I've been coming here with my girlfriend the last few semesters and the service, price and quality are always great. I order an egg bagel and every one is good, although I tend to be jealous of my girlfriend who orders a bagel and cream cheese. I love to support local but the service is slow (worse under covid), prices are high, and bathrooms are disgusting. Only one person manning the store at lunchtime (taking orders, prepping food, ringing register). I came in for what I hoped was a quick lunch. It took 15-20 mins from when I walked in until I walked out with bag in hand not even having eaten yet. At 11:45a the bagel selection was pretty picked over with not a lot of variety. Breakfast burritos were sold out. I liked my club sandwich because the veggies tasted fresh, but the bacon was soft and seemed more like mushy ham. I wouldn't order again. I wish I knew what the lady in front of me ordered because the counter person assured her it was going to be "life-changing". This is from delivery drivers perspective solely. Location was difficult to find parking. Lots of businesses in that corner with not a lot of parking spots offered. Restaurant was clean. Employees were not overly friendly. Had to wait 30 minutes for the order to be done so i could go deliver it. Many people ordered right there in front of me and they kept getting their food. When I initially went in they told me it would be a few minutes, but it actually ended up being 30. They did not put in silverware I had to go grab it for the customer. Stopped in for a quick breakfast before heading to a hike. They have quite a few bagel creations to choose from, but of course you can also create your own. I really liked the variety of cream cheese they offered. I got the cucumber dill with bacon and cheddar cheese on a rosemary pepper bagel (strange combo, I know). I didn't expect there to be thick slices of cucumber on my bagel. I would have enjoyed the fresh veggies more had they been thinly sliced. The cream cheese flavor wasn't as strong as I expected either, but overall the whole thing was really good and filling. The bacon was extra crispy and flavorful. They have a refrigerator of fun drinks like yerba mate, kombucha, as well as standard fare like juices, and many chips to choose from too. The folks working the counter are polite and efficient, which is impressive given that it's a busy place, especially on weekend mornings. I would love to see them implement different lines for folks ordering bagels by the half dozen or dozen and those ordering breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks. That would really help minimize the time everyone spends inside the store. When it's busy, the line can be out the door since everyone is standing 6 feet apart, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. They've limited seating indoors due to COVID, and adjusted to having folks enter and exit through different doors. Major props for the precautions! They have great deals on day-olds by the bag if that's your thing (or if you happen to be a cash-strapped college kid), but it's worth your while to grab a half dozen fresh, especially if you can get them while they're warm! read more

first off, I work in the service industry so I'm waaaay forgiving. However, this was just bad all around. 6 people working, wait times 20-30 mins. Whole eating area full of people waiting. I'm talking waiting so long that every single table started murmuring about how ridiculous it was. Would have been ok had food not been subpar. Cold, stale bagels with very little product inside. I went big w a New Yorker ($9) and it was pathetic. It wasn't simply "meh," it was disappointing to a point where I didn't even finish it.
