Great experience so far with Dorian and his team! We just bought a new house that has clearly had a rodent problem for many years. Dorian came out very quickly and did a thorough walkthrough of the property and attic. Dorian explained that while they aren't the cheapest, they do take extreme pride in their work and will be with us every step of the way until the problem is resolved. We were recommended and agreed to a complete exterior exclusion, an insulation vaccum and a attic/crawlspace fog to stop the rodents from returning. The job was completed in less than a day and we were even able to stay in the house while the work was being completed. The team was respectful of the property inside and out and I'm very happy with the results so far. I also appreciate that there is a minimum five year warranty on the work done which puts my mind at ease given how bad the problem appears to have been in the past. I've already received one follow up call to ensure everything is good so far, and the team is scheduled for a follow up visit. We had a rodent infestation that we tried handling by of hiring a pest service. After many many return visits we finally hired Rodent Control they performed an extraction. Lee Engel was very responsive and came out the same morning I called, after we had heard a monster in the attic for a couple of days. It's unnerving to be woken up by that sound, and know something is chewing away right above your head. So, needless to say, to have them come out so quickly, and to have them seal up all of the entry points, and to have them disinfect and spray, was quite a relief. The rats were leaving their evidence all over the beds and everywhere in the house. We'd been leaving traps but they kept coming till the last straw when the rats actually chewed up the wires behind my refrigerator. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! It's been 7 months since our property was treated by this business. We paid $2500 for a service that included sealing of potential entry points, trap placement and a follow-up in 10 days to see if there was any rodent activity. On the follow-up visit we were told there wasn't any activity. On Nov 27th we began to hear loud dragging and banging in the attic. I attempted to contact the technician that serviced our property and got not response. I called the office and was told his number changed and was given a new number to contact him on. I text him on Nov 28th and as of now Dec 10th still have not gotten a response. Through our own investigation we saw the traps the company used attached to the rodents body and it running and slamming around to get it off. This is absolutely ridiculous ! We were not told this would happen and would not have okayed something so inhumane. Hearing any animal struggle for it's life is horrible and unforgettable. We received amazing customer service when you wanted to sell us your service, but can't get a return text or call just to get information and offered possible options. IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY! but how you treat previous clients. This must surely reflect in your business retention. At this point I'm updating my review to let others know about the insane traps used, the cries and struggles you'll hear from any rodents captured through Rodent Inc. service and you'll be completely disregarded as a previous customer. I wouldn't wish what we're hearing at this very moment "2:13am " on my worst enemy. Before you use this company consider other options. We were having a large amount of rodents in our attics and basement, along with the rodents going up and down our walls. Rodent Control, led by Lee, sent out an excellent crew. They removed all of our older wires that covered our openings, and covered them with better wire and covered the edges with cement. Afterwards they went into the attics and basement and cleaned them out and then left traps to finalize the process. They cleaned up everything after themselves. The cost was reasonable, and they offered to come back in a week and check out the traps. This took the entire day. We were very pleased with their work. read more

Our dishwasher was leaking. When the repair guy came over he told us our dishwasher's part had been damaged by a rodent. I called Rodent Control LA office right away to schedule an appointment. Lee Engel, their rep, was able to come very quickly. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. He walked around the house, checked our attic and came with a proposed treatment. Lee was very good at explaining what needed to be done. The crew came a couple of days after to do the work. These guys also knew what they were doing. They even went the extra miles for us. I called this company because I thought I heard something in our attic. They came out the same day to take a look and give us a free estimate. They were very responsive and presentable. After the technician, Lee looked around our home and in the attic he told me there was a lot of rat feces and a bad odor coming from our attic. I found that hard to believe as we recently had a very thorough home inspection when we purchased the home and have had workers up in our attic recently too. At that point I got a very bad feeling and became very skeptical. They quoted us $2872 to place special traps, close up any entry points with some special material that they fabricate and to sanitize our attic. After discussing with my husband, he couldn't believe what they had told us. He went up on the attic to take a look for himself. No odor whatsoever and not a single fecal dropping. We noticed rats were coming into our kitchen at night, and when Rodent Control came to inspect they noticed that our insulation and attic was filthy with rat droppings. They didn't try and upsell us the insulation removal but we independently decided that it was necessary and they accommodated us last minute.
