"HELLO WELCOME" is how I am greeted everytime. I have 2 cleaners nearby and Ritz cleaners offers much friendlier customer service and always explains the cleaning service and prices clearly! Great place to go ! I take all my top gear here , Hats , track jackets and my jerseys "Lakers"! I never have an issue and if when I was not happy I just bring it back , without question and money to take care of it ! I can be pretty "anal" about the crease in pants or a spot on my gear , I just let them know and its handled . Need same day service , no problem and no extra charge. I've been coming here for about 15 yrs the first owners where cool but the new owners always have a smile and always remember my name. Prices are fair and they don't change from one week to another ! This place has new ownership and a friend recommended me to take my dress shirt there. Even though it was about 7 miles away from my house, I though I'd give it a try. I usually get frustrated at dry cleaners for their poor customer service and half ass jobs but this place went beyond my expectations and impressed me. I have a wedding to go to on Saturday and I brought my 200 dollar Faconnable dress shirt to see if I can get the wine stain off. First of all, the lady at the front desk(I believe she is the new owner) was genuinely nice and sympathetic when I told her that I need the shirt to be ready in 2 days. Not only did she assure me that she'll return my shirt looking brand new, but she promised me that it will be ready the same day!!!! Same day!!!!! I went to pick up my shirt later that evening and as promised, the shirt looked brand new. I was more than impressed and happy with my experience at this Ritz Cleaners. Even though it's on the other side of town, I'm going to come here every time I need something to be dry cleaned. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family! read more

I bought a Groupon on 4/26/2013. When I went to redeem it, the lady rudely said they've stopped accepting Groupon since Dec 2012. She then rudely threw my clothes back at me. She could have nicely put them back my bag. :( read more

I purchased a Groupon last year and tried to use it to get my purse cleaned. The woman was really unfriendly and said they didn't do purses. Unfortunately, I didn't have any clothes to dry clean so I left. Fast forward 6 months and the voucher, had expired. However the Groupon website said "you can still redeem your Groupon at The Ritz Cleaners for the $15.00 you paid, from now to eternity." My second time entering the cleaners the woman is again super unfriendly, and said that they would not honor the voucher. Funny enough, if she had been professional (and or pleasant), and asked what I wanted cleaned, I would have tried them out anyway. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Both my husband and I have been bringing our clothes here for over 7 years, and the owner, Gaya does a marvelous dry-cleaning job. The area is extremely convenient with easy parking and pleasant neighborhood. The prices are also the cheapest around (I have shopped all around). I have used other nearby cleaners with 4-5 star surveys yet sincerely I was not awed by their nature of work. Ritz Cleaners HAND PRESSES ALL YOUR CLOTHES. Other places I have taken my clothes to "Machine Press" clothing which makes buttons brittle and eventually fall off clothing. Ritz manually presses each piece of clothing showing true quality and care in my items. Here I can simply drop my items off without stressing that something may go bad. They DO NOT charge you extra just because you have a name brand product like most other dry-cleaning service providers. It's pleasant to have a person to trust with keeping your business and sensitive clothing fit as a fiddle. What's more, really I am VERY shocked that Ritz doesn't have hundreds and hundreds of more reviews. If you want someone to CARE for your clothes in the same manner YOU do, then take your items to Ritz Cleaners because I honestly haven't found a cleaners with this level of quality. Plus, their prices beat every. single. competitor. around. My family has been using Ritz for over 25 years and always a wonderful job! A few weeks ago, I brought in a dress shirt that had paint on it. They tried twice to get it out but no luck. I knew it was hopeless so I told them to trash it. She asked if I would like her to make a short sleeve shirt but again, I said just trash it. Last week, I went to pick up some items...and there was the shirt that once had paint on it...CLEAN. I was so thankful as well as amazed! I asked how long it took and she said most of Saturday! Amazing. Absolutely the best cleaners ever! Kind, professional and awesome work! I had a waiter break a wine glass of merlot all over my white blouse while serving. The blouse had two types of fabrics and I waited till the morning to call Ritz and see what I should do and she told "don't do anything, bring it to me right away". Which I did. Because of the two different types of fabric and the merlot being all over the two fabrics down the front, she couldn't guarantee the wine would come out. Two days later she called and said that it was "like brand new". When I went to get it, she told me the process she had to perform to get the stain out with two different steps, very labor intensive, but she didn't care. She just wanted it to come out right. And it did. All the times I have gone to Ritz over the last 25 years, they have been very nice and personable with me. They even know when I walk in and before I can even get out my ticket, they walk to the back and bring out MY CLOTHES. It's amazing with all the customers that come through the door, that they can remember MY CLOTHES without my ticket. I hope nothing ever changes and they stay the old fashioned customer service focus cleaners that I have loved all these years. You can't put a price on 'good old fashioned customer service'. This is the best cleaners in town with the best prices! After my wedding, i brought my dress here to get it cleaned. It was a 10k dress and I couldn't find anywhere else to trust but here. They cleaned it in 3 days and boxed it in a preserved box. I drive from Simi Valley to Van Nuys every Friday to pick up and drop off my clothes. I went there because a friend who lives in Van Nuys said they were "fabulous." I had sold a designer silk cashmere sweater on eBay and after it was already paid for, I noticed a snag. Yikes! What to do? Snags on silk cashmere are not easy to fix without anyone noticing, trust me on this. So I was understandably nervous what how well of a job they would do. My fears were quickly allayed when I went in and three very concerned & friendly older ladies (Armenian?) gathered around my sweater like mother hens and proceeded to discuss the best way to fix the problem. I waited 10 minutes while they fixed it on the spot----conversing in an "unknown tongue" the whole time. When the one woman who was delegated to work in it was through, it was perfect ... and I do mean perfect. Once I went home and pressed it, you couldn't even tell there ever had been a snag at all. Best of all, when I asked how much it would be, the woman said, "No charge!" Now you can bet your bottom dollar that I will be coming back for all my alteration and dry cleaning needs. Of course, I don't expect all my future alternations to be free, but they won my business with their friendliness, can-do attitude & better-then-expected results. Highly recommended! read more
