Clean joint and decent food but the portions are TINY. I ordered a pastrami combo. About $14 bucks and change. Flavor wasn't bad but it was kinda dry. My biggest gripe was the portion size. The sandwich was pretty small and the amount of zucchini given was laughable. Im not asking for pounds of pastrami but when every other bite is just bread, there's an issue. I was in the drive thru lane. Waited about 10 mins and there were only 2 of us in line. Wasted my lunch break and $13 on a meal I couldn't even eat. It was absolutely disgusting. I got the chicken tender meal. The pieces were a nice size, but there was very little batter or anything around them. When I went in to tear off a piece to eat, oil oozed out and dripped all over my fingers. I thought maybe it was just a juicy, moist piece of chicken. No, it tasted like straight fry oil. I had to spit it out. I tore each piece of chicken and it was the exact same thing. The fries were just as gross. They were so undercooked, sopping with oil. Not one fry was edible. I just threw it all out. I would not recommend anyone going there. read more

I've driven by this place 1000 times and have never eaten here because I didn't think that they had a drive-thru. I decided to give it a try and my first experience was good. I ordered the turkey burger combo, the patty was thick as you can see in the picture and the price wasn't bad. I've had better turkey burgers but this one wasn't bad. What also caught my attention is that they have a light menu and a veggie burger, which is not common in this area. I'll go back and try their breakfast next time, if thats good then on to the item =). UPDATE: I went back and tried their Rob's healthy omelette, not bad and it was filling without the bloated feeling you get from a regular breakfast. I've added a pic =) read more

This place isn't very good. I've had a breakfast burrito here before and thought there was no flavor other than the salsa they gave me which only tasted spicy to me, and I like spice. Then I had a tuna melt today and I know tuna salad isn't everyone's go to but I like it. It also didn't have any flavor other than fishy tuna taste which is gross even for canned tuna standards. I would like to try other items but I would suggest the owners buying some seasonings or at the least more salt? We pulled off the 605 in search of some food and a place to use the restroom. Stopped at del taco and found the restrooms and dining closed due to Corona. Continued down the street and saw Rob's. What a pleasant surprise! We asked for the key to the restrooms and found them sparkling clean! The menu had many options and I settled on the double cheeseburger combo. My wife had a chicken taco. Cooks are great, burgers, bacon is real. Had not so great experience tonight though. Went to Robs just now and was disappointed, i really like the fries they're delicious golden crispy outside fluffy inside, but I got undercooked soggy fries. I asked a question regarding my bill, which I would've been fine with, just wanted to know how I was charged. I understand addition but things didn't add up. I have to say the man who helped me initially Alex or Adam, very professional. He listened checked and said I was right! Who doesn't like to be right? He fixed the issue. Or didnt make an issue, either way great job! On another note, the person who was working the drive threw didn't like being wrong. How do i know that? She argued with him in front of me. First of all, if you're trying to satisfy a customer in a buisness, you don't argue in front of them. The guy told her to do something and she argued a couple times with him making the buisness look unprofessional and uncontrolled drama. Wait until I'm gone at least, he didnt argue with her just walked away, that employee has no tact she needs buisness classes. Not being sarcastic, it would help her. She seems upset at this point, gets my burgers and puts them in a bag, then turns around to get the fries out of the fryer and puts them directly into a box and includes them with the ketchup packets. She leaves a few fries in the basket and puts the box in the bag. She shouldn't put the packets with my fries like that because I don't know where the ketchup packets have been, in a box on the counter and I dont like them on top of each other. Anyway, she turned me off to even ask for ranch. I get home and I see that the fries are undercooked as I said in the beginning. I hope this isn't the case, but because she seems to hold grudges with customers or the fact of being wrong, assumed because she argued in front of me, did she do this on purpose? If so this is very bad for business. A buisness thrives on customers coming back, not on a worker being right. If her ego needs a boost shes in the wrong field. She must be family because I wouldn't have her working for me if she can't maintain a professional demeanor in front of customers. Are you paying for the food or am I? I would have gone back and ask for new fries, because like I said usually delish...but it was 5 min to 10pm. Closed. This was my third time here and my first review. Restaurant is big and very big, bigger than any other burger joint. Very clean and inviting, friendly atmosphere. My first time here I ordered the menudo and it was delicious, cannot find good tasting menudo these days. The last few times my friends and I have ordered breakfast and they ha e great specials. OOOOOOOh boy something changed this year. All last year I'd always hit Robs for my lunch on my nursing shift and they'd always deliver the best for my money. Just came back from there today and they've unfortunately changed their french fries. They used to have thicker, bigger, DELICIOUS french fries that were crispy and seasoned to perfection. Practically were worth going there just for chicken and fries. Now they are the frozen, short and very skinny fries kind of similar to Wienersnitzels fries. So now your box isnt as full due to the serving bein much smaller. Also, the chicken strip menus clearly shows that the chicken strips OF ANY QUANTITY, come with a medium drink, fries, and toast. I wasnt given any toast. I drove back and walked in to show them that I was given no toast and was told by the woman there that the 2 piece doesnt come with toast. I pointed at the sign directly behind her head that clearly stated that chicken strip lunch comes with toast, fries, and a drink FOR ALL QUANTITIES including the 2 piece. She turned around and said "oh, yea sorry, next time you come I'll just double it up" then just turned around and resumed working. Robs already kind of takes a long time for their orders, and I used to feel like it was worth it but now it really doesnt feel worth being any later on my lunch break so I promptly left. Kind of sad to see the quality cuts and lack of consistency in the management at this location because they had the best fries and have great chicken tenders that I'll miss. read more

I live in Oxnard (Ventura County) but I lived in Baldwin Park for a brief moment and I always eat there whenever I come into town. There has been many times I will drive to Oxnard to B.P. I came in through drive thru. The only one in line let me say. The restaurant is empty so i dont know why my order took very long. Which I ordered for 2. I felt very offended when Viri the cashier couldnt understand me? I dont know how if I've never had this issue. Not only did that happen but as I pulled up to the window she asked the same question again. Then when I played and she gave me my changed she slams the window on me. Then gave me my soda and repeated the slamming of the window then after my long wait she gives me my food and slams it again. Customer service is an important roll to any restaurant. Fraudulent pricing. The price listed on the big board is not the same you actually get charged. So CHECK YOUR RECEIPT, because you WILL get OVERCHARGED for food.
