Omg...this place is a hidden gem for rim repairs.. i was recommended this place by someone and these guys did awesome job. I have tesla model 3. My front passenger wheel rim was damaged with scratches . Half of my rim was scratched .. i didn't want to take it to tesla because I knew it would cost lot of money. These guys are very affordable and I am glad they are not like dealership charging extra money for no reason. I just got my car back and my rim looks brand new just like when I purchased my car. As a female car owner, I despise taking my vehicle to new mechanics/service professionals as many have tried to take advantage of my perceived ignorance of cars in the past. It was always, "Oh, here's the problem this will cost just a few hundred" at the initial inspection. And then, "Well, we found this, that, and the third when we fixed that and now it costs a grand." The struggle. Not the case with Rim Renew! A curb jumped out and kissed my extra-sensitive Honda Accord rim (That's my story, you weren't there when it happened!). It left a nasty "curb rash" that I couldn't bare to see every day on my otherwise pristine car. I contacted Rim Renew for a quote via Yelp and provided a picture of the damage. Sam explained how they could repair it, how long it would take, and the price. I thought it was fair, considering a new rim costs almost twice as much as the repair. I brought the rim in to be repaired and Luke took great care of me. He wasn't aware of the conversation I had with Sam, but his explanation of the process, time, and cost was exactly the same which gave me so much peace. Luke took the rim and tire off and replaced it with my spare. He checked the tire pressure on the spare before placing it on my car (the extra mile!). This place is a safe haven for ANY woman seeking automotive service (I.e. Rim Repair) . I walked in explaining that I was returning my car to the dealer and wanted my rims refinished. I wish I could give them a good rating, nice people but I've had to go back to them 2 times after my original visit regarding my rim. Each time they did something that was suppose to fix the issue and ultimately led to me needing to buy another tire because they did not seal the tire to the rim correctly. Went there sometime summer 2014 (forget exactly). As another reviewer said, the venue was entirely too small. Barely enough space for parking, much less any actual maneuvering. Sam came out to greet me when I arrived, and while he did say there was a small queue I had to wait in, it wasn't long at all. He took the bent wheel from my Audi, and straightened it up quickly while I was talking to another patron (BMW M5 owner). Sam also checked out my other wheels from underneath and while he saw bends, he said I could probably have those balanced out (which is what I did). I highly recommend the work of Rim Renew to anyone who will listen. I had a slow (I thought) leak in my Mercedes CL 63 AMG tire for a couple of months and I thought to myself 'Oh well I'm about to get new tires so I'll be okay.' Once the new tires were put on, I immediately had my psi loss once I got home, I had found out that I has a small crack in my rim this whole time. I looked for places and the reviews weren't looking so good. I then found Rim Renew and called them. I spoke to Luke 1st and he told me the price which was very reasonable. I came in and dropped my wheel off and it was confirmed to be a small crack in the rim by Sam. I dropped it off this Monday and got it back Tuesday (Thanks Aaron for putting it back on). I am very happy with their work and will be using them again to restore my rims to their almost original look. A new or refurbished rim would have cost me triple the amount. Great Place! read more

The other 5 star reviews are spot on. Over the weekend, I hit a tall curb that cut in deep to the rim and sliced a hole into the sidewall of the tire. I didn't know if I bent the rim or not and didn't want to just put a tire on before having it checked out. I emailed Rim Renew with a picture late Saturday night and I got a reply from Sam Sunday morning even though they were closed at the time. I dropped the wheel off Monday morning and they were able to check the rim out, fix it and get an exact matching OEM tire same day. My rim required a full refinish and paint. I picked it all up completed same day at a very good price and you'd never know anything happened. Glad this place exists! read more

Was an out-of-towner and stopped in as soon as they opened expecting to spend the entire day there. Luke was very helpful and got me back on the road by 1! Very reasonably priced as I had a bent and cracked rim fixed for $170... After driving a couple hours it shook really badly so I stopped to get gas and look at the rim, when I did so I saw an ugly weld job where they apparently didn't see the need to blend it at all. So far I'm not impressed with the work. At least it holds air. read more

I had a problem with a slow leaking low profile tire and it turned out that my wheel was cracked. The place that discovered the problem referred to me to the Wheel Doctor but they never returned any of my several phone calls to them. Through Yelp I found Rim Renew and I couldn't be more pleased. Rim Renew fixed the cracked wheel and I haven't had any problems since. They also showed me that the wheels were bent -- something that the original shop hadn't discovered. The bent wheels were the cause of the vibration I had felt at high speeds but had chalked up to what I had thought were just unevenly worn tires. They fixed everything and the vibrations are gone. The shop is super clean, the service was friendly, professional and honest, and the prices were reasonable. And their work is guaranteed! From speaking with Sam, it's clear that he knows his craft. They do have small waiting room with a TV, by the way. Definitely a five star company! read more
