Enjoyed the fish fry dinner, pizza, and margaritas (no pics). Enjoy the bar atmosphere and service is always great!

When it comes to wateringholes, you dont find a grogshop as cool as this. This is probably a place you'd have to Google to know where it is unless you live in the area or know about the area. Walking in, we got a few ogles because clearly we weren't part of the weekly regular gang, and they suspected we weren't from "'round these parts"....We're guessing donning our VGK gear was a dead giveaway. The bartender promptly greeted us, who seemed very energetic and fun to be around. She suggested items including the 75 cent wings that day. Service was nothing but prompt and friendly all night.... Why can't we have this friendly of service in Vegas? The food was great, freshly cut fries, crispy and tasty wings, and a very fulfilling burger. I sat for hours and laughed while having tall cocktails. I equally enjoyed the fact that I didn't have to breathe in any smoke like in Vegas, plus no gambling machines to worry about. All I can say is that I wish I had a bar...oops, i mean, Saloon like this near my home!

Western burger

Perfect semi-dive bar with awesome burgers, cooked to order because, who wants a hockey puck? We watched the elite 8 basketball game and enjoyed the 80s-90s music. Great spot! Our barmaid was friendly and efficient. I recommend this place!

Don't waste your time or money here. I couldn't believe how rude the owner was. He treats customers poorly. Worst service I have ever had.

We dined outside on their large open patio, which had a relaxed and comfortable vibe, exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. I ordered the Caesar salad topped with chicken, fresh romaine, shaved Parmesan, crunchy croutons, and a solid dressing. Simple but well done and the portion was HUGE. For drinks, I had a Prickly Pear Margarita, which was refreshing and had just the right balance of sweet and tart. My sons ordered the Sud Soakers personal pan pizzas. My oldest got the Carnivore which came loaded with house sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, and bacon. It was rich and hearty without being overwhelming. My youngest had the Margherita, which was light and fresh with house sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil, and sliced tomato. My husband ordered The Bichen Burger, which definitely lived up to its name; lettuce, tomato, pickle, mayo, pepperjack cheese, grilled jalapeños, and their signature "bichen sauce." It had a nice kick and was packed with flavor. Overall, it was a perfect stop: great food, generous portions, fun menu, and a really nice outdoor setting. A great way to end the day before heading back to Las Vegas where we were staying.

My Dad and I came in because I needed to reminisce (I met my late wife here 56 years ago). He had the fish and chips and I had the chicken taco plate. Dad made the mistake of ordering a side salad in addition to his meal. It's a good thing Danita has to-go boxes! We're both going to need them. My chicken tacos were a kind of street taco with lots of good stuff (lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion, black olives, sour cream, and what I think is homemade salsa) to put on them. The beans were delicious. Not typical refried beans, but a really tasty pinto beans topped with melting cheese. Dad's "side salad" is ginormous! I guess there's lettuce under the tomato, black olive, red onion, and tomato, but I can't see it! His cod came out as two very large (hanging over both sides of the plate), and he was sure he wouldn't be able to finish one of them. He was wrong! I don't think there is such a thing as a cheap restaurant any more, but prices here are significantly lower than we expected. I'm so glad we came in. We'll definitely be back.

The wine bar is on its third owner since opening around 2012. The founders sold to Diana (Diana's…read moreCellar Door Wind Bar) who was a distributor before purchasing the wine bar. She stocked wines not usually found in the local stores that were really bargains. The current owners have made further improvements, but continue to offer a fine selection of wines. With the renovation of Beale Street (Old Town Kingman), the crowds of First Friday have discovered the Wine Bar. Note that live music starts around 7pm. It gets a louder with the music, but the table within the stacks is quieter as are the patio seats. They offer a number of wines by the glass, a wide selection of bottled beers (and often one special draft provided by Black Bridge Brewery), or select a bottle from the stacks and add a minor corkage fee to cover the glasses. If you don't finish the bottle, re-cork it to go. Summer brings out the red or white sangria. Winter offers the mulled wine or other warm classics. Several local restaurants deliver to your table (e.g. Siren's & Floyd's), but check with your server for others. You can rent the facility on closed days for special events or parties.
