    I learned about Ride on Bikes from our community facebook page, all of whom had given Chip rave reviews! I reached out to Chip (the owner) and scheduled an appointment (he works on Sunday too) and I quote "if there is work that needs to be done I'm there" He reached out the night before to confirm our appointment and then the next morning to let me know he was 5 minutes out, arriving on time. Talk about great customer service. The entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well. Thanks Chip! You're the best.

    Ride-On is a great alternative to going to a bike shop: the bike shop literally comes to you! Chip serviced all 4 of our family's Specialized bikes, each needing varying degree of tune up and repair. Can't beat the convenience, real-time questions and answers, and proactive, but not pushy approach to going beyond basic service. No surprise charges and very good pricing.

    Chip/Ride On Bikes is amazing!! 10 Stars Plus Let me start by saying I'm used to riding motorcycles not bicycles (haven't ridden a bicycle in 30 years). We recently ordered 2 electric bikes which we had shipped to our office in Richardson. After reading the reviews on our bikes I knew we could not put them together ourselves, so I read Yelp reviews and called a couple of places. Chip was the best from first contact! He quoted me a price, recommended that he come pick up the bikes at the office, assemble them and deliver them to our home. All of which he did within a day. When he delivered the bikes, He took the time to test ride them, make adjustments then let us ride them and make some adjustments for us. He walked us through the bikes and explained how these worked and gave us riding recommendations to ramp up our our biking experience. We also had questions about bike racks. Since the bikes are heavier than normal Chip took the time to research racks for us and make his recommendation based on both our needs and the bikes. That is STELLAR customer service. His mobile set up gives him flexibility that a store cannot offer; Chip's love of bikes gives him a personal investment in each bike and customer. Chip has made a customer for life!

    He was early,provided exceptional service and fixed a few problems on my SE bikes that I didn't even know I had. I will be using him for all of my future bike issues and you should too.

First they don you with two capes and another item for your neck. Is it cold? They have a closet that warms up your jacket. Second they wash and massage your hair and your back in a massage chair. Next they cut your hair to your liking and walk you through the process - they will tell you what looks good and why. With the amount of meticulous care I've seen them take compared to anyone else blows me out the water. Another hair wash (okay this is new to me since I have never seen a second hair wash in the North) and styling, waxing, blow drying your hair. I was open to a solid full color if matching my current color wasn't possible and perhaps a trim. When I called for an Anthony mentioned in reviews, I was told he's no longer here but the other ladies are experienced. I booked an appointment and came in over the weekend. I'll admit letting someone new do anything to my hair is nerve wrecking. I ended up spending 3 hours here and paid for a laundry list of services (color, partial highlight, low lights, toner, cut, blow dry). I was shocked when it was time to pay, $350 + tip totaling nearly $400. I haven't had highlights or low lights since high school! Maybe it's a thing here, I'm just not personally into it. I really like to keep things as natural as possible and don't like putting bleach or anything along those lines in my hair. I got home and cried to my best friend trying to explain I had stripes in my hair now and they look orange. My hair is naturally curly and not a lot of people know how to blow dry or flat iron my hair properly. I felt horrible that I was charged for a blow dry because as soon as I got home I immediately got in the shower to wash all of the product out of my hair, that was put in, in an effort to blow dry it. It wasn't sectioned and blow dried or flat ironed and it felt like a mess. It was also trimmed after this, so now that I've blow dried it and flat ironed it out there is a questionable section that appears to need to be trimmed. I typically get a dry cut after a Brazilian blow out so my hair is completely straight for it. I really wanted a Brazilian blow out until I found out that would be $350! I could have flown home to my girl in LA for my roots, and a Brazilian for less than this. Call me crazy but no hair appointment should be over $800. The girl who does my color, cut and Brazilian would loose her marbles if I told her this. All in all this just isn't a style or look I like or would want to pay to keep up. I feel like as soon as I need my roots done, it would be so obvious that I needed more stripes or whatever all of this is called vs just a solid root color. I'd hate to immediately go pay for a solid color to be put over the $400 service I just paid for but at the same time it doesn't feel like me at all. Although subtle enough (which again, why did this cost so much?!?) that most may not notice, I know that I never have this done to my hair. I saw a bunch of clients coming in which is great for them but this salon isn't going to be the one for me as often as my hair grows the price for services is just outrageous compared to what I'm used to paying. I like the solid dark brown sections and I'm completely confused as to how I had all of this excess going on when I specifically booked a root touch up or solid color and trim. Sometimes you feel a bit taken advantage of when things like this happen.
