While my cleanings are pretty standard, I have to say doing it here has been more uncomfortable / painful than other places. I don't like having the saliva sucker hanging off the side of my mouth. If insurance covers this place, it's fine as far as the actual dentistry is concerned, which is why this isn't a 1 star review. However, after our insurance changed, they lied to us and said that the new insurance was covered, and had us pay up front for the full cost, then told us some BS about how to get our insurance to pay for it, which we were okay with going along with, because insurance can be annoying. We kept getting denied, led us along enough that we had another appointment, telling us the same BS about how we were covered and we just needed to talk to our insurance. Our claim kept getting denied, and the process took forever to boot, with nothing to show for it. Turns out our insurance does not cover this place, and they lied saying it was fine. Screwing up once, I can understand. But the continued messing up tells me they knew our insurance didn't cover the appointment and just wanted to keep us along to get more appointments out of us. Got my night guard fitted here. The nightguard is really thick and uncomfortable. I realized later there is a much thinner night guard available, but apparently it wasn't offered at this place (at least I was not given the option). I could not wear the nightguard to sleep. I eventually had to get my nightguard fitted elsewhere. The front desk told me I have to pay for night guard cost upfront and I will get paid by the insurance company later. However I never get paid. When I called the dental place finance department, they said the insurance company at first said it was covered, but upon receiving the claim the insurance company said it was not covered. It is hard to believe the dental place has no clue what is covered what is not. Moreover when I called the dental place, the front desk told me I should have known what is covered what is not, and the insurance only covers part of the claim (actually none was covered it turns out). The responsibility is on me. They were really quick to deny any wrong doing despite having my full dental insurance information and giving me the wrong information. I did not receive any apology whatsoever. This place is a total scam, would never come back to this place again! read more

Dr. Lee gave me an honest and detailed assessment of what was needed for both my immediate situation and my chronic issues. I really respect her for that. She even called to check up on how the tooth was doing after I got a filling. I decided to make her my regular dentist, even though it's a little far from my home. Three visits later, I am still super happy. She is also a very comforting presence while getting your teeth worked on. The front desk staff is great too. They will run numbers on my insurance the same day to get an estimate of how much things will cost. No waiting around for a letter in the mail with the estimates when you're trying to get care. I went this place to get night guard for my teeth because I have TMJ and was suffering from horrible headache. These people hooked me into filling my cavity. I never had any problem with my teeth. No pain or bad breath to be more specific. I am 39 years old and have never done any dental work done in my teeth other than cleaning because I did not need it. I am saying this because I have been to another dentist in India before visiting these people and they told I didn't need any filling yet. Anyway, I trusted these people and told them to fill whatever minor cavity I had. The filling was done right before the Thanksgiving weekend of 2023. This is June 2024 and one of my tooth is still so sensitive that I am still eating with my left side of the mouth. Dr. Padmini did my filling. While she was doing my filling she was chatting with Dr. Lee about how they were planning to spend their Thanksgiving weekend and discussing about her neck pain and other things instead of focusing on her work. Very unprofessional. I went back to them second time in January 2024 and this time Dr. Lee wanted to see what was going on. After looking she told me to forget about the pain and then she told me to do root canal. Really?? If the filling is fine why would I do root canal? Long story short I did not get my night guard and they damaged 1 tooth. And the front desk girl was so rude and acted like it was my fault that I am in pain. I never write any Yelp reviews. But I had to write this review so that others don't suffer like I did dealing with these people. I would give them less than one star if that was possible. They are unprofessional and rude. I have been coming here for over four years. I have seen a variety of dentists. I am not sure why there is so much turn over but each dentist is nice and treats me well. Here is my breakdown of experiences: Biannual cleaning: My cleanings are fast and the customer service is friendly. I get X-rays once a year and, unfortunately, have to fill a cavity every once in awhile. The dentists have answered all of questions during each visit. I usually have one or two questions each time and they usually refer to particular teeth I know I currently or will in the future have problems with. Fillings: My fillings are taken care of during my cleaning appointment or within two weeks. It all depends on how busy the office is. The process (needles, grinding, filling, and shaping) have gone well for me so far. The equipment used seems safe and the dentists go through the filling process with ease. I am always asked how i am feeling during the procedure too. I have always felt taken care of while getting my fillings. have not had any problems with the outcome of my fillings too. Mouth guard: Yes, I grind my teeth and I had to get a mouth guard made so my front teeth would not shatter. I went in recently to replace an old filling and fix my chipped front tooth. My chipped tooth was a result of my nightly teeth grinding. The mold process was very quick and painless. The pink gummy substance was put in my mouth for a few minutes and then taken out. It tastes like chalk but the taste was not horrible. It took a few weeks and my mouth guard was ready for pick up. I sat in the chair and tried it on. It fit perfectly. I was told to rinse with only cold water and to wash it with white tooth paste. Any colored toothpastes or mouth washes will bring a change of color to the guard. So far, the guard is working great. Dentist and tech were great but I've been waiting since last week for the receptionist to send me the quote on cavities vs existing fillings to be replaced and I haven't received them yet. When I asked her for it after my appointment, she said it wasn't notated on my chart and "I wasn't in there". I politely told her I was aware that she wasn't in my appointment but if she could ask the dentist when she was done with her patient and get back to me, that would be great. If you really have to go to this establishment, make SURE you get Dr. Lee, because I was stupid enough to get my fillings done by the secondary dentist due to bookings being filled out for months. I can only assume that Dr. Lee means the best for her business, yet this establishment's general negligence for quality has cost me several months of pain and annoyance as of now. Long story short, one of my teeth that was completely pain free before now needs a ROOT CANAL because it has become so infected due to the secondary dentist's absolutely poor procedure of trying to replace a filling on that tooth. Because the tooth hurt for weeks after the procedure, I decided to go to a far higher rated dentist in the area. Lo and behold, through their recent x-rays, it was clear that the secondary dentist absolutely butchered the procedure of replacing my filling as there was a giant dark spot of where the new filling started and where my tooth began. Because it had been several weeks since the procedure, the inside of the tooth had already started to rot, and it now seems a root canal is completely inevitable in order to fix the pain. Cannot say the reception desk was kind either - and even if these dentists had not screwed up my procedure, overall the quality of the entire place would have been 3 stars at best.
