so I'm thinking things haven't changed which is very disappointing, my husband and i have gone by thinking of stopping for lunch and or dinner but we're afraid of the same thing happening.
