I to was scammed with these low down people my boss and I called them for roads side assistance they came within 30 minutes tops when they were only 2.5 miles away jake the road side mechanic came ran a diagnostic test on the truck tried to get in running and came the conclusion that we need a tow and that they be taking it back to the shop for repairs jake told us that it was an injector fuel problem and that the engine would definitely need but taken apart fully for them to fix said problem I the driver have been wait for three days for them to even start working on the truck and each time I called them to ask for a ETA they told me that they didn't have any tech available I started feeling like something was fishy when my boss called me and got the same answer so I started doing research and found their yelp and that's when I know we being scammed I then went to the employee who was in the garage and told him that my boss will pay for the towing and that we didn't want repairs due to the new found information he told us that in order to get our keys back we'd have to pay a total of 1,793.38 for the tow and that the tow and diagnostic check was the reason it was so high they also said that it had to do with it being 12 miles when in actuality we were 2.5 miles away for there shop please DO NOT SEND YOU TRUCK TO THESE PEOPLE PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU THEY ARE SCAMMING AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF read more

do not use, scammers and crooks! 9hours to replace an air valve, 1900.00. it would of been cheaper to have it towed to a mechanic. they are doing this on purpose, no way that takes that long. they should all be arrested. read more

We were stopped on the side of the road with a Turbo Speed sensor code (Remember that) Rocky Mountain Truck Center was call by our roadside assistance company. Tech came out and reset code and we followed him to the Rocky Mountain shop. Following day we were told it was a Temp sensor which we waited for over night. Following day They installed the sensor. Test drove it and it went int the same code again. Shop foreman said he was throwing up his hand and there was nothing more he could do for us. He reset codes and following day we left for Colorado. Of course code popped up in the first 5 miles. We drove it to Floyds (Freightliner). and waited two nights for then to look at it. Turned out it was nothing other than the tutbo Speed Sensor as mentioned above. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON GO TO ROCKY MOUNTAIN!!! There were 4 Techs there looking at our coach. They charge our Roadside assistance company (Coachnet) for the call out fee and the mileage then charged us. Coachnet in turn canceled payment and paid us directly. Our bill to Rocky mountain was $2200 and we left worse than we started. We didn't pay anything at Floyds was 100% warrenty. Our RV was broken down in Cheyenne. They were 8 miles away, so I called them. The woman on the phone told me there was a 99 fee, plus 195 per hr and 1.50 per mile. I said thats fine and she told me she was sending an approval text and I needed to approve it right away. She kept saying we are only 8 miles away and as soon as you sign he will be right over, it is only 8 miles. The price sounded fair, so I signed the extremely long agreement via text. Then after 40 minutes, I called and asked the ETA. They acted like he was lost at first and they would call me back once they found him. He finally showed up after over an hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a fuel pump but said he couldn't fix it. He told me to call and pay. So when I did the bill was $634, I was shocked! Intried to discuss with Jennifer and she turned nasty. I askes her at least 4 times to let me talk and she kept speaking over me. She finally blurted out that there was a 2 hour minimum and a 20 mile minimum aand as she said " and you signed it". AVOID THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE MANY BAD REVIEWS FOR ACCEPTING ROAD SIDE JOBS AND LITERALLY DOING NO REPAIRS. They should verbally disclose the fees as $99 pluse $390 and after 2 hours it would be an additional $195 per hour. Plus there is a 20 mile minimum, not $1.50 per mile. Liars and cheats. read more

I went to Rocky Mountain Mobile Truck Service and Repair Center for an oil changed on 3/31/18 the oil change was suppose to be $251 and I purchase a 3 filters ( oil and 2 fuels filters) for $119. When I went to pay for my service the cashier said my total was $541.71. I asked her why so much she claim it was for the labor. The guy who work on my truck told the lady (cashier) that it was part of the oil change the lube; she still did not want to hear it and said it took him 4 hours which it did not. The guy who work on my truck did not agree with it but could not do anything about it. Warning this shop is trying to make it living on the back of hard working truck drivers. Shameful. read more

The shop here is here for one thing ands one thing only and that is to rip you off they were trying to charge me $4500 for a clutch witch they were getting it from kenworth ands there price was only $2500 and then they wanted to charge me 19 hrs to put it in. Way over priced I wouldn't recommend this place at all there's out to screw You over there even said I had to buy 4 new batteries before they could finish ther test to see what was wrong with my truck they charged around $750 for the batteries an to install them and $150 for the test. I blew a turbo and ruined the air to air cooler. Was towed to this place. HORRIBLE..... Said for 18 hours " your next ". I am from Reno and know no one so I ended up hiring someone to drive me around to get new parts. With the tools I had on board, I changed out my own turbo and air it air. They couldn't even bother to see if I needed help. They just stood in their doorway watching. THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I did get to watch a couple of motorhomes come supposed get fixed and be towed back because they got the shaft. In order to post you have to rate them. So I gave them 1star.
