This place could be ok if they got their act together. Its always chaos here, a total unorganized mess. If you call in an oder be ready for it to be messed up or completely lost in their s show. I called in a simple order the other day and 30 min later when I showed up to pick it up they had no clue where it was. They never made it. They have good bagels and breakfast sandwiches. However, they are overpriced. During the pandemic they only allow 5 people in at a time, but nobody is abiding by that especially when you have 8 Grubhub drivers waiting inside for their orders. Was waiting in line outside and 5 drivers went in. I'm assuming they were drivers and that they didn't just skip the line. There's no organization and nobody telling these drivers to wait outside since it's crowded inside. Two people walked out and when I went inside I counted 8 people just waiting around. They have summer hours - closing at 4. Came here on a Tue, at about 3:45, the workers were putting food away and cleaning. They didn't want to serve us since they were getting ready to close...in 15 minutes. I know you are eager to go home and all but if your hours say 4, you should continue serving food until then. Came inside only to be told there's a 5 person limit in there due to Covid while 10+ people were inside waiting already. They have a pretty good dozen bagel deal. The bagels are fresh everytime I have gone. The bagel with specialty cream cheese is a little on the expensive side but comparable to other bagel places. The service is fast and efficient. The staff is friendly. They also sell these large cookies and red velvet muffins that look delicious. I will have to try them 1 day. read more

It's decent, but not in the top tier with the likes of Fair Lawn Bagel and Plaza Bagels in Clifton. It's more in line with Goldberg's in Hasbrouck Heights. They've got the usual suspects as far as bagel varieties and carry several Boar's Head products. Their drink selection is somewhat limited as is the street parking. But the parking is dependent on the time of day. Unfortunately, the hours of operation for the bagel shop are directly in line with high traffic for the street. Flavor on my Taylor, egg, and cheese was good. Opted for an extra egg for a heartier sandwich and wasn't disappointed. The poppyseed bagels were sold out so I went with a sesame instead. Very busy store! It's right across from my work so I decided to get a bagel with one morning. There are 3-4 workers and they are efficient. Came here on a Sunday morning, while the line looked long they move pretty quick and everyone is productive. I decided to go with a Blt on a roll with mayo toasted bun. And I have to say it was awesome! The ratios were on point and nothing fell out as I was eating! Bacon was crispy. This is a busy location and the trick to keeping alive in the NYC area is to churn out orders asap along with being accurate in the delivery. I just ordered Taylor Ham, egg & cheese on plain bagels. I figure if you can't get a basic standard order easily, there is no sense in trying anything more complicated. The bagels were fresh, eggs & Ham cooked just right, and the overall result was a delicious breakfast sandwich.
