We called one shop in Las Vegas and were given a ridiculous quote for the converter. Passion Auto was our next choice and the quotes for the various services were spot on with what my research showed they should be. They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. When my minivan was done Nicole increase labor to $155 and she said labor had rate had changed same day which was hard to believe. That will be my 1st and last time to go there. It took them from 10am to 530 pm to install the control motor. I wish I did homework before I took my vehicle there. The guys have over 30 bad reviews including mine I counted. I will report them to Better Business Bureau they ripped off alot of customers. It does not take 7hrs to diagnose ac and when they did they claim they fixed it they didn't same as how it was when I brought it in thees guys are pathetic. Go to bigger shop where they treat you good like Firestone, Big O, Tire Works.
