I decided to give it another try today and ordered the matcha along with their $6.40 salt bread. Honestly, it was disappointing. The matcha just didn't hit the same as before, and the salt bread was cold and extremely hard, hard enough to knock someone out. It didn't feel fresh at all. I mentioned it to the staff about the quality and suggested warming it up since salt bread is typically soft and fluffy. It took some convincing them to warm it up. The worker had me wait for quite some time just to get approval from the back kitchen to do a simple task. The whole process was surprisingly ridiculous given how simple the request was. They were able to warm up the piece that was "untouched" but not the one i ripped in half. At that point they should have replaced my bread considering how dry, cold, and hard it was.

They ran out of other bakery items since I got here after the lunch rush, so other items must be good. Customer service was friendly as well. I usually stay away from drinks with dairy (lactose intolerant, LOL) but my daughter ordered my drink and gave me the: "just try it" look. And boy was she right!
