Where do I start? These people do not honor their word. I was sold a car with a sticker price of $18.000. They charged me $23,000 and I ended up owing them $43,000. The KBB value was just over $9,000. They pushed paperwork so fast and made everything so rushed that I couldn't read the numbers with any amount of understanding. They told me that if I had ANY problems that I could just bring the car back to them and they would fix the issue. Not true. After getting the brake lights fixe and he park assist sensors looked at (but not fixed) they told me to stop bothering them, that they were "just the sales department". Overall I ended up getting all struts replaced, brakes put on (the ones on it were not the right ones according to a mechanic), replaced all parking sensors, and am now in the process of figuring out why the check engine light is staying on. I've had the gas cap and evaporator valve changed but still nothing. Oh, and not to mention that the car was NEVER cleaned out or detailed and there are parts missing on the seats as well as cigarette burns in the headliner and seats. I was in need of a car and was working on getting my credit built back up and I think they took advantage of this to rape me financially. I'm paying over $600 a month for the car that is in constant need of repair. It's only 7 years old! I discourage anyone to do business with them or at least keep your eyes open and have someone who has a degree in business looking at your paperwork. So i was tricked into buying a 19 kia forte, was told never been in an accident, financed 20k, they did a blitz sale on me because it was saturday and my other car was dead, so he talked me into it, yea kia dealership took 1 look at my pos and listed off 20 different signs of a accident very cheaply put back together like paint runs, they didnt even finish the paint they left pass door wet sanded, like im embarrassed i let them get over on me this badly... Wow, what an experience. Their tactic is to make you feel as badly as possible about your situation, in my case not perfect (although not bad) credit. Dan was rude, pushy, and use idiotic analogies to make me feel like this was my only option. Who the hell compares buying a car to being a guard at the circus? My money is valid and you don't have to "sneak me into" a deal. They tried to get me into two cars WAY over my budget, for high monthly payments and high interest, with ZERO information about the cars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND going elsewhere. I purchased my car the next day at CARite where I was treated like a human being. I got a great deal with lower payments that I wanted with only 6% interest. What a joke, I went in there to see what my options were. I had money to spend but expressed I wasn't ready that day...Dan Mack acted annoyed that I was even there. I can't even describe in words what transpired other than at no other time in my life has a "professional" treated me with such disrespect. This was my first time ever at a dealership. I've never bought a car from a dealership. I expected someone to be more informative rather than using a scare tactic to bully me into a car. I asked him for ballpark prices and what payments may look like. He scoffed and said " I have no idea" . Like really?! You have NO idea what a car on your lot costs. Then he proceeded to say "Why are you even here?!" Well I had just covered all that. I asked him if he was always this rude. I'm a single mom and was in there with my baby, and he treated me terribly. If I wanted to be abused I would've called my ex husband. this place is full of con's, i came in on a saturday my only day off, was told i could only pick from 3 vehicles, the one i "thought" was the best i ended up taking for a 10min test ride, cause they where *closing* soon.. so i asked to take it till monday off course i couldnt..... so i sign like a dummy, mind u he knows ive never financed in my life, tells me we'll fix the issues just call our shop... monday i had to bring car back for gps and what have u, i clearly told them if your gonna fuck me over i dont want it.. are you gonna fix it or not cause if not i dont want it.. yea yea of course well make it right no problem what so ever...so i call rc auto monday - guessssss what my apt tomorrow and now cory saying sorry bud cars ur problem u signed for it no longer my problem... needless to say come tomorrow if what i was promised isnt fixed.. this car will be in there parking lot or in a tree... ill take a repo.. im not paying 40k for a pos i was told would be fixed read more

I had a incredible experience with Mr.Nick Wendell I was just driving by and seen a car that I've been looking for stopped in the parking lot to take a closer look and within no time Nick was out the door asking if there was anything he could do to help was very polite and friendly you can definitely tell he takes his job seriously he offered us into the office where I had no idea I would have my dream car in my drive way tonight. He and the team tried time and time again finding me the perfect payment plan to suit me and with every hoop and leap he had to make he still had a very pleasant attitude!!!
