Came in since we had our lunch card ready! We were able to get a ramen bowl for free! It was very empty when we came in and we were the only ones there. For some reason the lights were off, we were scared they were closed, but they were opened. We were hoping for it to be cold inside since it's ramen and La was heating up the past week. But it was pretty hot inside. Food was good, I love the crispy rice!! I definitely think I'll wait until it's cold next time though. Staff was ok. There's a lot outside to park so there's usually always parking
Went here for the first time and really liked it! They have plenty of seating and is a casual vibe. The milk tea was my favorite thing off the menu. Strongly recommend (get one to dine in and one to go ). Spice levels are great, but no joke. For my ramen, my limit is level one. I even have a friend that does 0.5 cause it's so spicy. Ramen is so good, I enjoyed the dipping ramen with lots of lime. If you are sick, it's the best meal to clear your sinuses in my opinion! I also tried the chicken bowl (combo with the ramen), and it was delicious. Service was good too. Parking area is small and busy, but you can find more parking in the back alley.
My wife and I came here to grab lunch since we were already in the plaza picking up food at another place. We came before the lunch rush so they were able to sit us quick. My wife and I came here before when they first open so it's to great to see how much they change. Finding parking in the small plaza is a hit or miss so just be aware of that. Our server was Jenny and we thought she was good but the service was just slow. It wasn't even lunch but I think they only had 2 waitress working and they were kind of busy already because it was a cold rainy day. My wife got the Spicy Miso Ramen at level 3 with chicken. I got the Chef Favorite Shoyu Ramen at level 3 spiciness. My wife also got her milk tea which she loves here. We thought our ramen soup was okay but it wouldn't be our go to place for ramen. They charge a fee if you pay by credit card so be aware of that.
Been coming here for a couple years now and I love this place. They always have great service and amazing hospitality. The last time we were here they offered us a complementary edamame because they had made an extra batch, very sweet of them! The garlic edamame was delicious and is one of our go to apps. We usually get the spicy tonkotsu ramen with no egg, level 2 has the perfect amount of spice for me. They do have happy hour Mon-Fri from 2-5 as well, and they do serve alcohol. Overall super family friendly and chill vibe. I would recommend.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was concerning. To be fair, the spicy tuna bowl was a larger serving than expected. My main concern is not the food but the billing discrepancy. My receipt total was $52.30, I left a $5 tip and signed for $57.30, but my card was ultimately charged $70.95. At first, I assumed the higher credit card authorization amount shown on the receipt was a temporary hold and didn't raise the issue at the restaurant. But when the transaction posted, the charge remained $13.65 higher than the amount I signed for and authorized. The restaurant does disclose a 4% surcharge for non-cash payments, but that surcharge appears to already be reflected in the receipt prices and does not explain the additional $13.65 that was ultimately charged. I have photos of the itemized receipt, the signed receipt showing the $57.30 total, and the final posted charge of $70.95. The food itself was average, but unexplained billing discrepancies are a much bigger concern. I recommend checking your receipt and final credit card charge carefully. Edit (as a response to the business owner claiming server made a mistake) Edit (in response to the owner's claim that the server gave me another table's receipt): Thank you for responding. The receipt I posted is from my table and matches what we ordered, including the Spicy Tuna Bowl and Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. My concern remains that I signed for a total of $57.30, including tip, but my credit card was charged $70.95. I have the receipt and records documenting this discrepancy. I also tried to resolve this directly by calling the restaurant on May 22 but could not reach a manager. I am simply sharing my documented experience.
I have to say this is the best ramen in town! I been coming to rococo ramen for years and it never seems to disappoint! Spicy tonkotsu ramen is my go to. I got it with level 2 spice level. The spice level is equivalent to a jalapeno so it wasn't too spicy just the right amount of spice. The pork was cooked perfect and the pork broth is super savory and rich. I got the garlic edamame as an appetizer. The sauce was very good with perfect amount of the garlic taste. They extended their hours for Fridays and Saturdays to 10pm which is very I like because they closed at 9pm before. They also serve beer and soju at this location with happy hour Monday - Friday 2pm-5pm.
It's been a few years since my first try and I never forgot about this place! What kept me thinking about returning is their creamy chicken paitan noodle ramen! Right, came in to a lively dining area with low lights a groovy music playing in the background. Immediately attended to and told I could choose a small table. Knew what I wanted: hot green tea and my ramen, which was served up quickly! I asked for chili oil - extra charge - for just a little kick. Whoa!! This is so delicious!! Completely hit the spot; been craving it for too long!! So glad traffic made getting here easy! Parking out front, plenty of it. I haven't tried anything else on the menu; judging by the paitan, I'm sure I wouldn't be disappointed! Rococo Ramen in Granada Hills yall come check it!! =D
Was craving ramen and looked for a place near Porter Ranch since I was going there for some shopping. This placed turned up with high marks. So I made the 30 minute drive and luckily there was plenty of parking in the shopping plaza. There's also parking in the back. Came here after the lunch rush and when I walked in, it was warm inside. One of my biggest fear about going in to a restaurant when it's warm/hot outside is that it's not cold or comfortable inside. Especially if you are going to be eating something hot. Well, I can see that the air was blowing as I saw air being pushed out from the vents. So I'm hoping that their AC was broken. If it wasn't and the owners were just trying to save on expenses, then this is just sweat shop conditions. I feel bad for the employees because they have to deal with not only the heat, but the steam from the kitchen. I decided to stick it out and eat here. If the AC was out, it would have been nice if they put out fans. That would have improved things a little. They do have a 50% happy hour deal during weekdays (don't hold me to this). I ordered the takoyaki and signature ramen. Both dishes came out pretty fast. I decided to go for the ramen first as the takoyaki is probably still steaming hot. I have to say, the broth was pretty good and wasn't super salty. I like that the noodles was on the thin side and similar to the noodles you get with wonton noodles. The takoyaki was good and probably has the most octopus pieces I've ever had. Most other places just has a small piece of meat, but here, there were a few pieces and they were tender. Would I come back here, maybe if I'm in the area and it's cold outside. But I will not go out of my way to come here.
Still bomb. Parking can be a hassle. Small lot and businesses that share. Gyoza - Perfectly cooked. Dipping sauce really good. Chashu Bowl - Good amount of rice and chashu. Not much else for toppings but its solid. Pork Buns - Really good. Chashu really tender and melts away. Friendly service and attentive.
I'm not a big fan of presumptuous billing and this kinda bothered me that they automatically added a 2% charge on the bill before even asking if we were paying with cash or credit. That just ruins the entire experience . Good was okay but for the price and inconvenience if having to have them "discount"our check for cash... I won't be back.
Tried this location for the first time 2 weeks ago. It was empty when we arrived and were sitting quickly. Our waiter Alex was nice and helpful about explaining the menu. Nice and clean inside with some music playing. The food came and it was yummy good spice to it the gyozas were really good too. Definitely will come back.

I arrived and was seated quickly. It took a bit for someone to walk over and take my order, they thought I was waiting for someone even though I said I needed a table for one. once I ordered, the food came quickly and was good. There weren't many customers there when I arrived, but it took a while for my server/waitress to check on me. I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, as a combo with a Chashu Bun. Overall, it was a good experience... There were a few people when I got there and more people once I left. It felt nice and festive, as one of the parties seemed to be doing a gift exchange and added to the holiday feel of the decor. read more

I gave it a try today , clean nice restaurant I ordered chicken ramen # 2 The server was nice I think it was $17.99 with tax like $20.67 They charge 4% if you use credit card ! I love this place! Me and my boyfriend go here whenever we crave ramen or whenever we get the chance we can get! The food is great I really don't know how but I would always come back! Second time here with a friend. Based on my last visit we decided to go early but I can say the Ramen is definitely worth a wait. Positive: The ramen is off the chain! Great flavor, fresh ingredients and the broth is just liquid yummy-ness! Delicious meal for a great value. I ordered the original ramen with pork and my friend the spicy with pork. We also ordered two appetizers the fried chicken and the crispy rice. Both were good portions and didn't fill is up too much in order to enjoy our ramen. The ambiance is dark wood and a bit industrial with a touch of traditional ramen store front appeal. Host Jenny was very attentive with refills of water, clearing plates and answering questions I had on spicy levels of food. Cons: very limited seating so for a Friday go early. Seats are not very comfortable for THIS plus size customer like myself. The industrial style chair is just too small for any adult in my opinion. Parking can be tricky since it's located in a busy strip mall. These cons are minor compared to the delicious ramen you will be enjoying. Definitely a new favorite. read more

The ramen here is actually really good! I've always passed by but havent stopped here until recently. The parking lot is kind of small but theres more parking in the back I think. The service is attentive. Theres usually a wait and its always busy inside but the food doesnt take too long to come out. Ive tried the shoyu ramen here and the spicy tonkotsu. Both ramen are soo good. I love the tonkotsu broth the most. The chashu is kinda fatty but some people like it that way. I usually get the spicy tonkotsu with level 4 spicy and its the perfect spice levels for me. I really like spicy foods. Their spice levels are from 1-5. I really like the ramen here so I am definitely going to be coming back. read more

*Beware: Menu pricing is inaccurate from how much they actually charge you* The ramen here is delicious. This is one of our favorite spots for ramen in the area because their tonkatsu ramen never disappoints. The flavor of the broth is nice, creamy, and tasty. I enjoyed both the spicy tonkatsu (a level 1 already has a nice kick, their spice levels are no joke!) and the regular tonkatsu ramen depending on my mood. You can also get the ramen bowls as a combo, with a nice side dish of your choice. The servers here are quick and confident. Only thing is I wish the chefs were more attentive to the detail of my ramen. I asked the server for no bean sprouts on my bowl, and there was unfortunately a clump of them in my bowl that I needed to each take out from my mouth. I dislike bean sprouts because my throat reacts to them by making me feel itchy (it may be a mild allergy). So, on that note, the chefs should redo the bowl if they forget and not just try to scoop out the portion of bean sprouts they put in. At the same time, I don't know if it was the chef's doing or the female server actually failed to notify him because I also noticed that she doesn't write down the orders as you order. I guess to save paper waste or maybe because the order tablet is just nearby or something? But she is going off of memory which adds risk to these types of mistakes. I saw her do it to the table in front of us that included 5 people total. That is fine and all, but order details are so important to having a great and perfect meal. Anyways, I always enjoyed eating here although prices are crazy nowadays. One bowl is $16.95 each and I try not to compare it but it is quite disappointing when you recently have gone to Japan and enjoyed ramens for half the price (literally $8) with more ingredients. BE CAREFUL Another big thing to note! The egg is only half an egg in the bowl, so when you ask for an extra egg (1 whole egg at least), the menu shows it as $3. However, the receipt charges one extra soft-boiled egg for $3.12! So, the transparency between the menu and the receipt is not accurate and it is off-putting to see it on the receipt when you have the impression it is only $3 (which is already a crazy price for one egg). I also just looked at my receipt photo and saw that the ramen price from the menu is INACCURATE with the receipt as well. It is charged for $17.63 when everywhere it is shown to be $16.95! Wow. I was going to give 5 stars but now have to reduce down to 3 stars for this. read more

I used to really enjoy coming to this ramen shop--it was one of my favorite places to eat for the past three years. However, the quality has really gone downhill recently, and it's been disappointing. I always order the pork tonkotsu ramen, which used to be amazing. The pork was pan-fried, crispy, and just like the pictures on the menu. But now, the pork is bland-looking, not pan-fried at all, and sometimes even served cold. I've tried asking the waitstaff if they could pan-fry it more, but every time they say no or seem to have an issue with my request saying it's not possible?!!! To make matters worse, the price has gone up to $18 per bowl. For that price, I expect better quality and for them to honor a simple request. If the menu pictures show crispy pan-fried pork, that's what I expect to be served. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back unless they make some serious improvements. It's a shame because this place used to be so good. read more
