Righteous Rodent -- inspected the work on Oct 19th at 10:20am Key issues spotted 1 -Garden wire mesh around entire house is not Galvanized weatherized and is rusting The mesh is already rusted and week / brittle Needs to be replaced with galvanized weatherized thicker gauge (I have a sample) 2 -Coves on the roof show rat droppings and smell of rats They both should be addressed inside and outside Seal from outside -- existing mesh on one is on the inside and is still open/not working 3 -Eave on roof is also open and needs to be addressed with mesh 4 -Corners of garage doors are open and need mesh and under the door needs door strip as the gap accessible - aluminum door strip is recommended

I highly believe in supporting the local companies and wanted to go with an independent company in the area and came upon John and Rob at Righteous Rodant Solutions. John came out right away and took the time to really observe our entire property from top to bottom inside and outside. Day later John and his guys were over sealing up our attic, found some holes outside in the stucco leading into the garage then patched them up, and setting traps all over and even cleaned the ground with some stuff. We ended catching the pesky little critters in the traps (4 so far) no activity now since then, and John even responded to text messages when I had questions or sent photos. A week later we noticed dropping in the kitchen, Rob came right out sealed up the hole behind the stove he found and like that Rightous Solution! They do weekly checks on the property and in your home until they feel you are Rodant Free. Great customer service, no rushed work, great response time, very personal service! We frantically began our search, but many offered limited services (e.g. prevent but not remove/cleanup) or have no inspectors till after Labor Day. We are glad we found Attical. Their inspector Angie came next day, recommended that we sanitized the crawlspace and covered it in plastic etc. We approved, and next day, their team led by David showed up promptly. During the work, I asked if the deck needs to be checked too. David volunteered to remove a couple of planks and viola - we found the dead skunk right away thanks to his work! After removing it the smell improved dramatically in our house. The work is done well, and they even helped to put wire meshes around my porch and deck to prevent future rodents from coming in. We had a stressful raccoon situation with a mother and baby nesting inside an old electrical box…read morethrough a hole in the exterior of our house. The baby was trapped in the wall shared with our bedroom, and we could hear both the baby and mom at different times. It was very nerve wracking. The mom would come and go, and at one point seemed to leave the baby alone for a day or two. We even hired a general contractor to open the wall to try to find the baby, but we could not locate it. Meanwhile, the raccoon started tearing up parts of the exterior, including a vent. We called several pest control companies, but they all suggested trapping the raccoon which did not help since the baby was still inside the wall. We eventually contacted Wildlife Support, who recommended Tony, and I am so glad they did. Tony responded quickly, came out to assess the situation, and created a thoughtful game plan with us. The next day he returned with a thermal camera to locate the baby and set up a one way trap to safely remove both mom and baby. When the mom figured out how to open the trap and kept going back in, Tony quickly pivoted and came up with another plan. He returned the following day with a smaller trap and a makeshift blocker so we could close the hole immediately once the mom left. Tony was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly cared about the animals. His priority was getting them out safely without harming them. He was also friendly, professional, and genuinely concerned for our safety, reminding us to stay away when the raccoon returned and checking in on us often. Not only did he successfully resolve the raccoon situation, he got them out safely and we did not have to open the walls again. He also secured the electrical box opening and sealed other vulnerable areas around our house using quality materials. At no point did we feel upsold or pressured. He truly put us first.
