I somewhat wish the pizza bottom was baked slightly longer for a less floppy center but that's just personal preference. They clearly put a lot of effort into this pizza recipe. The only critique we would have is the service seemed a bit rushed. We would have enjoyed a bit more time between appetizers and the mains. Even the check came pretty shortly after we finished which would be understandable on a busy weekend night but this was a Tuesday evening and there seemed to be plenty of empty tables around us. Absolutely disappointed with Rizzo Pizza. I placed an order for 2 sandwiches, drinks, and a pizza that came to $31. I paid it without issue. When I wanted to add 2 bags of chips, I was told there was a $6 minimum. I couldn't believe it -- $31 already spent and they're nickel-and-diming me for chips? I questioned the guy and he got an attitude, pointed to some sign on the door, and said if I didn't like it he'd just give me a refund. Zero flexibility, terrible customer service, and a ridiculous policy for something so small. For that kind of total, adding a couple bags of chips shouldn't be a problem. Won't be back and definitely won't recommend Rizzo Pizza to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more
