Personally I'm over the nickel and diming with "service fees" and anything else establishments throw at you beyond the customary 20%. Inflation is bad enough. Expect a new 3-4% "non cash transaction fee" from here. It doesn't cost that much to run a credit card...Because of this hidden fee sprung on us at the end, 1 star. Perfect sport's bar! Loads of TVs, loud cool music and mediocre food. Have to say the flavor of the VERY EXPENSIVE wings was good but we did not get them as we ordered them. We had a Caprese Salad which was tasteless and rubbery. Super nice waitress who got a big tip for giving honest opinion on menu items. Nice outdoor seating (with TVs). Awesome spot to catch a game at. TV's surrounding the walls and staff was friendly and kind to us! The place opens up in the front so there's lots of fresh air while still giving you a cozy bar vibe. We happen to have hit a happy hour which had great deals on drinks. Italian Fries were decent but nothing to rave about. Heard amazing feedback about their wings so I'll have to try that next time. Roccos is super fun. Our bartender was on point on Friday night! He brought everything out so quickly, and not a single cup ran dry the entire evening. There were 7 of us so that equated to a whole lotta cups! We were there for over 3 hours, and they didn't seem to mind we held the back booth for that long at all. I appreciated that after that much alcohol they had a full menu that included boneless chicken wings in a variety of flavors. We had the garlic parmesaen. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because one of our pizzas was late (which Jame was kind enough to comp it). If you check in with yelp you get a free brownie with ice cream as well. We ordered the mac & cheese which was absolutely delicious and we ordered another pizza as well which came out just perfect. One of the nastiest restaurants I have ever been to !!! First of all this restaurant is not following any of its covid 19 guidelines , No one is wearing a mask , people are sitting literally 1 feet away from each other and it is packed to the brim, if you want a good chance of getting covid this is the place for you. The waiters and waitresses are beyond rude and forget about you, I had to wait 10 minutes for a refill and still then did not get one , I had to get up and to ask for one myself, I WILL be reporting to the better business bureau and will be contacting the health department along with corporate. Also the person in charge was very rude and raised his voice at paying customers. One of the worst experiences I have ever had . I ordered take out when their system was apparently (I wasn't aware) not working so when I called I was instructed to order again through another system. Long story short I was charged twice for an $80 order. I spoke with the owner and still no refund after he said there would be. The food was whatever. Rocco's is a solid choice for happy hour in Studio City (til 7p weekdays). Metered parking can often be hard to come by on Ventura Blvd but not impossible. 2 hour limit. They have some indoor booths and distanced outdoor patio seating. The staff is quick, friendly and attentive. For HH, you get 2 for 1 drinks across the menu, from wine to draft beer to margaritas. I got a white wine, which they serve as 2 pours in 1 glass. My friend's margarita was the same, just double the usual size in a larger glass. The downside with 2 for 1 drinks is you have to combat melting ice watering down the drink and getting warm if you aren't a fast drinker. Not sure if they allow you to get the 2 for 1 special and get 1 drink at a time, might be worth asking next time. My friend ordered buffalo wings and I ate a couple to confirm their delicious winginess - tender chicken and spicy but not "more water stat!" spicy. It was odd that Rocco's is a sports bar but they had no TV's or games on inside where we sat, though there were some TV's on in the patio. Not a big deal as we weren't there to see a game, just an observation. Overall good experience, would return for another weekday happy hour session. read more

My friends and I decided to stop by here for some grub/drinks this past weekend since we were in the area. Pretty average sports bar, decent food, but lackluster service. There's a lot of seating inside the bar and outside on their patio. Initially, my friend and I ordered Bloody Marys because we saw it as a featured cocktail on one of their drink menus, and I'm a huge Bloody fan. Sadly, it was pretty terrible and lacked any pizzazz, so my friend sent our drinks back in exchange for a couple of beers. They don't have a TON of beers on tap, but they have enough; we got a couple of Blue Moons. We ordered classic bar food. I split 20 bone-in buffalo wings with my friend and my other friend ordered the soft pretzel. The wings were doused in buffalo sauce so it was a pretty messy experience, but they were pretty tasty. They came with a couple of celery stalks on the side; I definitely could have used more. The wings come with the option of blue cheese or ranch dressing, and we got both, with no addt'l charge. I had a bite of my friend's soft pretzel which was actually quite good, but it came with a side of cheap-looking nacho cheese. All in all though, the food was better than I was expecting since this predominantly seems like a place to go with friends to catch a sports game and grab a beer. The service wasn't fantastic. The waitress seemed like she hated her life and wasn't super friendly. I was grateful they were able to take back our drinks without a problem, though. I would come back here if all of my friends wanted to go and we were already in the area. Lots of beers on tap and those delicious shots (since your not driving for a few hours). I had been to a couple of their locations before, but this was my first time at their Studio City one, which is surprising given that I have lived close to this spot for a decent amount of time. We arrived at Rocco's sometime around 1:30pm this past Sunday for a post-brunch drink. The crowd was lively, with many football fans watching the games. They have a number of TVs here, providing a decent set up. This place is somewhat small, but we managed to grab a table big enough to accommodate our group of 8 outside on their front patio. Their heaters are super effective, and the cold weather was not an issue. Service was pretty good throughout our stay. The menu has some decent options, with OK prices. For the ambiance and atmosphere they provide, I felt like it was a little overpriced. My friends that ordered mimosas ($11 for a small flute) did not enjoy them at all. Their beer selection is pretty basic, but has the essentials. I ordered a couple beers here and had a good time. read more

Super fun casual sports bar with surprisingly great food! This place is slowly becoming one of my favorite bars in the Valley. So unpretentious, nice, spacious and positive. Tables outside have a great view on Ventura blvd, especially pretty during sunset hours. So far all cocktails I tried there were wonderful, but the food really surprised me. I hosted my birthday party here and it was FANTASTIC. They reserved the outside lounge area for us and it was incredible. The staff was so kind, our bus boy James was so amazing, and our bartender was great as well. The entire team was so generous and kind to us. The manager Alex was phenomenal to work with.
