I am not going to say about the line is too long, slow service etc. It's located in terminal 5 airport so hence the over price etc. if I want to say about the food. It was acceptable for the price you pay. I just have problem with the cleanliness of the staff, how they handle food and food safety. When I place my order, I have seen the way they prepared the food and the attire that the y are wearing. The is no hair restraints and hat is for decoration. Almost every one have long hair.They only wear glove on one side of their hand and handling food like that. I still pay for it, but i don't eat it. My Buffalo Chicken Sandwich tasted like a black bean Veggie Burger. At least the beer tasted good.

I just watched the guy at the grill with the big beard net set down raw beef patties onto the grill and then handle the buns relish and cheese without changing his gloves. When i mentioned it to the woman at the register, she didn't even acknowledge what I had said. I then asked the man at the grill if he had changed his gloves, to which he replied yes. I was watching him from the pickup counter the whole time and at no point did he have an opportunity to change his greasy gloves. There was also no boxes of gloves anywhere near him that he could have changed gloves. This is a serious health risk for all travelers passing through the airport. read more

Previously, I would eat here once a week. Now ever 3 months in hopes it gets better again. Since opening, the quality has gone down and the price has gone up. You never know what on the menu other than burger will be available. The staff pours on the buffalo sauce only now and doesn't toss it in a bowl to coat the strips. You have to request ranch. Sometimes they do not have it. I have started to go to Big Bowl and Tortas. The quality has not gone down and I know what's available at all times. read more

I ate here in December, and much to my surprise the cheeseburger I ate was unbelievable! So good, and so flavorful. Really - it was almost like ground steak or something. Waited in line for 30+ minutes only to realize they accept only cash. No sign anywhere at all. Really cold customer service on top. Finally managed to get some cash and ordered (overpriced) 2 Bacon Chz Burgers and 1 Chz Burger. Got them after waiting for another 20+ minutes. Grabbed them and went straight to the gate where we opened the package. All 3 of them were burnt/charred and tasted like charcoal. Had to trash all 3 of them. They cook the burger however you want it and cook it to perfection. The veggies are fresh the fries are delicious. Not to mention the great service. They are gluten free friendly. It is always stressful to look for good gluten free food in the airport. But my husband was able to order a burger without bread here. And he is very happy with it. Of course food is very delicious and juicy :) read more

This place is horrible. Staff member are being goofy and playing with each other. They were literally pushing each other as I waited for my food. The polish young guy making the burgers literally positioned his hat back and fourth. He then proceeded to take out his phone and text. He then went back to making the burgers. I was disgusted. I went up to him and said that it was unsanitary and disgusting. When he positioned his hat back and fourth, flakes fell out his head and into the burgers. Can we say dandruff! I called him out in front of everyone and said all that food needs to be redone. He looked at me with shock and then his co worker told him to just move to the side. I insisted be change gloves.
