The problems included a leaking radiator, severely worn brake pads and rotors, a bent rear axle differential, leaking wheel bearings and seals, a rusted frame that was never disclosed, disconnected emergency brake lines, an oil cooler housing failure, transmission-related service, and additional engine performance repairs. These were not minor maintenance items--they were major defects that significantly impacted the vehicle's safety, reliability, and value. What is most concerning is that many of these issues appear to have existed before the sale and either were not disclosed or were not properly identified during any inspection process. As a customer, I relied on the dealership's representations that the vehicle was safe and roadworthy. Instead, I was left with thousands of dollars in unexpected repair bills almost immediately after taking ownership. I have maintained documentation for all repairs, diagnostics, and related expenses. I attempted to address this matter professionally and give the dealership an opportunity to resolve the situation in good faith. Unfortunately, the experience has left me extremely disappointed and questioning the standards by which vehicles are inspected and sold. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to have an independent mechanic perform a thorough inspection before signing any paperwork. My experience has been financially burdensome, frustrating, and completely inconsistent with what I expected from a reputable dealership.

The cars themselves are what I docked this 2 stars for. I test drive three and ALL OF THEM had weird issues, others that I looked at had terrible history like catching on fire, accidents considered minor that were major in my book, etc etc. very very careful what you choose to do here.

Brown to see what they could do and when I got there no one was at the reception desk (I did not make an appointment or anything) and a guy named Macy Marsh saw that I was in need and came out to see how he could help. Mind you I had no appointment, I just dropped in. So I told him what I was looking for in a jeep and he said to give him a little while and he would see what he could do. That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. And to make a long story short he was able to get me the jeep of my dreams in about 48hrs of me coming in with no appointment. Macy and H.M. Brown really came through for me.     Working with Macy at H M Brown was the best car-buying experience I've ever had…read more I found a few cars I liked on the site, and Macy brought them all to my house for test drives. I handled the financing from home too--filled out a quick form online and heard back within hours with a rate lower than anything I'd found shopping around myself. Once we found the car I wanted (a 2024 Mazda in perfect condition), wrapping everything up was incredibly easy. No hidden fees like you get at other dealers. The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.
