While out on the lot looking at the car I had asked the sales person if there was anything wrong with it, he replied no, no problems. I don't know much about engines so I took his word on it. 41 days later while driving the car starts smoking. I brought it to a shop to get a diagnosis turns out it has a head gasket leak and multiple other issues. I sent them an email asking to remedy this problem and they have not gotten back to me. This is totally dealer fraud. So now I have a broken car that I can't drive, still have to continue making payments on it. And now have to find and pay for a lawyer. please save yourself the stress and never purchase from this untrustworthy dealer.

Thursday night, I had a major oil leak. I called them Friday morning and they fixed it right away no hesitations no questions. Pick it back up Friday ran great. Saturday and she doesn't start. I'm not a mechanic so I have no idea why but I guess the battery but they went above and beyond they drove to my to the vehicle got it started. I drove it to the dealership and they fixed it and I had it back again the same day. If you ask me that is above and beyond what a dealership has to do when selling a used vehicle. Over the years my family has purchased several vehicles from the dealership and they've always treated us with respect and this time they went above and beyond!!! I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to buy a vehicle.

After conversations and all, my impression was cool, the van will be there for us since they pulled my Credit and got the numbers all worked with. I did mention i was going to look at another van but My first appointment was with them! Smh just disappointed that now they pulled my credit and I took a day off for no reason.. whats the point in pulling my credit and making my appointment. Just shady business. It is what it is.
